The site marks it has a 4 hour cancellation policy - however, this does not apply for most airlines, so the cancellation policy is complete nonsense. If you try to get customer support they charge you huge fees to change and try to persuade you into buying tickets now.

I made an error in my original booking for an international flight and called customer service to get it squared away. Danish answered this call and not only was he able to correct my mistake, he also saved me an additional $200 on airfare. His service was friendly, cheerful and understanding.
I booked a round trip flight on the Cheapair.com website for $360. I entered my credit card and everything, clicked confirm... boom, order was processed. Well then I was called by a rep and told that the price has gone up to over $500 (in less than 30 mins)... really?! After I literally just booked on your website for $360? Nice business model you have there.
They could have very easily covered the minimal cost difference and kept a customer for life. But no. They couldn't do that. That was too much customer service for them to handle. That's cool. When I receive a truly $#*!ty customer service/buying experience then I rarely ever return as a customer. I will gladly find another place to buy discount airlines tickets in the future.

Danish was so helpful! He provided me with a lower ticket price, because the rate had gone down since I purchased my tickets. He also showed me how to get my family seats together on our flights. I couldn't have asked for better service!

I bought tickets and received no email confirmation, they called me and said I needed to pay $550 more dollars for my $126 ticket, I said I can't afford that, and they stated they will cancel my ticket. Whether or not they will charge me has yet to be seen, they stated I would not be charged but this occured thirty minutes ago and it appears this is their game. I went on the actual airlines website and bought the exact same flight and tickets for the exact same original price. It is almost extortion. You've been warned, now hopefully, this review won't get my card re-charged like the many other unlucky folks on here.!
Mr. Danish was incredibly helpful and when being stressed out about making my flight when there was a 2 hour delay on the highway due to a crash when I'm trying to make it to a close family members memorial, can break even the toughest of people down.

I called for an upgrade quote to my ticket. The customer rep Ariane was rude, and argumentative. He kept saying that people are scamming for upgrades. You need to screen your employees better, and the whole experience turned me off from buying anything from cheap air.
I have used Cheapair.com several times and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. The last time I used this service I was in Florida and had to return to Buffalo in a winter storm. I contacted the helpline and was informed nothing was cancelled. They put my mind at ease if there were cancellations that other arrangements would be made. Everything went as planned and arrived to my destination on time. I will not hesitate to use their services for my next flight
I booked a flight using cryptocurrency as a payment method. Went absolutely flawless. I called to make sure they got the order in, as I didn't receive an immediate reply in my mailbox. Help was great and confirmation mail followed shortly. Very satisfied customer.
I was so pleased with CheapAir! From the ease of using the website, to the customer service. You actually speak with a representative within seconds of making the call! And they are extremely helpful and accommodating. Danish by the way was AWESOME! He went above and beyond! Will definitely look to CheapAir for future travel!

I woke up this morning to a call from a friendly customer service agent at Cheap Air. I had made a reservation last night for myself and children to fly. Because my children were flying home on their own special arrangements needed to be made. It was nice that I did not need to try and contact Cheap Air. They were on it and took care of my reservation quickly.
I have had really good customer service with CheapAir. I have needed assistance a few times when making changes to my itinerary and the service has been very efficient. They found better flights for me and helped me navigate the process better than I would have on my own. Thank you all!
Wow! I'm really impressed with the service from CheapAir.com. I booked a flight and realized immediately after booking that I misspelled my name. I called them and spoke with Gema who said she could easily fix the problem. Never did I think it would be that easy! Love this site and their awesome service! I had last minute changes to my multiple stop overseas flight, and with the help of Danish fro, CheapAirs amazing and efficient customer service, they were able to accommodated my needs and reschedule two flights to another date, and they found me the cheapest (no additional charges!). They are unhelpful, will put you on hold for HOURS, and do not have good customer service. I received multiple errors when booking, received no confirmation and they later they still would not refund my ticket. Worst site I have ever used! Worst. They don't even deserve one star.
Watch out for CheapAir! Number one, they are very unfriendly on the phone esp when you try to get refund after changing a flight literary. Number two, they lied. I was booking for Korean Airline. Later I found out that I booked American Airline with high fees. Korean Airline tickets are much more expensive and they put fake Airline logo by adding Korean Airline logo instead of American Airline so that they can make more money. I'll NEVER use Cheapair ever again. Beware!
I booked a flight w CheapOair last month and I ran into a slight problem. My sister booked the same flight without me knowing. Well needless to say mine went thru because I got my info n first. However I put n the wrong time for departure. When I discovered why had happened I called to make the change of course the pricing was different.
