I have received several orders and everything comes in faster than expected. Customer service has been wonderful with a a few missing screws (which they sent out immediately by regular post). 5 Stars all the way! I'm telling all my friends and family about them to hopefully receive more of a discount next time as well.

HomeCInemaCenter launched this product in their new products section and sent mean email when it came out. Great feature. This unit has the perfect scale - it doesn't overpower the room with its height or depth. Excellent quality for the price and the white glove delivery service was outstanding. I'd give it another star if I could.

I Recently bought the Magnolia Manor media center from HomeCinemaCenter and I couldn't be more happy with it. The set is exactly what I wanted. The shipping company arrived earlier than scheduled and the box had no visual signs of damage.

I have not had the need to use their customer service dept. nor have I needed to make any returns so I'm unable to comment on those areas, but not having needed them is almost a compliment t in itself!. Thank you Amanda for all of your help scheduling a prompt and timely delivery of my new dining room table Best pricing I could find under $2000 for this set. Everything around me (Orlando) was over 2k for what I wanted and didn't offer free shipping and home set up (that's at least $200).

After shopping around locally and on the web, I placed an order for 3 pieces of bedroom furniture to go along with a few pieces of the same set we purchased locally. HomeCinemaCenter sent follow-up emails clearly describe the process and what to expect, and I received an email update at each stage of the process confirming that the shipment was on track (this same info is available on their order status site, but there is really no need to check). The furniture was shipped and delivered by the local white-glove delivery company well within the timeframe quoted when ordered (<3 weeks).
