If you are in to modern pieces, Decor Planet is the place to shop. I ordered a full vanity set and could not be happier. (Fresca Mezzo Teak Modern Bathroom Vanity w/Blum Storage System). The product was as advertised and easy to install. I have had so many people compliment me on the set. The shipping was quick which kept my project moving along.
I also ordered two identical toilets. Upon installation, I discovered a manufacturer defect. Decor Planet worked with me and the manufacturer to get the desired replacement in a very timely manner and with great customer service. The new toilets arrived promptly and undamaged. The plumber even stated how nice they looked and easy to install. I would certainly purchase from Decor Planet again. Do not hesitate to order from this site. I will be doing so for our next bathroom, which we will be remodeling very soon.
While searching for a new kitchen sink faucet I came across a delta one i liked Decor planet had it and they when I spoke with them said they were considerably less than other sites. So I ordered it, It took a really long time well after they advised arrival and I had to pay plumber to come back to install only for him to have found a major piece missing. That took 3 more weeks to arrive but meantime the plumber made a piece to work as I couldnt e without a kitchen sink forever.

Years ago I bought many terrific fixtures from Decor Planet and I am very happy with them all. Recently a faucet developed a leak and I was put in contact with Customer Service Representative Venice Golding who researched my now out of production faucet and was able to locate the appropriate cartridge and sent it to me immediately. Problem solved. I am extremely pleased and grateful for the courtesy and efficiency with which this matter was attended.
My wife researched what she wanted extensively and kept coming back to Decor Planet because of their clear descriptions, what looked like quality and their low prices. To be sure, we took the subway out to their showroom in Brooklyn and were impressed both by the selection and their expertise and advice. Ultimately, we ordered two vanities, two sinks and fixtures, two mirrors and two toilets (Fresca). Everything arrived exactly as ordered and our contractor asked for the contact information because he was so impressed with the quality. Subsequently, one drawer showed a slight bubble on its face. I contacted customer service; he (Dan Goldberg) was completely sympathetic, asked for a picture so he could understand the problem we were trying to solve. As soon as I sent it to him, he arranged for an immediate delivery of a replacement, free of charge. We have it, within days. Based on my experience with DecorPlanet, I can't rate them any higher.
I built a house last year, we bought four sinks, three toilets, and many faucets from decorplanet. The products are top notch. Customer service is outstanding as well. They replaced a sink top that damaged during shipping in less then a week, no questions asked. I would have to say the products being constructed well, the deep inventory, and great customer service. One of the best companies I've dealt with in a long long time.
I was helped by Professor at the City location. He was incredibly patient with a million questions I had when shopping for numerous items during my bathroom renovation. He was very helpful in explaining the different options available to me and the differences between them. Ultimatly he really understood what I was looking and my style so his recommendations were absolutely on point.
I found DecorPlanet to have the best selection of contemporary fittings, and we purchased four toilets, three vanities and a sink for two separate house projects. Shipping was fast, everything we received was as shown on the website, and when I needed a replacement part for one of the toilets, I received an immediate reply email. Would highly recommend.
I ordered a vanity set for our bathroom remodel and we were told that it will be shipped in 4-days. After two weeks we were told that the unit has been back-ordered and will not be shipped till 2 months later. I canceled the order right away since we had to move on with the remodeling and purchased another vanity from a more reliable vendor. Today I checked the status of my order after one month passed our cancellation to make sure it has been canceled and the order status is remained at processing. The customer service has not been getting back to me after sending several emails and chat requests!
Our remodeled bathroom look simply beautiful thank to DecorPlanet! The quality of our tiles, shower doors, vanity and medicine cabinet is outstanding. First, this company does not even deserve the 1 star! I ordered a mirror for our new bath construction. Never opened it. My builder decided it was too big and I needed the next size down. I called and worked with the company rep. I asked if I could do an exchange and if restocking and return shipping would be waived? The answer was, no. I decided not to repurchase the smaller size mirror from this company. I followed all directions to ship the large mirror back to them. Using their label. After several emails and confirming mirror returned was received, but refund not received, I finally received it. I was charged more for the return shipping and restocking fee than my refund. I order most everything on line and have never been treated this was by any company! DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY!
We bought a vanity with matching cabinet. Vanity arrived as described but door on cabinet was terribly scratched. We immediately called, sent pictures, and were promised a replacement. SIX MONTHS later we are still dealing with them for a replacement. I have spoken with 4 or 5 different and INDIFFERENT people. They will be very nice when promising you something they can't deliver then very rude when you question why it was never delivered. Horrible customer service, horrible procedures!
Great customer service! I needed a part for a product I bought over a year ago and they not only responded to my inquiry quickly but they found the part and offered to send it at no charge! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
Their product is superior and their customer service even better. Although my product was 3 years old and out of the warranty period they covered the parts with no fee and no questions asked. I will only buy from them in the future.
We originally placed our order in early October and went several days past our expected shipping date without any updates or information. We posted an unsatisfactory review and were contacted promptly with an updated shipping and delivery date. They were great about following up with us on our satisfaction of the item and delivery. We appreciated their follow-up and they were great to offer a discount for the inconvenience.
We placed an order over a week ago with no update on shipping. We have tried to log in to view account and order status but have not been able to sign in. Messages have been sent with no response. We are in the middle of a remodel and need the vanity ordered ASAP. We will try again tomorrow then we will be filing a fraud charge with our CC company canceling the order.

We are in the middle of a fairly large home re-model. In looking for a hand made tile from London, DecorPlanet was able to accommodate. We do not live in NY, so we worked with Gail Motisi from DecorPlanet over the phone. Gail was a ball of positive energy... more sales people should be like her as she is a great representation for the company. Gail made sure our order was complete and we didn't have any oversights. The process was very easy! To send additional kudos her way, we had tile that arrived broken and not only was it replaced within days, as to not slow down our very tight timeline for job completion. I had an issue with a faucet which was out of warranty. Decor Planet was nice enough to extend the warranty for me and ship me a replacement faucet at charge. There was no charge for shipping either.
I'm very pleased with Decor's customer service and it's sales staff and highly recommend the company.

I ordered two identical vanities which were supposed to come with a back splash included. When I opened the boxes, neither had a back splash so I called DecorPlanet's customer service. I was told they would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. It took a while to get back to me but they finally did and they are having the back splashes sent. Saint Billy is handling my case and was very apologetic. I'd do business with them again.
Decor Planet's customer service has been extraordinarily cooperative and understanding with me and my client in correcting a couple of manufacturing defects for two Fresca products we purchased in the Spring. The overall quality of the product was extremely high, but we encountered some issues with deterioration of the mirror on a medicine and vanity chest. Decor Planet upheld Fresca's warranty with expedience and grace. I would highly recommend the company.
I went to DecorPlanet with no idea of the design I wanted for my bathroom tiles. They have a tremendous selection of tiles and bathe accessories. I worked with Nina. She was amazing! Very knowledgeable on what tiles worked well together. Got a great deal on some beautiful tiles. I will post a photo of my bathroom when it complete. Can't wait
