Glen at ext. 1167 is Amazing! He has made travel posable for me when I had very important trips to make. I could never been able do this without his help.My sister told me about "Glen at CheapAir" after he helped her with her travel plans. He is both professional and personable. I read all the reviews below and frankly I was a little scared to book my flight through cheapair.
I've had the worst experiences in the past with other airlines, getting double charged the price of the ticket, not being able to speak to someone, last minute changes to layovers, etc. You name it.
So I decided to do it.
It took me exactly 5 minutes to book my ticket. Got a confirmation by email right away. No problem whatsoever with my payment.
I'm a little shocked here.
After-sale service - someone got in touch with me, to make sure everything was ok on my end and to let me know they remained available if I needed anything.
So I give them 5 stars and I will use cheapair again. For the prices and for the service.
I spoke with Danish Aftab, who was very polite, understanding and helpful. I don't travel a lot and was unsure about the procedures for checking in. Danish explained it to me, step by step. I was also worried that my family (3 of us) wouldn't be able to sit together on the flights. He was able to secure adjacent seats for both flights and sent me an email confirming that immediately.

I will gladly pay a higher price next time to avoid dealing with the incompetence. A simple international flight has become a nightmare. I wasted more time on the phone with these people than anything. Trust me--it is not worth it. I will never book with them again.
I got ripped off by cheap air. It said unavailable ticket. So i booked elsewhere. Now i am having a hard time canceling this ticket, stuck paying a penalty. Awful site, terrible customer service. AVOID USING.

Hi I wanted to take a moment to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with Danish on our transaction. I purchased 4 tickets yesterday from Priceline.com, from Seattle to Shannon Ireland. The tickets utilized both United and Air Canada. We then invited my daughter's friend to join us. Purchasing tickets on the same flight proved difficult for us to do on our own. I explained the issue to Danish, who understood the problem clearly. He was able to book my daughter's friend on the same flight with us at roughly the same price. He was courteous, friendly and patient. He also took the time to make sure everything was exactly the same between our tickets and the one he was booking. Overall, I was very appreciative of his assistance.
I called and purchased a ticket from Tampa to Newark, New Jersey on a specific date. Later that day, came back a different ticket from Tampa to New York. When called to Cheapair, the representative said that they will be a charge of 25 dollars because I waited over 24 hours to report the issue. Is that fair? While I purchased a ticket from Tampa to Newark, seems that someone was on the other side deciding different destiny. Don't negotiate with this people.
It will never ever deal with this company in my life I try to correct a name on the ticket within the free window time the keep ask me to pay fee every time I spoke with representatives he give me different fee they just try to get money in any way
I called to cancel my flight this airline was not helpful at all, they said my ticket was non refundable. I told the lady I had purchased insurance for cancellation she then inform me unless it was life threatening emergency my insurance would not cover, I told her that it did not specified which reasons for canceling they would accept, after calling the insurance agency that I paid 19.90 for they told me I would not get a refund both cheap air and the insurance protection plan are thieves! How dare they do this to customers they should not be in business. I give them no stars but its making me select one
Had an unexpected problem with 1st credit card I tried to use to book my flight. Cheapair were quick to respond to advise me of the problem. I contacted their customer service number provided to me, and talking with Shawn we were able to quickly resolve issue. Received my flight booking confirmation immediately thereafter
I would like to say that Alex was nothing but a great help to me tonight! I had accidently ordered a ticked backwards and helped me get in switched the correct way. I don't know what I would've done without him. Instead of me reaching out to Spirit Airlines he did it himself and made sure my departure was switched from Orlando to Bradley and my arrival Bradley to Orlando. Thank you! He was kind, respectful and efficient!
Since I was obliged to cancel international flights because of coronavirus, I did think the process would be complicated. However Danish handled the entire issue, got the flights cancelled and also go back the cost of same less a small fee. He handled the whole transaction with detailed precision and in a professional manner that I much appreciated.
There were ice storms all across the eastern seaboard. I didn't want to travel to the airport knowing my flight would be cancelled, so Cheapair rescheduled my flight for me free of charge. I will always use Cheapair!

When your website wouldn't respond top my attempts to select seating for my upcoming flight, I called the 800 #. Within moments Danish had solved my problem -- by viewing, then offering, then finalizing -- seating for me. Perfect service rep!
The reviews below are all pretty much customer complaints on the customer error side. The only issue I had with CheapAir was them changing the times/dates but only slightly. Partially because I booked so far in advance. I had no issue with this site though, all the flights were in order and on time too. Would book again
Horrible booking issues and communication until I had to email them and inquire about no confirmation email after I booked. They later said prices increased and neglected to tell me until I had to ask. Email support was washy no real help until I called in the morning. I spoke with Danish who helped sort out everything seamlessly and kindly. He was a lifesaver and was able to get the original price and booking for me. Overall I'm hesitant to use Cheapair again but the live support changes my mind. Very accommodating and helpful over the phone once you get ahold of a live person!
