The sales experiences was okay. Our rep Jen knew her product to an extent. After delivery it all went down hill. 75% of the cabinets and doors came damaged. It too days and lots of wasted hours of picture taking to show the damages to get them replaced. Next batch of cabinets still just as damaged. The part owner told me something like this doesn't happen but somehow I didn't believe it. Horrible customer service. After 3 months with no kitchen and a 3rd try we finally got almost everything. 6 months later soft closes are breaking and cabinets discoloring. Stay away from Tribeca brand. If your going with WCF then go simple design.

I purchased a vanity, faucet and toilet from decorplanet. After 6 month I had a problem with the toilet but decorplanet was right on top of it to get me a replacement flapper. They have great looking products at great prices. Customer service is great especially Dan G. I recommend them - Tom G
