***Update: company posted on the BBB site that they will refund anyone who files a complaint about their no refund policy, to the BBB. Might be worth a try. I filed.

Although it looks like this company is going out of business, how in the world are they actually still in business? Paid 81.99 for a bottle of what can be described as rotted lemons, drain cleaner or knock off lemon pledge. SO greasy and stinky. They revamped their website after I purchased so their site is a shell of what it was previously and they state zero refunds, returns or replacements. There should be a class action lawsuit for all of us that were duped to get refunds.

I signed up as a consumer, as we are in need of various contractors for home remodeling projects. I prefer to use smaller businesses over the large companies and thought HomeAdvisor would have a lot of options. They really dont have many providers listed for my area, other than a lot of the National companies.

I contacted a highly rated local contractor via email thru the site for one of the projects. While I never heard from that contractor, I received a plethora of various spam-y emails from HomeAdvisor, which I finally unsubscribed myself from.

I received a phone call from HomeAdvisor asking how my project was progressing. I informed them I never heard from the contractor. The rep asked if he could email me a couple of other possible providers and also share my email with them. I agreed and insisted that he NOT provide my phone number to the contractors, so I could screen them myself. He promised he would provide email only and he was sending me an email with a couple of companies, as well.

Not 3 minutes after we ended our call, I received a phone call from a nationally known company who had just received my phone number from HoneAdvisor! I was caught off guard, as I had asked not to have my # shared and I hadnt had a chance to screen this company. I hesitantly agreed to a consultation. After the call, I checked out this company and saw they had horrid reviews online, with people saying they relentlessly call you, do bad work and insist on those hours long Sales consultations in home wheres ALL homeowners must be present. I called the company back, spoke with same rep and cancelled the appt, saying I no longer needed this service. He confirmed cancellation.

Moments later, received a call from ANOTHER national company that had been given my number via HomeAdvisor! I politely declined their services and hung up. I looked online and they too, had horrible reviews!

A few days later, the first company that I had cancelled with, called to confirm the appt. The same man I spoken with previously! I reminded him I had cancelled and he confirmed. Luckily, they didnt show up anyway,

Since I spoke with HomeAdvisor, I have been getting unsolicited phone calls daily and multiple times daily. My home number is unlisted!

I am fuming that HomeAdvisor shared my personal information after we had agreed that my phone number would not be shared.

Oh... and never received the promised emails with list of potential contractors. Doesnt matter, as I refuse to do business with any company affiliated with HomeAdvisor.

Remarkable customer service. Excellent prices. Lightning fast shipping. Top notch packaging. Just enough inventory to find the perfect item, but not overwhelming to sort thru tons of items. Very user friendly website.

As I am remodeling a few of our bathrooms, I am searching for quality items and good prices. I found several bathroom fixtures that I would have liked to have bought from DecorPlanet, but I found them listed cheaper on other sites. DecorPlanet boasts a 110% price match guarantee, simply email them the URL of the competitor item and price and they will match and take another 10% off! Sounds great, yes?

Nope.

I emailed them several times with price match requests and have never received a reply. I truly dislike wasting my time.

It finally clicked in my head that a couple of years ago, I had actually called them to price match an item I wanted to purchase and they refused.

I will not be shopping with this company, nor will I recommend them.

Orderd 2 pairs of UGGS for mom for a Christmas gift on 12/9.12/10, received shipping comfirmation email. Tracking info on my 6pm.com account a few days later states items are in transit.

12/17, receive automated email stating my return was received and refund was processing.

Never received the shoes, so obviously, I never returned them.

Called 6pm on 12/19 to inquire about my order. The rep was very pleasant but major language barrier. Every time I tried to ask "what happened?" he wouldn't/couldn't answer my question. Was not offered the opportunuty to get a suitable replacement sent, nor a re-order.

Disappointed and frustrated as it is now probably impossible to track down these specific shoes in time for Christmas. I would have liked to know what happened - were they never shipped? Why did it take a week to be contacted by automated email?

Either way, I can't trust making a purchase with 6pm again and will avoid 6pm and their sister site Zappos.

Elitedealclub.com is one of those sites where you can get products for cheap or free on Amazon in exchange for your review of that product. I signed up months ago. The site is supposed to email you daily with the "deals" they will have available that day. There is a small selection. I actually receive that daily email perhaps 3 times a week rather than daily. The deals go live at 10am and 2pm. When you log on for those deals, the site is so overcrowded that it takes a few minutes for the site to load, so once you are "in"... all the decent deals are gone, or by the time the site actually loads a deal you click on, it is sold out and then it is too late to try for another decent deal. Most of the deals are stale and are the same daily. Tons of supplements, phone screens and cheap beauty products. When I have been able to select a product, 8 out of 10 times, the actual price in your cart is more expensive than what was listed on the site. Customer service is zero help. You get canned replies or ask them to remove the deal from your history and it is never removed, so you get an annoying pop up on the screen every few minutes when you are on their site, reminding you to review the product you never purchased. Lastly, it says you must be invited by a member and then approved to become a member yourself of their "club". Nah... I just signed up with no invite and so did a few of my friends. There are so many other review sites that offer many more (quality) products, provide actual customer service and have servers that can handle the traffic.

Placed online order on 8/20/16. Policy States 1-2 days processing time, then shipping time and you will recieve shipping info. 8/24/16: Received email stating 1 item in my order was out of stock and would be canceled from the order. (although my order should have already shipped!) Checked my order status online - processing (not marked as shipped). Called company. Sat on hold for close to 25 minutes. Decided to email company while I was on hold. Sent email and hung up phone since I was still on hold. 8/25 - called and sat on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up. No reply to my email. Called my bank who said there was a hold/authorization for the order amount, but it was not yet charged, as the order probably hadn't shipped. I stopped payment for this order, since I couldn't get in touch with anyone at pet360.com... and my dog needs her food, which I will have to go find somewhere locally.

Dishonest company as their policy states 1-2 days processing. Not the case. I am on day 5 and it is still processing. Also, policy states they cannot cancel orders once placed as they cannot make any changes to order- yet they changed my order after it was placed.

Nearly one hour of combined time sitting on hold to their company with no answer. No reply 24 hours after I sent a contact email.

Avoid at all costs!

Was happy to find low prices AND a coupon code for a few pet items we needed in a pinch when our new cat was stressed and timid when we brought him home. Placed order. Received order conf email, then received backordered email. 1 of the items was backordered, so all items were being held to ship. Forget it! Went to site for live chat and pulled teeth and wasted sooooo much time to cancel entire order. Took forever and then the live chat person simply refused to respond when I asked for a confirmation email or number for the cancellation.

Spend your time and money with a reputable seller and skip this place. Ugh. Unprofessional much?
