Had a little problem through checkout but overcame that, the process was now to wait, didn't wait long it arrived and as promised was easy to put together, product is as promised sturdy and light, when I have no need for it anymore I will keep for my parents to use when they stay with me. Very happy with the product.

This is the second portacot that I have purchased from costway which I ordered due to wanting to keep at my mother's house. Fantastic quality, great pricing and easy to set up and pack away and I love that it passes international standards rather than just the Australian ones which means it can be used long term if needed

Online platform was easy to use, prices appeared reasonable compared to others (online) and process for ordering was simple & straight forward. Goods were delivered within 7 days, and very good quality with simple assembly instructions.

Bought a standing desk and the quality is top notch for the price. Delivered promptly with tracking and emailed confirmation to make sure you received it. The service and buyers assurance is great. Will purchase again.

I love the convenience of it being two cat carriers that I can put on the pram fram good for there appointments and can also strap it in for a car ride and one of my cats sleeps in it every night and the price makes it so worth it compared to other double prams that cost way to much or are only the one function

We've deliberated over getting a trampoline for years as the area at the back of our house was mainly pool and small round trampolines didn't really suit the space. I wish I'd found this small rectangle trampoline a long time ago. It fits perfectly in the area of grass we have put back and is really sturdy and good quality. Construction was easy enough and the kids helped. It takes up to 100kg and comes with a swing inside. Glad we we t for it.

My new shower stool is perfect! It came with a small footstool which is also very useful. The quality is great. Easy to put together.
Cost Way were easy to order with, their communication was good, and the parcel arrived quickly.

So happy with my purchase! I was first amazed with how fast the delivery was. Then when it arrived and we put it together, we realised how easy the trampoline was to assemble. The design is also fantastic for my daughter! She is only 18 months and is already obsessed with it, especially the awesome function of the swing! Really happy with my purchase and it's great value for money :)

There was a split in the timber, but we managed to put it together anyway since it was in a spot that could be hidden. The small screws used for the hinges were poor quality and difficult to get in.
Package did arrive very quickly.

My cat likes his new Cat Tree. He had outgrown his old one and has so much more room now.
He is a big rag doll and he looks very comfortable on his throne. I was looking for a pretty specific cat tree and didn't want the same sort of carpeted one I had previously. It was a total fur trap and very hard to clean. This new cat tree has removable mats that can be washed. Perfect for what I need.

I recently bought 2 of these items. Delivery was extremely prompt, I was surprised that they arrived in time for Christmas. The quality of the product is excellent and the assembly is simple, no other tools are required.

The pipes are over oiled which makes them really slippery and fiddly. It makes your hands dirty which then when you touch the swing material it leaves dirty oil marks. A bit of a mess. Good product otherwise

Website easy to navigate. Product available. Process seamless apart from trying to claim first buyer discount. Product delivered in a timely manner and the courier who delivered the parcel was fabulous.

I found what I needed very quickly and ordering was smooth and easy.
However, the delivery, although very quick,, was not good. I live in an Over 50's retirement village but the delivery docket didn't contain my villa number so parcel was sent to incorrect villa. Luckily it was just up the road from me so was easy to collect.

I was searching for large outdoor games and found the perfect items on Costway, the order arrived quickly. The products were of high quality and the packaging was sturdy ensuring items were received in good order. Will definitely use this site more often for online shopping.

I have emailed and asked questions about delivery and have not received a response as it's crucial that i know as it is needed on more of an urgent delivery time rather than a hope it might get to me in a couple of days. So, for that reason, i have been disappointed. I hope delivery is problem free, and i can then change my opinion at least on delivery, I eventually received a response which was acceptable to me, and to my surprise and delight the items came within a couple of days, for this reason I give them a well done as the timing of delivery was important to me.
