I did have a fabulous sales person in there McDonald Avenue location, but he told me to buy a fresco medicine cabinet and unfortunately the LED has dripped inside the mirror. I've contacted their customer service and they never get back to me. Do not buy their.
Will not buy from decorplanet.com again. After waiting 4+ months for the shower enclosure to match the base which arrived earlier, I was never called to arrange delivery. No voicemail. When I tracked down the item it had been 'returned' because they were 'unable to contact the customer by phone' which is a lie. Item had been returned without my consent. To 'fix' this issue I had to re-order expecting the credit for the return to match the new charge but instead discovered they charged me $300 more! Poor customer service failed to fully resolve the issue.
After an item was delayed 3 times and 6 weeks, I started looking at this company's reviews and realized I wasn't the only person with this issue. I was lucky enough to be able to cancel the order (hopefully with a full refund). I reordered the same product from another company and the product was shipped the SAME day with tracking. I'm not sure why they can't be honest with whether a product is in stock and ready for shipment. Yes, they offer lower prices, but unless you have oodles of time, don't count on actually receiving it. You get what you pay for, I guess.
I bought a Vanity, marble vanity top, and a high end Toto toilet. I spent over $6000. Dollars with them. All the items arrived on a palate. When my contractor was able to open all the items to install them, the marble top was broken in several pieces. Since this was more than 48 hrs after delivery, they refused to replace or refund me and I had to buy a new marble counter top. I won't be a repeat customer!
Disreputable company. They advertised an in stock item, then they told me it would take more than a month to ship while they "searched for a supplier." I cancelled my order and awaited a refund that never came. I finally got in touch with them through their chat--after they never responded to emails--and they said they refunded my purchase to Amazon Pay. Amazon Pay disagrees with them, as they never received a refund. So, Decor Planet are both liars and thieves. I had to file a claim with Amazon Pay to get my money, which they say will take as long as a month.
I ordered the mirrored medicine cabinet and was hung by a handyman according to their manual with screws etc supplied by them and a few months later the whole cabinet fell off the wall. They asked me for photos and gave me a case nr and after... i never heard back but in meantime my medicine cabinet is broken! So buysomewhere else as they dont help with any issues! You will be onyour own
Their website was very easy to navigate; I had ordered a sink faucet part, but unfortunately chose the incorrect finish. DecorPlanet's customer service was quick with the return/RMA process, and very pleasant to work with.
I ordered a shower head and it was supposed to ship in a week. Months later they told me it would be months more before it would arrive. Our bathroom remodel was delayed mid-project because they couldn't deliver after saying multiple times they would. I finally cancelled my order and bought elsewhere.
Ordered a Grohe BLUE system. Was told 1 4 week ship date. Never received, and no communication about it from Decor Planet, until I called Customer Service, only to find out that it will be 4 months later! Given my project will be done. This shows that they are NOT supportive of their Clients and are ONLY "cashing checks'!
I ordered a faucet in April, and they charged my card. 30 days later they told me it was on back order and I did not receive it until mid-August. When it didn't work for my kitchen, they charged me a 15% restocking fee and I had to pay to ship it back. Seems like they had no problem inconveniencing the customer.
Worst company to deal with. Ordered a vanity April 17th. I emailed and called to confirm the order. They said they'll ship May 5th. On May 10th, I called to ask why it hasn't shipped. Turns out they did not even PROCESS my order despite my email and call to confirm the order. Then they said they'll ship May 18th. Nope, still didn't ship. Then they said they'll ship May 23rd. Of course as I am writing this, it still hasn't shipped. These are the most incompetent people I've ever had the curse to purchase anything from. Spare yourself some misery, and don't order anything from Decor Planet.
