i was told by someone over the phone that they are in south carolina ...this web site says. they are in VA???? can you help please

BEWARE! Unreliable place. No customer service and no answer on where our order is. He also hangs up on customers! Very terrible! ZERO STARS

I need new bulbs for our office and we go through them fairly rapidly. The problem I have noticed is some bulbs for some reason burn out fast, as in a few days. Does this company warranty the bulbs for 30 days so if the bulb dies fast we can get an even exchange?
