Beware when buying from Evine. Loss prevention shuts your account down with no warning or explanation to you as the customer. They also avoid your calls and will not return calls. Want great customer service? SHOP QVC As the customer who has spent good money with this customer I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I will NEVER do business with them again, shop QVC or HSN for customer service thatg exceeds expectations.

Terrible Company Evine

I did not receive my one product, and they had the address wrong. Got ahold of customer service and the guy said take it up with usps. Why should I pay for a product i didnt get? Hsn and Qvc isnt like that Very unhappy with this company.

Just dont give a $#*!

If you want to be jacked around when you get charged for the order & then never receive it and then call them 4 or more times & continue to get run around now more then a month waiting for product or refund shop here. Have stopped all auto-ships and will no longer be buying from them. They don't need me a good customer qvc & hsn welcomes me with open arms

I ordered a pair of shoes and a purse. I never received the items. I have been trying to get my money back and/or the item and get the run around. One department says they messed up the order and investigations will call me within 3 days or that they will send investigations a message. Investigations NEVER returns calls or messages. When you finally do get to speak with them, they say they have never received any messages from me or the 3 people I had spoken with. They are trying to charge me almost $200 for something I never received because they sent to wrong address. When I was finally able to speak with investigations today, they told me it was my fault and if it ever happens again, I will not get my money back. They were being gracious giving me my money back this time. HOW OUTRAGEOUS.

TERRIBLE OVERALL

I ordered a 56mm Invicta Thunderbolt & a 48mm Pro Divers on 7/14/16. I was given an in home date of the 25th. Once the package arrived on the 30th, it was an Excursion Twisted Metal(definitely not what I ordered)contacted customer service the same day to be told by Greg, that the Property Diver was never shipped, however the Thunderbolt would be express shipped & would arrive on Tuesday Aug 2nd. Needless to say nothing came. Contacted customer service once again, only to be told the Thunderbolt was packaged waiting for p/u in the warehouse, wth! It had not been shipped & furthermore I was told the Property Diver was out of stock, which at the time of purchase that wasn't the case. The Thunderbolt was $501.00 & the Property Diver was $93.59, so how is it I've paid $594.59 in full, but have not received my merchandise? I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY AGAIN, EVER! If you want your purchase on time, you're better off going to the store, don't waste your time with Evine!

WRONG ITEM

Stay away from Evine! They sent me the wrong item and the item I ordered was out of stock. They didn't do anything to fix it either. Their customer service is terrible. And the supervisor is unavailable. BEWARE!

Please be advised that if you are going use the value pay service, Evine will do a credit check. I was not aware of this until now. I checked my credit and there it was. I had no idea, I would have paid for the entire purchase and not used value pay. Evine does not need your social security number, just your name and address. Equifax is the agency that they use. I called to ask about the inquiry and the credit department was so rude. Fyi, the name submitted for the credit check from Evine, was different than my name on file. I recently got married and did not change my name on file with Equifax. That did not stop that credit check, but I could not even see the results of the inquiry dispute until I faxed over a copy of my SS# and driver's license. Customers beware and read all the fine print. I will not purchase another thing from this company and as for Equifax... they are all in bed together.

They overcharge for shipping. Went to the PO to return an item, the difference was almost $6.00 less than what evine charge for shipping. Called CSR at evine and she wanted to tell me that all the other online outlet does the same.

Worst company ever

I have shopped with this company before they ran a credit check without my consent and they don't tell you! They are rude to everyone. If you need help call your attorney general's office, the fcc, the better business beurau, and the Minnesota attorney general. I DID and found out that it is illegal. And that the government will shut them down. Aso call nbc they own 10% of the company. They are a scam and am going to file fraud charges. And file a law suit for damages. Shop jtv. They are great!

Buyer Beware

Watch out. Order two of the same items in different colors, pay expedited freight, and they only ship 1 of the 2 the faster way. Plus it takes them a week or more to ship! Stick with the other shopping channels who don't tun shipping charge scams.

