I bought eight doors, handles, vanities for two bathrooms, mirrors etc. James Boylan responded to every call of mine, answered all the questions, got the order right and got me the materials on schedule. The measure of a good business is response to calls after the payment is made. James, always picked up the phone, addressed any questions and send replacements for materials damaged.

My order arrived incomplete and not as pictured on the website. I contacted Mesha Edwards and the problem was quickly solved. The correct order was received in a few days and at no additional cost to me. DecorPlanet tries their best to please their customers and I, for one, am pleasantly satisfied. Thank You.

Our remodeled bathroom looks simply beautiful. The quality of our tiles, shower doors, vanity and medicine cabinet was outstanding. Nina was so helpful with our orders and James guided us through the whole shopping process which made our experience at DecorPlanet a one stop shopping experience. I would definitely recommend doing business with Decorplanet.

Be careful if you order through their web site. I ordered a replacement faucet head for the Grohe kitchen faucet in the house that we just bought. The part looked perfect - just screwed it on and the water pressure through the faucet, which had been low, looked good. Unfortunately, water was leaking back from the faucet. The fitting was just slightly bigger than the old one and allowed water to leak back.

DecorPlanet claims to have a return policy. In fact, I couldn't return the part because I had used it. The site said this part would work. It's not worth the risk to order from them. I highly discourage you from doing business with Decor Planet.

We are sorry we failed to meet your expectations when we refused to accept back a used product that was ordered by you for a faucet that had been purchased by the previous owners of your house. Unfortunately, since we do not go out to job sites, there is no way for our website to determine if the part you are ordering is going to be compatible with a faucet that had been in your house for years. We do stand behind the products we sell, and the information listed on our website is provided to us by the manufacturers. In the event you are purchasing parts for products that have been previously installed, we always recommend to double check with the manufacturer in regards to compatibility.
In regards to our return policy, we accept returns within 30 days as long as the product is new and in its original condition, which is industry standard.
Once again, we are sorry we were not able to meet your expectations.

Unresponsive

As I am remodeling a few of our bathrooms, I am searching for quality items and good prices. I found several bathroom fixtures that I would have liked to have bought from DecorPlanet, but I found them listed cheaper on other sites. DecorPlanet boasts a 110% price match guarantee, simply email them the URL of the competitor item and price and they will match and take another 10% off! Sounds great, yes?

Nope.

I emailed them several times with price match requests and have never received a reply. I truly dislike wasting my time.

It finally clicked in my head that a couple of years ago, I had actually called them to price match an item I wanted to purchase and they refused.

I will not be shopping with this company, nor will I recommend them.

This is an update to my recent order and review. I originally gave decor planet and one star due to it's poor customer service and long lead time for a simple sink grid. Since my first review, customer service worked hard to correct my damaged grid issue once I finally received it. She was very professional and didn't hesitate to resend new grids due to damaged merchandise. I finally have a sink grid but the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five was because I originally wanted a white grid to match my sink but had to eventually go for stainless since the white grid came damaged twice. Didn't want to purchase an item that didn't indicate it would last any length of time. Overall, decor planet did work to make my order right and I appreciate that.

Excellent customer service. We were missing a part, it was shipped immediately, no questions asked. They followed up by phone and email, and were always pleasant and helpful. Vanity (fresca opulenta) is gorgeous, sturdy, and modern. Would use Decor Planet again for sure.

I purchased a vanity from http://DecorPlanet.com which arrived with the countertop broken and the p-traps and drains missing. I followed the return / exchange procedures on thier website within the specified timelines, but to no avail. They blamed it on FedEx and stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. All I wanted was replacement parts that I could install myself. I have given up trying to get a resolution because it is obvious that they are very practiced at stalling. When I get them on the phone they put me on hold and then just never pick back up. And it's not like I can visit them in-store since I am across the country. I saved a few hundred dollars buying online instead of local, but now that I am having to have a custom marble countertop made and purchase all the missing plumbing parts myself, I'm really spending more. Do not buy anything from these charlatans!

