Overall happy with the product and service received. Was looking for bigger discount, but maybe thats just a issue with the overall economy. Customer service was responsive to my questions.

Very happy with our new dining set. Customer service helped place the order. Shipping service was very fast and did a great job setting up in our new home.

I had been looking for a storage bedroom set at a number of different places. Saw the one at HCC and liked the look and price was best I could find. Ordered the set and they kept me informed of every step. The delivery was free and the set up with assembly was done very professionally. Extremely well satisfied.

My husband and I wanted a very specific loveseat and sofa that we feel in love with at a showcase venue. We searched for a long time to find the exact brand and model, which we did, but it was out of my budget. But then I stumbled across the HCC family of discount priced furniture for the exact same brand. We purchase a sofa and love seat for less that the sofa alone was going to cost. I ordered it on line, was told 4 to 6 weeks, and received it in only 15 days. The White Glove delivery service completed delivery during the agreed upon schedule, the furniture was in perfect condition and they took all of the packaging with them when they left. Special kudos to Amanda for answering numerous questions, processing the order and coordinating with the delivery firm. I would highly recommend HCC to anyone that wants quality furnishings at a great price.

I chose HCC because it was the best price for the table I could find. All my dealings with the company were TOP Notch - from the order process, to communication, to delivery. I was very pleased with my Liberty Magnolia Manor table and when I received it through their White Glove company, it was in perfect condition! I love it and would definitely recommend this company. This is my third purchase from HomeCInemaCenter and my experiences have all been excellent. So far, I love all my furniture pieces. I found the items that I purchased at another website less, however, the reviews were terrible for these other stores. HomeCinemaCenter delivery service was great. The furniture was packaged well to prevent damage during transport. And the delivery time as amazing. Everyone else was quoting months. I received all of my orders in less than 2 weeks with HCC. Thank you!

Overall placement of my order was easy. This was such a treat ordering online especially considering it was a large purchase with very large furniture pieces. The website was easy to use.

The pricing was very reasonable, and the follow-up emails, texts, and phone calls provided a very satisfying experience. I'm very happy with the process. Our living room and dining room sets arrived in perfect condition and look amazing in person., so much better than the photo could do justice.

I was skeptical about buying two rooms of furniture online, but the savings equaled so much that I thought I would take the chance. To be quite honest, I have never had good experiences with buying larger household items online, UNTIL NOW.

HCC customer service, has been exceptional. From placing the original order, all the way through delivery, I couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable experience. Not only did they sell the exact furniture pieces I was looking for and sell them at the lowest prices that I would find anywhere, from the local furniture retail stores, all the way through all the discount online furniture dealers, they also followed that up with absolutely awesome customer service. HCC will be my ""Go To"" furniture dealer from this point on. So happy I found them!

We have never experienced a better company from beginning to end than this one. I spoke with the sales team when I called to get a delivery estimate. She was open and honest and very informative. Our couch came earlier than expected. We received an email to confirm we would be available. The delivery was flawless.

Do not purchase from this company. While the sales process is smooth and delivery is acceptable, the after-sales support is absolutely terrible. They require you to email for assistance, and their phone number is strictly for sales. If you try to raise concerns about their lack of email support, they will hang up on you.

After months of being given the runaround, I called again, only to be told—yet again—to email support, as if I hadn't already tried that three times without any response. Their support team is completely unresponsive. I eventually had to troubleshoot the issue with our electric recliner on my own and discovered I could fix it with a $10 replacement power supply.

Had I known the problem was this simple, I wouldn't have wasted over six months emailing their so-called support team to no avail. I didn't even expect them to fix the issue for me; I just needed guidance on what part to order and was more than willing to pay for it. I explained all of this in my emails, but they never bothered to reply.

This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Even if you're tempted by lower prices, the lack of support makes it absolutely not worth it. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable company.

HCC removed all skepticism associated with online furniture shopping. From the time I clicked the purchase button up to the delivery everything was perfect. I was assigned a representative named Kelly who kept me informed of every move of the entertainment center.

Once the entertainment center arrived at my home it was assembled without a scratch. I would definitely recommend HCC to my friends and family. Excellent purchase and beautiful product!

There is a design element (gold line) on the table that was hard to see in the online pictures but I actually really like in person. I usually do not buy furniture online because you never know what you will get but I just loved this style of this dining room set so I went for it. I am so happy I did because it looks just like the pics online and it is very high quality wood for the price!
