I ordered a tissue holder to put along the side of my new vanity, and realized that the handle did not twist from right to left, as I needed a left handed model. I went to the live chat box where Venice did a little research. After searching around she said she would call me right back. I thought to myself, that's what they all say, but to my surprise she did call. We worked out a viable solution. Thank you Venice for going the extra mile.
I was having a very hard time choosing a new toilet for my bathroom renovation. For days I researched Toto toilets and after feeling overwhelmed I chatted on line with Alex and then spoke to Alex directly at Decor Planet. He greatly simplified things for me and was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. He even offered me some additional tricks regarding the installation. I am so grateful for his he! P and wish I would have reached out to him sooner.
I used Decor planet for my first bathroom remodel and I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to do any type of work to their home. Their Salesforce is knowledgeable polite and professional. Their customer service is the same. I was in a jam today because I did not order enough tile for my bathroom and it made me very stressed out however I called up Decor planet to order more and they turned a stressful situation into a manageable issue. I also agree with bad reviews about this company. The Level of rudeness that we have experienced is just unbelievable ( their Brooklyn store location). We had an encounter with one of their staff members there, the older guy with a beard, didn't ask him his name unfortunately. Rude, rude, rude. SHOCKINGLY RUDE.
Also the mirrored medicine cabinet was chipped on each side. It could be that we were just unlucky but according to other reviews it's probably more of a norm.
I ordered a powder bath vanity. It is exactly as described on the site. It looks beautiful in the space. Very nice quality. And was easy to install. Initially the sink arrived broken but they were helpful and timely with getting a replacement to me.
The double vanity arrived on time and in good shape (also good price for what it was). No issues during install. 6 months later the faucet started to leak where the cold line connected to the faucet, which due to the construction of the faucet is unreachable. It was over a year, but I emailed customer service (fully expecting a brush off). A few clarifying questions later they sent me a brand new faucet. Unexpected and pleasant level of customer service (hence this review).
Do not buy from this company! I ordered a
$ 400 faucet from them and they put a signature is required for delivery. Fed ex was suppose to deliver it three days in a row and they never came. I waited at my house everyday for them to come and they never showed up. Decor planet said everyday fed ex would be delivering but they never did. I finally had to pick up the faucet at the fed ex location. Pete who is a sales manager at Decor Planet said he would credit me $ 70.00 for the inconvenience but never did. I have left numerous messages with him and have gotten no return phone calls. Buy somewhere else. It has been a horrible experience!
I did buy a Franke grid for my kitchen sink. When it was delivered, it did not look like the part I had ordered. I reached out to customer service and got outstanding support from Venice G. Who followed up diligently. They called Franke and confirmed that the picture associated with the product listed in Decor Planet was wrong and misled me. Venice G. Then handled the situation to my satisfaction. So net, net, great customer service but make sure they should have had the right product associated with the picture on the site.

I ordered two Vanities and a shower door from Decorplanet.com, I spoke to two salespeople on the phone both were extremely knowledgeable.
I received my vanities within a week, I did have to wait for my shower doors longer but it was fine, they informed me about this in advance.
When the vanities arrived one of the sinks was damaged but Decorplanet took care of it right away! I will definitely use them again!
I purchased a vanity, faucet and toilet from decorplanet. After 6 month I had a problem with the toilet but decorplanet was right on top of it to get me a replacement flapper. They have great looking products at great prices. Customer service is great especially Dan G. I recommend them - Tom G
I received an excellent customer service at Decor Planet! The sales person assisted me with determining correct dimensions for a sink cabinet which I was purchasing. Two weeks after delivery I discovered a scratch in the cabinet mirror and came back to the store to discuss my options. Even though a long time has passed since delivery date Decor Planet replaced my item. I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend Decor Planet to everyone!
The delivery was on time and the vanity mirror & toilet we ordered are beautiful. They also sent me a replacement drain stopper free of charge, Great customer service, The e mail I sent was answered within about 12 hours on a weekend!
After leaving initial review I was contacted. They did not have the item I ordered. They were helpful in trying to find an alternative but my specifications are very specific. They did issue a refund.
Ordered vanity. Was supposed to ship in 3-7 days. It didn't. Sent email. They were supposed to respond in 24-48 hours. They didn't. Tried to call Customer Service. Only goes to voicemail. No return calls. COMPLETE FRAUD
... they tell me the touch-up paint they sent (unannounced) is all they will do for our damaged cabinet. By far the worst customer "service" experience I have ever had. As you can see from other reviews, if you have a problem there is a strong probability you will get the run-around. I strongly suggest purchasing from Home Depot, Lowes, etc where you can be assured they will stand by their product.
Ordering was fast, complete, and very timely even with a large vanity being shipped. Very helpful with a product change- we had ordered the wrong item, the customer service rep answered immediately and was able to adjust the order.
The vanity is of very high quality materials and matched the picture and description.
I would recommend DecorPlanet and plan on using them for the next remodel project.
Ordered a vanity and my card was charged it it no email conformation was received. Called several time a day for three days and didn't get anyone. Finally got through and the vanity was sold out. After lots of go around finally picked another and when it arrived was damaged and they refused to do anything. Will never anything from them EVER!
My husband and I bought a vanity set and bathroom toilet from Decorplanet a week or so before remodeling our bathroom. They managed to get it on time and the packaging was carefully done. They have a great customer service as well.
The products are decent - but their service is horrendous. I ordered a few thousand dollars worth of items for my new bathroom and everything arrived on time and looks good - but then the toilet starts leaking on the first flush - from underneath. I've called them repeatedly and they insist the only way to get service is by sending them an email with photos of the issue; I continue to send them emails with the description of the issue and photos and they simply ignore them. I have received not a single response. Nothing. POOR.