Why am I not able to file a complaint within the Evine network, in order to resolve an issue? I had to file a complaint with the BBB instead. I am allowed due process and was denied. Evine stated that I owed them money for a value-pay, yet I was unable to rectify the situation. The information that Evine gave was inconclusive and considered unwarranted. I was told by "Eva" in the credit department that I was no longer able to take advantage of Evine's value-pay options and that from now on I have to pay if full, regardless of the total amount.

Unconcerned

Purchased Todd English cookware set, plus other pieces from collection. Performance was great, finish on outside began to chip within a month. Spent more than $375 on products.
Have been attempting to get resolution since March 15. Just getting the runaround between Evine and the manufacturer. Still have a value pay on two of the items.
First unresolved issue with this company in five years. Their lack of response makes it BIG.
Done with this company! They say they are concerned, ignore you in hopes you'll go away.
Would give "0" stars if possible.

Horriable customer service, waiting on a refund ticket for a damaged Tv $1300. 00 for 3 weeks now! They take your money quick but have a hard time to giving credit. When you call you get the run arround. Never again will I bye from Evine a 1-1/2 star rating company. Their customer service is below my standards.

Brought three watches from them. One of the watches was to big for me. Returned it its been 7 days and they say they. Have not received the package. According USPS Envine received it 4 days ago. No Refund but they are taking payments for an item that been returned.

Evine live over-drafted my bank account by taking more payments than they were supposed to. When I called to try to straighten it out with him the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and has forced me to contact my bank and take further steps to stop this from happening. With the exception of the Invicta watches all of their product is junk. If you do business with these people your best bet is to cash them out and do not set up a payment plan or they will screw you over.

Pdate I found it out the $18.99 that I owed on 1st Value pau that Evine liars club aka customer service told me we put this thru your bank on 3/3/2016, n you had NSF. Liar I said no that has to be wrong since ordered it n two others on the 1st n there was monies still in my account on 3rd again you r wrong. I had been sick so hadn't checked my bank statement. Well. Well Evine never even billed me for it not on the 3rd. 4th. Etc. Liars! And now this just gets weirder I was comparing the amounts shown that r being billed to my bank n to the amounts on invoice n emailed breakdown of value payments The total number of items ordered on easy pay are 14 the amounts are all off by cents n a dollar here n there. Going to my bank tomorrow and show them. Also I had ordered n received a set of 5stack rings with sapphire stones valued at $300.00 of course one came with missing stone n since I was recovering from pneumonia the 30 days had passed n no refund for you n forget paying for shipping n handling again. I used to shop when they were Shop NBC no problems n excellent quality. But now Evine sucks pretty much across the board pretty sure their customer service r teen mall rats paid by commission the more people they ignore. Lie to. Are rude to. The better for them.If I had 20 bucks for each time I told the girl I talked to Could you please stop interrupting me so I explain the problem to you. I would have enough to pay them their hard earned blood money. They receive thru fraud. Deceit n intimidation. Already reported them to federal consumer commission. Good riddens! Evine. E-lie. Evil. Rating negative 5.

It seems like all they sell is watches, & skin products. If you bought all the skin products they tell you that you need it would cost you 2 thousand dollars. Why dont they sell more clothing & different home decor. They sell too much of the same items, It is such a boring shopping channe. L

I happen to pull my credit and saw where Evine has pulled my credit TWICE. I had no clue when you choose these value pays I FILED A BBB COMPALNT AND THEY PULL YOUR CREDIT WHEN YOU DO CERTAIN VALUE PAYS AND ITS THE ONES THAT GO AGAINST YOUR CREDIT SCORE. I AM FURIOUS! THERE WAS NOTHING STATING MY CREDIT WAS BEING PULLED WHEN I PURCHASED AND PICKED THE VALUE PAY OPTION!
