Use credit card do not know order ID.
Next sellers do not provide a receipt. Or instructions. Bought worthless cell phone case. Terrible.
A friend sent me a link for half off. Unfortunately, not receive discount
By the way Do not buy make up from them
In fact I had bad experience received things I did not order, counterfeits, etc
In fact my credit card company should finish investigation. There is a law believe three months?
Short version of aggravation.
No way I spent 100$. Added 36$ that included counterfeit SD cards, items I did not order, etc in fact same type item from different sellers. I only needed one card reader not five
While perusing items wish cancelled items I wanted ( they were in stock)
Lastly I heard sellers ripped off too
Any way conclusion the make up and merchandise is made in China.
Go to local store or their online store and buy from reputable company. I like rite aide. One can return cosmetics, even if used

On phone with customer service for over hour. The agent was very pleasant. It was in reference to a price drop. She spoke to supervisor. Decision I get credit.
Guess what received email. No deal
Next, a few weeks ago I saw an item interested in buying. Called. Did not know item no. Hung up on me. Not once. Called again. Hung up.
They can keep their purse

Use their toolbar on laptop. If on cell take screenshots. As others complained on BBB, befrugal finds excuses not to pay they even reverse credits.
Here's excuse.
I did everything correctly. Used rebate sites for years
Next so much work to copy and paste email verification of purchases
No pop ups. No other rebate toolbar. No coupons. Store had auto sale (20% off)
Here's their email
Only money not have to prove, $10 sign up
From be frugal. Removed store name for privacy:
"Hello,

Here is an update regarding your Cash Back discrepancy for your 6/18/2018

We have learned that the investigation was denied. This may have been a result of clicking on any links or popups outside the BeFrugal browser window, searching using an outside site, using a coupon code offer not listed on BeFrugal, having another coupon site's toolbar active, etc.

As a result of the investigation being denied, the adjusted credit has been removed from your account. Cash Back is based on commissions BeFrugal receives from the store. If BeFrugal does not receive commissions for orders placed directly with the store, we cannot give you cash back. These terms are explained on our FAQ page https://www.befrugal.com/cashbackfaq/#Q2 and in our terms and conditions section https://www.befrugal.com/termsandconditions/.

To earn all eligible Cash Back, always follow these simple steps:
1. Ensure cookies are enabled on your computer and any ad blocking software is disabled.
2. Log in to your BeFrugal account.
3. Initiate a purchase by clicking on a Cash Back eligible link on BeFrugal.com.
4. Complete your purchase in your current browser window.
5. Complete your purchase in a timely manner; do not wait hours (or days!).
6. Do not click on any links or popups outside your browser window, perform a search on an outside site, click through emails, etc. Doing so could void your Cash Back eligibility.
7. Do not use coupon codes not posted on BeFrugal or download a competitor's site toolbar. This could void your Cash Back eligibility.

These are the most common ways people inadvertently lose their cash back.

Best Regards,

Maya from BeFrugal"

First customer service is Terrific. Consultation required, no problem.
Disappointed that cosmetics are discontinued
However, the products are fantastic
If one has very sensitive skin, on meds, contact your Dr show products and ingredients.
Their are active ingredients that may cause a reaction
Paula has many different selections for different skin types.
There is no such thing as hyper allergic
Next, again wonderful service. There was a 25% off sale. Unfortunately, I was broke that month
I received a rain check
Additionally, another plus, check the rebates sites
I was quite Ill stopped my beauty routine.
A disaster.
Wish could show before and after.
My husband has complimented me.
Lastly, have used her products for years. Additionally, I look up reviews on beautypedia.

  • Bare Escentuals

Years ago I met the founder of bare minerals in a local boutique
I have dry, sensitive skin
The company is responsive to questions about their products.
Best deals in my options are their sets
Many compliments on my skin. Not "make up".
As far as foundation their foundations are adaptable I can use light /med to medium in my opinion the shades are neutral
Used to receive the kits.
Very easy to postpone shipment the products, a little goes a long way
Only complaint, bought sets, however no instructions. One is a large set of eyeshadows /eye liner. Their kits used contain suggestions.

  • Consumer Cellular

They had a promotion for a free month. Postpaid surprise billed day sim ordered. In fact they were apprised I had service until end of March. Told okay as long sim activated before March 31
Bill arrived. Told me a tax. Unfortunately, at the time did not see bill on opposite side.
They lied to FCC.
In fact they checked my credit without permission. I received an alert. Called consumer Cellular ask if I wanted complaint against customer service agent. Said no
In retrospect, should have negated deal right then and there
Fyi they sent another bill.
Consumercellular lower bill to about 27$. Fraud department with AARP advised not pay it
Received two emails from corporate. She made mistake on first one. I never signed up for service
Email two I received my free month
I cut their service short and install mint sim card
I certainly had no need for two Cellular companies at same time.
In fact sent FCC and ftc documentation of everything
One can find the offer on their blog and an affiliate
Next they are post paid.
Their data is the most expensive on the market.
In fact read many complaints
Customers complained charged for data. They did not receive a text. In fact they were on wifi and had not used data
The fraud unit told me thousands of complaints against consumer Cellular on the free month. Many more on other aspects of service
About the above, money was removed from the customers bank accounts
If AARP does not remove this company from a recommended service I will not renew aarp membership
Next, advice get a Factory unlock cell. If with a carrier get Unlock code for your cell. It's your right (text now phones cannot be unlocked, there are others fyi)
Again a credit check? I bought no phone from consumer Cellular
They lied to FCC
In fact a rep with consumer Cellular, Manny, admitted to the above. People in effect lured in with promise of free month.
There is not one positive aspect of this carrier
There is a lot of competition
By the way before i inserted sim I again ask consumercellular if still eligible for free month
After switching to another carrier almost 2 hours port no. Why? Consumer Cellular had billed and bilked me
No idea why FCC found in their favor. In fact I faxed FCC with evidence anyone could discern I was correct.
Thanks for reading
PS USPS. Mail fraud
Will be filing with atty gen of my state, their state, and better business bureau (they do not side with consumer in most cases and have authority to do nothing legally against anyone)
Who is going to pay for my time.
I'm not letting them get away with bilking people
Fyi I used to work for a consumer union publication