I ordered two expensive vanity faucets. I was supposed to receive a ship date within 24-48 hours. I received no follow-up information. I emailed customer service twice inquiring about my order, and never received a reply back. I called the customer service line and after waiting 30 minutes, I was prompted to leave a callback number( staying on hold was not an option). I never received a callback. I canceled the order through the website and received no follow-up acknowledgment. Meanwhile, my funds are on hold and tied up until Decor Planet cancels the order. Worst purchasing experience I have had in a long time
Decor Planet admittedly sent the wrong Toto toilet seat which I returned, uninstalled in pristine condition but in the box box of the new toilet seat which I ordered. I ordered a new one before I was refunded because it took 8 months for the first one to arrive. When I did not receive a refund I contacted Decor Planet and was told by Venice that the seat was 'used'. The pictures she sent were not of a 'used' seat but of one that had been completely and intentionally destroyed. The seat was never even attempted to be installed because I was sent the wrong model and the damage was intentionally inflicted. Decor Planet may seem like they offer lower prices but it is at the expense of their costumers, this is a scam and disgusting practice, do not use this deceptive company.
3 weeks into an order - nothing. No shipment tracking, no updates. Called the company to see where my 3 showers are only to hear "they have been discontinued sorry" really!? And nobody bothered to tell me? While I already installed rough ins for the showers (bough separately) They tried to resolve the issue by transferring me back and forth to: "sorry this extension was not found. Goodbye"

You can't find a better place then this, endless selection great staff and will walk you through every little detail including on how to pick out best product for your budget! I have never met more honest sales people! Highly recommended!
I ordered a linen tower from Decorplanet.com on 11/13/2019 and was given an estimated shipping date of 11/19/2019. I ordered it because was strapped for time and it stated on their website "Usually Ships in 3 to 7 Business Days" We didn't get delivery till 12/6/2019! I made several calls to decorplanet.com to see where the heck it was, with one woman named Jordan guaranteeing me that it was going to be delivered 3 weeks prior to when it actually arrived. They did credit me $50.00, but I had to pay my guy a lot more than that to come back and install the cabinet and finish tiling around it. The cabinet itself is very nice, but I will never order from this company again. Lies, lies, lies.
This company doesn't stand behind the quality of it's product's. A faucet bought from Decor Planet 3 years ago had a part that completely rusted through, causing the faucet filters to fall out.
Instead of offering us to replace this product, like any respectable company would do, the best that they could offer is 15% off if I were to purchase the same product from them again. They told me that the warranty on this product is 1 year, even though majority of other faucet manufacturers have a warranty of at least 5 and in some cases 10 years. Think twice before buying anything from Decor Planet, because if the product breaks or is defective, you're on your own.
I selected decorplanet.com for a plumbing part because their website stated the item was in stock and would be shipped within two days. Turns out decor planet sent the order to the manufacturer and it will take TWO MONTHS before my part (which has already been charged to my credit card) is shipped, making our new shower out of commission for two months (until the part arrives). I wish they had been honest about the delivery date up front. Very disappointing. Based on this experience, I won't be a repeat customer.

Bought an Bathroom vanity from DecorPlanet.com. When installing metal part to the drain the glass sink cracks because it didn't fit correctly I immediately contacted the business and they refuse to exchange or refund. They don't guarantee there products once its deliver. I ask if unit can be sent back to manufactures, they said "no" and to top that off. They offer me to spend more money to repurchase the glass sink. It's more a headache dealing with these people then pleasure. They can care less if there product its fragile. Just want to let everyone know not to do business with DecorPlanet.com
Great customer service in stores. Be aware of the shipping company, they are very rude and lazy to deliver! I was without a vanity for the bathroom for over a month. The driver decided not to deliver it because no one is home, (that was his excuse meanwhile there is a doorman who was able to receive the package). Called to verify what was the issue and the driver and manager gives me attitude being rude and unprofessional. They need to put themselves in our shoes and see how it feel to treat us customer like this. Deliver company needs to have more structure and better customer service, we as customers spend thousands of dollars with your company, we should have a little bit or more respect or communication.
This way of working is unacceptable.
