Purchased the three-year extended warranty for $500.00 for a sectional sofa. A recliner stopped working after one year and I have not been able to get it fixed by HCC. It's been well over a year since I first contacted them for repair. You can only reach the service center through email as the main (and only number) is for sales calls only. I have sent many emails requesting service and repair, but HCC has not contacted me about the problem in over a year. The person who answers the phone is rude and dismissive to customers and obviously does not care about any issues you may have with the products they sell.

Easy online ordering experience. Most competitive price for the set. I was trying to match other furniture in my house and this was a bit lighter in color. Was able to darken it up with furniture polish and now it looks perfect! Shipping speed was amazing!

I ordered a bedroom set from HCC and later a dining room set. Local stores were hundreds more and also charged for delivery + tax. The bedroom set took one week to arrive and the sofa about the same (this included waiting for the local delivery contractor to be in my "area").

I appreciated the sofa pictures with dimensions shown on the website, as well as update emails that show where in the shipping/delivery process your order is. Excellent company and amazing customer service!

Purchased a dining room table and 8 chairs and am so happy with this purchase. The quality is great and we got an amazing price. There is a design element (gold line) on the table that was hard to see in the online pictures but I actually really like in person. The delivery process was seamless and it arrived within the estimated delivery window. Nadir, the manager at Emma Mason was so helpful and gave us constant updates on our order progress and followed up post delivery to ensure the delivery was successful and satisfactory.

The local delivery team was wonderful as well. Arrived well within the delivery window and they called ahead to give an update when they were close. They were courteous and put everything together quickly while being mindful not to damage anything.So excited to put this dining set in our new home

I usually do not buy furniture online because you never know what you will get but I just loved this style of this dining room set so I went for it. I am so happy I did because it looks just like the pics online and it is very high quality wood for the price!

Was skeptical, but did my research and decided to order a table a few weeks back. The deal was amazing, but the experience was even better. The delivery company was timely and efficient, and the table was in perfect condition. This is the worse Customer Service I have ever seen in my life. My order was placed in April 2022 and today September 22nd I have yet to receive my order. When you call they tell you to email *******@homecinemacenter.com and they hang up, but they don't answer emails either... today they told my it takes 10 business days for them to reply. If my company had this type of customer service we would be out of business.
My order has a status of 'processing' since April and no telling when is going to be shipped, if ever...
Also, the reviews in their Web Site are not dated and they only show the ones with positive feedback, anything else is omitted.

From the first contact with HCC, TiffyTan kept in touch with the progress of our order. It arrived in the time period we were told.The delivery service was awesome. White glove service. They set up the bed frame, and and installed the mattress and box spring. I would recommend them and I would use them again. Thank you.

No comparison! These sturdy, Catnapper recliners exceeded all of my expectations! The quality construction has the imports beat, hands-down. I chose a couple of the Nolan Recleiners. Delivery was early; assembly was not needed and two well-packed pieces.

The price was actually little less than the imports I checked out, and the value--again, there's ""no comparison."" Thank you, HCC If it had not been for you, I would not have found this! You were helpful in answering all my questions ahead of time, making it easy to do so and delivering answers quickly.

This is my third purchase from HomeCInemaCenter and my experiences have all been excellent. So far, I love all my furniture pieces. I found the items that I purchased at another website less, however, the reviews were terrible for these other stores. HomeCinemaCenter delivery service was great.

The furniture was packaged well to prevent damage during transport. And the delivery time as amazing. Everyone else was quoting months. I received all of my orders in less than 2 weeks with HCC.

My wife bought some furniture and one of the furniture came damaged and I called and also emailed several times they said that they were going to replace and fixed but now they brocket my phone number and don't respond to my email or my phone call's I do not recommend this store when you buy something they are very nice but but if you need help with you order forget about they will not help you is almost 2 years and response I keep emailing them but nothing.

I was looking for a particular bedroom set and although other furniture stores carried it, I got the best deal all around with HCC. From the order process, proactive communications every step of the way, and their delivery with white glove service was absolutely fantastic.

I ordered my bedroom set early because this high end set would take while and I was told it would be closer to the end of the range of time they gave. Most importantly, I saved a great deal by purchasing from HCC. Really pleased and highly recommend HCC for all your furniture needs.

I purchased a new media center set from HCC. The quality and pricing was amazing. I saved a little more than $1000 from what my local furniture store offered on the same pieces. The delivery took just 2 weeks and the delivery crew was outstanding. Could not have been a better experience.

Horrible customer service and really rude. They're selling items they don't actually have. I bought a set and all I got was an email saying the sale was made and is being processed. Three days later I called wanting to know the status of my item and they said they'd get in touch with me about it. 7 days later... no contact. Two days after that I called them and they said: "tomorrow we'll let you know." Tomorrow came and they didn't contact me. So I called them again and this time they said, "you don't need to call again we have you on a list." After being put on hold I was told my item was on backorder for two months. I canceled. This company shows you really low prices but can't deliver it in a reasonable amount of time and doesn't even give you a status.

Bought a $2200 living room set, Sofa came damaged, Shipper and I both took pictures of the damage (box was shredded as was the corner of the couch, underneath).
Immediately called HCC. They indicated that, since I didn't follow directions (by notating the damage on the delivery receipt) there wasn't anything they could do. No empathy. No trying to resolve even though the shipper had proof at delivery the couch was damaged.
In the process of having my credit card company get involved to reverse the charges. In the meantime, charging them $50/day storage fee until they pick up their damaged stuff.

I Recently bought the Magnolia Manor media center from HomeCinemaCenter and I couldn't be more happy with it. The set is exactly what I wanted. The shipping company arrived earlier than scheduled and the box had no visual signs of damage.

Set was easy to put together as everything was already assembled. Not exactly a handy and I didn't have any issues sliding this together. Customer Service was on point with my few questions. Will most certainty do business with again!
