I am very happy with this purchase! This chair looks exactly like the pictures (I ordered it in cream colour), it's not too big, very easy to assemble, awesome quality for the price, and it can hold quite a lot of weight!
The only thing I dislike is the branding, but I could easily cut it off with scissors.

As yet I haven't opened the package, as it's to setup for Xmas, but I am very impressed with the delivery, it arrived ahead of the projected date & in good condition.

First time user of this website and I found it easy to use website and find what I wanted but on delivery the 2 boxes of my order arrived in extremely damaged condition. If the items I had purchased not been so sturdy they would have suffered serious damage. I realise that the freight company is not Costway, but getting one's order in good condition is part of the shopping experience.

The process from purchasing to delivery was efficient. My marquee arrived promptly in the mail. It came with clear instructions and was easy to use. I like that I don't have to go in search of sand bags or any other additions as it comes with everything you need. It looks great set up! Very happy with the service and product. Thank you!

The table looked exactly like the images on purchase and I could not believe how easy and perfect it went together. It's well built and very sturdy. No regrets on this purchase in any way. On top of that the delivery was not only free but also fast. Thanks.

Purchased outdoor chairs. We live rurally & they came within several days of order. Initial glitch with my payment process, easily rectified without needing to contact them however I received an email the following day explaining the situation.

Don't know how it happened but my order went through twice. Got a real surprise when double everything turned up. I contacted Costway straightaway and followed the instructions to return half the items. Miya was very helpful. Would've been better if there had been a telephone number to ring. I am very happy with the kitchen cart and side tables - they're exactly as described.

Very helpful when discovered they had a red carrier and i had clicked on the blue. I found it diffiçult to initially contact them. Overall was quite happy. Box arrived quite damaged but goods were ok.

First time ordering from Costway, it was great that you get a discount when you're a new member I ordered a cat tree which was on special, so I was expecting it to be very big or sturdy and was proven wrong! The cat tree is very tall (which my cats love), but it's also very solid. It was tricky to put together as it has so many pieces, but it looks amazing.

It was straight forward and easy. Scanning the Credit Card is a great feature and saves entering the number incorrectly. Unfortunately, Costway could not deliver my order place 20 Dec 22 before Christmas, so I asked if we could pick it up from their Truganina warehouse. After a couple of emails back and forth, they arranged for us to pick up the commode, because it was urgent.

All very good but the product us not quite as useful as I expected.
The chairs are way too short and low.
The person who was going to use them is tall and he could not get out of the chairs.
So a bad design size wise.
Quality as expected.

Am not a person who ever really gives a review, due to the majority of my online history varying from just acceptable to not acceptabe, though will acknowledge this as a nice surprise. It 1.arrived the the 1st. Day from when it indicated it would, 2.was pretty much exactly as advertised & 3.came together in 4 easy parts with minimal screws, perfect.

I could not be home to receive the items, but delivery was fine, thank you...one thing tho which did cause a problem, I was advised the items were to be delivered Monday of following week, & was caught short when items came on previous Friday instead...so I wasn't able to be here to receive them. Appreciate the promptness tho, but just needed slightly better notice thanks (didn't want things left out over the weekend in the weather, so had to arrange for someone else to bring them inside). I am super happy with the jewellery cabinet I have purchased. It is a good quality and looks great. Finally my accessories are well organised. The installation on the wall and hanging it though was not easy.

I assembled the chair half way and found problems. I advised costway and they said they would get onto it but I then realised I had mis assembled the frame, advised them to hold off, reversed one section and all went well. Costway did then send an assembly video which would have been helpful when the item arrived. It was packed well and everything needed to assemble was included. All in all very happy..

Ordering was easy & arrived promptly! Discount coupons are extremely difficult to use! So I couldn't use them, even after this I would have given 5 stars! However after purchasing the tree the price dropped by $10! Disappointing!
