I purchased a new bedroom set from them. The quality and pricing was amazing. I saved a little more than $1000 from what my local furniture store offered on the same pieces. However, I had to wait a very short time to get my furniture. This was delivered in just 10 days and delivery crew was amazing. Michael was the rep that was helping me and kept communicating regularly with updates. He did a great job to keep me up to date!

Never received our bedroom set. I contacted the company multiple times to see where it was. I didn't receive any calls back as promised. The guy answering the phone was a complete jerk and hung up on me. I had to call my CC company to have the payment stopped. Do NOT buy from this company.

I ordered a sofa that the the website stated usually ships in 2-3 days. When 1 week went by with the order status still listed as "pending", I called to inquire about whether it was back-ordered or when to expect shipment. The agent was rude to the extreme, stated that I should not expect it anytime soon and hung up. I assumed there must be a misunderstanding and called back. The same agent informed me he was handling 10,000 inquiries a day and that he would get back to me via email in 2-3 days, and again hung up. Needless to say, I requested to cancel my order via email, which they did, but didn't even have the professionalism to inform that it was cancelled.

Looked at a console table on the site. Knew I wanted to put some AD/VD equipment on the lower shelf,but not sure if could support the weight. Called Customer Service. And asked if they knew. Nice lady said she didn't know but would check with mfg. 5 or so minutes on hold,she got the answer. Placed order arrived a day or 2 passed expected delivery date. Seriously, this is so not an issue.

But there was essential screws missing as per diagram, for assembly. BF was assembling,as that's what good BF's do. Called Sunday(yes C.S. Is there in Sunday), had the missed part FedEx'd in my hand on Tuesday. Very happy camper here. :)

I purchased a complete home theater package. Theater seats, wall unit, all electronics, etc. Called into customer service and they helped put the entire system together for me.

Excellent experience all around with very knowledgeable sales staff. Order was delivered in a couple shipments extremely quickly. I no doubt will be back again for more furniture. I'm not one for posting reviews of any kind, but just had to share this experience.

It took me several tries to log on - said I had registered before & had a password but then wouldn't let me access it. However once I got on everything was tremendous. My purchase shipped the next day and arrived 3 days earlier than initially stated. My husband loves his new theater seating & I am impressed with service. If every transaction goes as smoothly I will definitely use the site again.

I was a little worried about ordering from an internet site vs big department store. Everything showed up on time. The white glove delivery guys did a fantastic job. Amanda the sales rep had sent updates and contacted me so I would know what to do if there was a problem or damage.
It all went well and I have no damage and my dining set is gorgeous.

The Baldridge desk and matching printer stand are excellent quality. They are exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to put together... I didn't even need my husband's help ;) They fit perfect in our modern farmhouse home. I love the rustic/chic style. The shipping was incredibly fast! I received them way sooner than I was expecting especially right now with so many things on back orders! Thank you, Coleman Furniture!
