When I contacted them about my aircon unit breaking down they told me to fix it myself and sent me two video links with instructions how to do it. Then they offered $150 refund and asked me to get a technician to look at it. (Techs cost $165 just to come).
Be very careful. I will not buy from them again.

I need to cancel an order and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with anyone.
I've sent multiple emails and they've come back as email is invalid

It's very easy and most convenient room divider you can find, easy to assemble and store,most importantly it's very easy to move around any where you need a private space, we use it for our outdoor area and works perfectly.

My experience was a good one. There were no issues at all in any part of the searching/purchasing process.

My experience from website to home delivery was pleasant and refreshing to deal with, as a business that came through on every front, and quickly.

I will certainly deal with Costway again.

Got this portable air conditioner quite some time ago. Just took it out of the box and used it 4 or 5 times. First the remote stopped. No problem. Now power button won't work. Remote won't work. Cannot turn machine on at all even though it has power. Found out company will not help without several email's continuing to ask for purchase details even though I said I cannot find them and simply want to buy a new remote. In the end I got a 'we do not sell replacement parts' no sorry, no kiss my $#*!, no offer to help.
DONT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. READ REVIEWS. I WISH I HAD OF 10 months ago.

I was very happy with the overall appearance of the finished shelf. The different heights of all the shelves are interesting and unique. I appreciated that we were supplied with gloves and everything required for assembly. The only downside is that the holes weren't pre-drilled for the castors to attach to and this made it very difficult to attach the castors at even intervals so they lined up on both sides.

I have bought a few items from this shop and I have been very happy with all of them. I love my Hamptons replica bookcase and console table. The price was awesome and quick delivery.

We bought two drawers and one looks good under the desk. They aren't great quality but considering the price they are pretty good. Disappointed that the second one the drawers stick out and it doesn't look good.

I bought the treadmill in August 22, one month later it broke. After emailing back and forth for SIX months they sent me a new motor to replace on my own and an dodgy video with no sound to teach me how to replace the motor. I have asked repeatedly for a replacement but get ignored.

Very good walker, large and steady and excellent price. Customer service prompt and helpful with an inquiry about its dimensions. Only minor drawback was that the site kept flashing coupons at me then telling me they didn't apply to this purchase.

The cabinets were really nice. I found them easy to assemble. Costway did contact to ensure I'd receive d my delivery, however, it was a bit of an inconvenience that the 2 packages were delivered on different days despite being shipped off at the same time. Other than that - easy transaction and happy overall.

Easy to use site, prompt reply to emails and quick delivery/courier of my item. Though it (twin pram) did fall apart twice in a week (due to cheap wheel bolts)and has needed to be repaired, I'm happy with the quality I received for the price I paid.

Hi bought a Kitchen Island bench. This was my first purchase. I had no problems, and It was prompt, In delivery. So I have just made another order For a desk. And the prices appear to be very reasonable.

Disappointed to not get subscriber discount on my purchase but I'm very pleased with the quality of my new Executive Office Massage Chair. Delivery came much sooner than I expected and the chair was relatively easy to assemble. Many thanks to the folks at Costway for their prompt responses to my queries and supplying a fantastic product. 10/10 would recommend.

The Isla kitchen is so so cute. My 2 granddaughters just love making meals with play dough and Kinetic sand. The directions for construction were very good. The only problem was the pin prick sixes holes and cylindrical small parts to attach the rack in the oven section… I gave up and pushed in pins for cork boards instead. These could be included already in the place, which would have helped the time and effort.

Package arrived in just a few days. Very impressed with the shipping time!
Everything was in the two packages and didn't need any follow up as nothing was missing.