Everyone's seeking the exclusive designer look, but few can afford it. The products at Décor Planet almost look too good to be true. I can assure you, only after purchasing a lot from them to decorate our apartment and others, that everything looks at least as good in person as it does on the site. Finishes and construction are high quality, and products are built to last.

I've rarely called for support, but when I've had, they were very responsive, going beyond to fully remediate the issue.

In summary, great products that make no compromises to the expense alternatives at four times the cost.

I don't have my item yet, as it's back-ordered, but both of the guys I've worked with at DecorPlanet have been really great and helpful. Joseph (Joe) DeBonis went out of his way to answer a bunch of questions for me, and also offered to help further with design stuff if needed. Will review again if any problem with product, but i'm sure it will be great. (i ordered a Robern mirrored medicine cabinet.)

Check has not been received and they aren't answering emails.

I am writing here that I just had a terrible experience with decorplanet and I am sorry I have purchased product from them. My item arrived broken and it started not functioning after 5 days as you see on the picture. If the item is defective, they won't give you replacement or accept the return. This past a week and half I had to deal with their customer service and talked to manager yesterday. They put all the responsibilites on customers and they shifted the responsibilities to the manufacture warranty even though I initiated the process within 30 days. They said you reported too late. It is really bad business model. They maybe a little cheaper than other competitors, but buy from the place where it has more reputations and quality of customer service, because you will regret. I am totally regret purchasing from them. You will end up with dispute and despairs. My bathroom construction was already finished, but because the toilet was broken, the project was not completed. Now we have to wait 3 more weeks from manufacture for repairing and rehire our plumber to reinstall the seat.

I was delivered not only the wrong product but a damaged piece. Venice Golding not only assisted me in getting the correct vanity but went above and beyond any customer service I have experienced in recent years. How refreshing and comforting to have Venice as a representative of Decor Planet. She gave me step by step directions and followed up with me daily. She even contacted me after delivery to insure my satisfaction with the vanity. Because of her exemplary service, I give Decor Planet the highest rating possible. Placed order via website on 11/1/19. On 11/11/19 decided to call because they only thing I had was an email confirmation that stated your order will be shipped in 2 days. Needless to say, it hadn't been shipped nor any type of notification.

First call went to voice mail after 5:30 minutes. 2nd call I got customer service after 5 minutes. CS rep informed me that they do not have the part for my order and it will be coming in middle of DECEMBER!

First problem, is that they knew that they didn't have the product but they NEVER contacted me via any form a communications.
Second problem the CS rep needed to contact someone else in their warehouse to find out, so their systems are not talking to each other.

They need to make major improvements to information sharing and inventory positions.

Good luck with any of your future purchases.

Great prices

I needed a part for a kitchen faucet that was installed over 20 years ago. I called the manufacturer and they quoted me a price. I went online and discovered Décor Planet. Their price was about 50% of what the manufacturer quoted. Ordering was simple and they kept me posted with status. The part was delivered even more quickly than promised. I subsequently had an opportunity to visit their Manhattan showroom which is impressive. I highly recommend Décor Planet for plumbing parts.

I had truly horrible experience with this company. After receiving a defective product, I reported the issue immediately and was asked to sent a picture of the product. Despite the fact that I sent many pictures of the defective merchandise as well as its original packing box, all DecorPlanet offered me is 50% off of a replacement. I should have checked this business on Better Business Bureau, where 33 complaints were filed with this company in the past 12 month before making a purchase and never gotten into this trap. I ordered a vanity and mirror set. Minor problem with vanity top, send picture to customer service and new vanity was delivered a few days later (I am within 2 hrs drive of the distribution center.) Responsive custormer service and high end appearance product.

Ordered drain for pedestal tub on the first of December and received notice that the order had been filled. Waited three weeks for the drain to arrive and then got an email asking if I still wanted the drail?!? Forwarded the notice and then called. All kinds of talking before they took the blame. Promised they would call the vendor to expedite delivery and call me back with an expected delivery date. Still waiting for the call back days later. Not impressed.

UPDATE: Called by Qiuanna at DECOR PLANET. Very sorry about my circumstances. Received a store credit. I appreciated the attempt to make this right. Thanks!
