This is really a review about a product as much as it is about the site. Problem is that this site doesn't offer ANY produce reviews or options to make suggestions. In today's world, I'm thinking this is not a responsible way to do business.

POSITIVES: Ordering was easy enough; product cooks well, the payment options are a TERFFIC idea (too bad more American businesses don't adopt this program!); product was shipped/arrived in timely manner.

NEGATIVES: Very little information on the product except the typical marketing hype. The product does a good job cooking BUT it's design is shoddy. Here are things any consumer should know BEFORE purchase:

The housing for this product is OK, but a bit flimsy.
The grill side has grooves WAY too deep and the tool sent to help clean/slide waste off is isn't sized to fit the deep grooves so is worthless.
The dial is so small and difficult to read.
The dial has ONE indicator light -- not very safe or convenient.
The dial doesn't follow suit with American standards -- "lefty=loosey / righty=tighty" or in other words, turn it left to ON and right to OFF. It's backwards.
The lid is a great feature BUT is just sits in a slot and it takes a bit of adjustment to open and close it without dislodging it or pulling if off track; and when in down position it locks, so grabbing it to open quickly is a bit hazardous until you get in the habit of remembering to pinch/unlock then pull up.
For me, not so easy to clean (especially the grill side). And it needs to be cleaned more often than it should because grease will roll off the lid and end up all over the housing and on your counter. I've lined the drip pan with foil to help prevent this, but it's NOT a complete fix. The construction of the whole unit is just problematic. I'm getting tired of grease all over my counter and having to monitor it like a child misbehaving... LOL Thinking a good old-fashioned large electric fry pan might be easier all in all. Don't NEED grill marks on my food to live well!

If you can adjust to all these little nuisance issues, then owning this product could be OK for you. I can't fault it for cooking. It heats up fast and evenly -- love the fact that the coils are INSIDE the cooking rack. Actually, that was the main attraction for me.

I'm using it but it's really annoying for me and when I'm done with it, I will NOT be replacing it with the same item -- unless Paula Deen people get on their manufacturers to fix this crappy design. Oh but then the price is likely to go UP!

This really has been a disappointment for me, but I've had fun feeling like a short-order cook at home with the griddle side.

I ordered a PavoPro 360 VR Reality Headset for my Granddaughter for Christmas. Ordered in plenty of time to receive the week for Christmas. Did not see any tracking information on my order. Finally called their so-called customer service who doesn't know $%&(^ on the 16th,. The week before Christmas. Gave them my order number and was told it didn't leave their warehouse and I probably wouldn't receive until after Christmas. She didn't know why? Their warehouse didn't ship my item. I told her I wanted to cancel my order since it has not shipped. She said you cant' do that. The Bimbo went on to tell me that if I ordered another one, I would definitely receive it on Friday the 23rd, but I would have to pay extra shipping costs. I asked her why are you suggesting to me to order another one when I haven't received the 1st one. ARE YOU JOKING!. I told her I can buy one on Amazon and get it by the by the 18th. I told her I was pissed. I told her this is going back to you as soon as I receive it. It finally came 3 days after Christmas which was the 29th, I called their customer service number and asked them, If I use your return label will you be refunding my shipping costs. The new bimbo said no. I told her I AM THE ONE WHO paid you to ship my item. I asked her if I paid for my own shipping label to return this item back to you that I received 3 days later after Christmas will I get my shipping cost back. She said NO. So I used their return shipping label. My concern now is that their label is a Parcel Select Return Service. After it leaves the Post Office there is no tracking information on it, so you will NOT be able to track the return. This is another way they get to keep the item and not refund your money. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney's General Office in their state for unfair consumer practices.

I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM ON APRIL 23RD 2016 AND WHEN I GOT MY PACKAGE, THERE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE 2 ORDERS IN THE BOX, WELL I ONLY RECEIVED 1 OF MY ORDERS, SO I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TREATED VERY RUDLY ON THE PHONE, AFTER EMAILING BACK AND FORTH, THEY WANT ME TO FILL OUT A 'LOSS PREVENTION' FORM AND WAS SUPPOSE TO BE MAILING THAT FORM OUT TO ME, WELL IT IS NOW JUNE 8TH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIVED THE PAPERWORK AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING MY CARD FOR A PURCHASE THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, SO I CALLED MY BANK AND HAD THEM STOP THE REACURRING PAYMENTS AND MY BANK IS DEALING WITH THEM NOW, I DONT HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH STUPID $#*! To purchase that bella luce is a very big mistake. It is nothing but a plastic man made concoction. Has no value and it 100% worthless. Do not purchase that bella luce trash, if you get anything in gold plated. Get it checked out, or if you have the equipment check it out yourself. It takes acid to find out if you have real gold over the ster; ling. Or nothing but worthless gold tone, the plate cheap costume jewelry with. If it reads plated in 14k gold, take the stone. That comes with the kit. Take the ring scrape just a little on the stone. Make sure the gold color shows on the stone, take a drop of 14k acid on the spot. If the color stays a brite yellow you have 14 carat gold over the sterling,... but,, if the acid eats up that gold color, you have been ripped of with gold tone. Over the sterling,, not,, 14k gold as jtv advertised.,, do the same with 10k gold and 18k gold, the kit contains 1 stone... a small vail of 10k acid. She had to come up with anoer fake claim. This time she went to far. She used her own son for this deadly illness. Claiming he had irregular heart beat.,, and people to pray for him. What that lunatic dident know. Irregular heart beat does not go away, if ever. Any second the heart can stop for good, and dawn tesh used her own son for this deadly illness. I confronted her again with that fake claim and trick. All of the sudden. In one days time her sons heart was perfect. This fake claim fell on deaf ears. Dawn tesh is mentally disturbed, an unfit mother, she should be put away,, now she tried a third fake claim... misty. S niece has a rare form of cancer. Dawn tesh showed a pictuire with some warehouse workers. And claimed. Those are the fund raisers. She forgot to mention fund raisers for what. If she meant for mistys niece who never had a rare form of cancer. She wants people yo donate money to jtv, jtv is running out of sales and needs money. And dawn tesh wants for people to send in cash to support jtv. S falling sales. That woman. Is not all there. She should not be in front of a camera where people will see her as what that woman rely is. A scizo frania. Compulsive liar. Obsessed with cancer.
