I was charged twice on my booking 57377539 resulting in multiple overdraft fees and a negative balance in my checking account feeling angry

Hi Anthony,

I'm sorry to read that. Looking at your booking number pretty sure you did NOT book with us. I think you might have booked with a different company, possibly CheapOAir, (we don't have an O in our name). If you still think with us, give us a call so that we can research the matter at 800-243-2724.
