I order 4 Pieces Wicker Conversation Set with Cushion for Patio but package missing one box. Mailed them multiple time but didn't receive any response yet.

Happy with product but your courier delivery company were awful lost my item and claimed they delivered it then it appeared days later again on my doostep and has been headache for me so please change couriers even if we have to pay shipping better than using delivery freight express.

This item is very heavy and even though i included a request to bring the item to the front door of my apartment, stating that i would be home, they did not. I made plans to ensure i was home and my door bell was not even rung. Massive security issue and poor service. I paid a large amount in shipping costs and am disappointed! Item became wet in rain and damage is evident.

My order coming fast but the toy kitchen has some dent on and the microwave frame was broken,
I got little make up table with pink colour, but the colour comes so different from the page I saw, and one of the leg of chair was broken.

It took about 10 days to get to us, went together easily and my father-in-law is thrilled with it... particularly the lovely blue colour. It works well so far - it was only assembled today!

The delivery was pretty quick but the porta cot I received was not the same as the pictures on the website and it didn't have the 4 adjustable heights and the toys for the mobile were missing

Costway sent me updates on shipping and delivery and also was prompt on responding to queries about any issues or if delivery failed. I did not get additionally charged either and staff were courteous and helpful.
Only issue I had was with the delivery company and difficulties handling receipt of items while at work specially due to the size and weight of products and being informed only on the day that it may arrive without a certain time or a proper tracker. However managed to speak to someone at the call centre who was helpful and got it redirected to my work place.
Overall good experience apart from usual issues to be aware of

Very happy with availability and its delivery. Item was well packaged; as described; and appears sturdy functional and black colour preferred. I deliberately searched for a strong wheel and base construction, as previous large wheeled versions broke at the axle joins. It holds a large amount of both heavy or bulky items, is weather proof and covered. Very suitable for bus / train travel. It's good for both supermarket or day trips. For supermarket to car use, I packed items into several store bags before placing back into the cart. At the car, some bag weight /height can be removed so the cart can be semi-collapsed to fit upright in the boot or back seat. This is convenient for the cart to be lifted also, and then quickly refilled again to wheel the items safely and easily when back home. I love this at first use. Crossing fingers it has a serviceable lifespan!

I subscribed for a discount coupon but was unable to apply. A messy operation!

The pull-out kitchen shelves arrived in a timely manner, in an excellent condition and were packed very well. They are exactly what we were looking for, thanks. So top marks (minus discount fiasco!)

I am very happy with this purchase! This chair looks exactly like the pictures (I ordered it in cream colour), it's not too big, very easy to assemble, awesome quality for the price, and it can hold quite a lot of weight!
The only thing I dislike is the branding, but I could easily cut it off with scissors.
