Hi David, that does not look like our booking number. I believe you booked with another company such as CheapO air, (no "O" in our name) or Cheap Flights. Our booking numbers are 10 digits long and start with 2. If you still believe you booked with us can you please email us at help@CheapAir.com with the full name of the passenger and email address used for the reservation. Thank you

The airline should be able to locate you with your name or 6 digit airline confirmation # that we display on our emails. I don't have any information other than your first name but if you booked with us, and you email us at help@cheapair.com or call 800-243-2724 one of our travel advisors should be able to help you out.

Did you purchase the seats with us? Can you email us at help@cheapair.com with a booking number or name of the customer, you can attn SiteJabber reviews.
Generally seat assignments should show on the itinerary we provide, but additional seat charges may not depending where in the booking process they were bought, but if purchased with us we can provide invoices.

I'm sorry to read that. Looking at your booking number pretty sure you did NOT book with us. I think you might have booked with a different company, possibly CheapOAir, (we don't have an O in our name). If you still think with us, give us a call so that we can research the matter at 800-243-2724.

You can go to MyTrips if you have a booking and we have a "Price Drop" button to see if your fare has gone down. If you track your exact itinerary on our website, you can get a notification when the fare drops. Hope that information helps.

I would like to see the payment plan BEFORE I click {Purchase} button. But I don't see that option

Hi Barbara,
Because the payment plan depends in part on your credit worthiness you have to do the application through Affirm at checkout. However you can opt out at that time if you do not like the terms or payment plan.
