How you do price drop pay back? Is it automatic credit directly to my credit card or do I have to request money myself when price drop?

Hi Mimi,
You can go to MyTrips if you have a booking and we have a "Price Drop" button to see if your fare has gone down. If you track your exact itinerary on our website, you can get a notification when the fare drops. Hope that information helps.
