When I logged onto my account on the website my flight never came up after I booked it, but I had the confirmation email so I was fine and my flights all worked out super well. I had no problems my flight was cheaper then most just make sure you check the bagging situation before you book if you're trying to save every penny I spent a decent amount on that added to my flight. I was double charged at first but it gets taken away after a day or so it's just how it works I assume.
I called customer service about my attempt to make an internet purchase of airline tickets to MN. My call was answered without a wait time. The agent was easy to understand, listened, initiated help and went beyond. I felt welcome to ask other questions, which he also answered.

I was unable to find my recently purchased tickets in the Cheap Air file or my email. I called and was so pleasantly surprised to not have a long wait and then a polite young man offered to help. There were several issues that needed attention and he attended to them with great patience and consideration. He continued to be kind through my computer fumbling and he got the job completed. Very grateful and appreciative to him and his good attitude!
Booked a flight for my grandfather's funeral, but I realized after purchase that the flight came in too late for me to make it to the service on time. I called to see if they had anything else or to cancel. The rep not only found a flight that worked for the same price, but also found direct flights both ways. I will be traveling with a 4 year old and a 6 month old so he definitely saved the day.
Had an unexpected problem with 1st credit card I tried to use to book my flight. Cheapair were quick to respond to advise me of the problem. I contacted their customer service number provided to me, and talking with Shawn we were able to quickly resolve issue. Received my flight booking confirmation immediately thereafter
CheapAir.com changed the date of the outbound flight on my roundtrip flight, forcing me to cancel the trip and now they will not refund the purchase price of the return ticket.
I purchased a roundtrip flight on CheapAir.com. 2 days later CheapAir.com changed the outbound flight to a different day, forcing me to cancel the trip. Now, they won't refund the ticket price of the return flight. They say because the outbound flight is a different airline than the return flight, they can't refund the ticket for the outbound flight.
I was never warned that if one airline canceled a flight, I would not be able to cancel the return flight. CheapAir is saying I purchased 2 one-way tickets. This is very deceiving, as I purchased a "roundtrip" flight – NOT 2 "one-way" trips.
I'm surprised CheapAir operates with such disregard for their customers and is allowed to break numerous laws with the deceitful practices.
I was traveling to Florida and I received an email that my flight had been canceled by me so immediately called and tried to explain to them I hadn't canceled my ticket the first supervisor I spoke with hung up on me and the second one told me there was nothing they could do so I was out the 200.00 and had to purchase another ticket because they couldn't get me another flight or credit. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this experience.
I was in a jam my friend bought me a ticket to get home. I tried using cheap sure but they said credit card didn't go through. So I used another site. When I got home my friend said his card was charged twice by cheap air plus $25.00 I got an email saying it denied the card. Not friend is in overdraft over $500
Then I call customer service and said to talk to supervisor to get refund they are suppose to call me back.
This is horrible I will never ever use them again crooks
At first, I was extremely pleased with the price I was quoted. After booking the flight I received an email saying I could not pay pay international credit card. I was given the option of paying via Western Union or Bank Transfer. I tried contacting Cheapair by phone and email but received no reply. I do not know if this site is legitimate but I would definitely avoid this completely. Best pay a bit more somewhere else for service and safety.
Do not use, charging credit card first, declining you next for onsite unwritten reasons then keeping 10 days the money thru refund.
Horribly rude customer service, talking as if the make you a favor talking to you.
I called in to change my return flight by 1 day. Glen went above and beyond. Without being asked he made sure that both my flight to the destination and my flight home was the best option. He was able to save me 4 hrs of travel time, which is huge considering I have a baby I'll be traveling with! Thanks glen!
Had an issue that previously would cost me a ridiculous fee and tons of time to rectify. When I called cheapair to see what they could do, I spoke with Glen (who actually speaks perfect English) and he solved the issue super quick without an added fee. Extremely refreshing to experience that level service. I will ONLY use Cheapair when booking my flights from here on out. Great service. Fees are reasonable. And you guys accept crypto. Called re. Slow online airline booking. Called and immediately call was answered, question asked, answered politely and confirmed that in fact my reservation was confirmed. Within minutes, call came about a direct flight option, which we decided to take. Altogether a very positive experience. THANK YOU!
Danish was extremely pleasant, diligent and efficient in helping me to change my flight itinerary. I mentioned to him that I was impressed with the very short time on hold before speaking with an agent. Am very pleased with customer service at CheapAir and would recommend it to others.
I knew it was a big ask because I realized I only had a few hours before the 24 hour time limit but I called anyway to try and change my itinerary. Not only was I able to get it changed to new dates. I even saved 5 dollars in the process. I was also given incredibly friendly, prompt and helpful service. Danish went above and beyond and I appreciate all his help.
I liked working with Danish. He was pleasant, professional and interested in helping me and he saved me a few dollars, which I appreciated. Overall, this was probably the best experience I have had with Cheap Air customer service. I have been using this service since at least 2015 and have had better luck than with Price Line. I am appreciative that I can still find flights to Nigeria. I go there often

My husband & I booked flights through this site. We needed to speak with someone on the phone. Our call was immediately answered & we were able to book our Flight & car rental. The site marks it has a 4 hour cancellation policy - however, this does not apply for most airlines, so the cancellation policy is complete nonsense. If you try to get customer support they charge you huge fees to change and try to persuade you into buying tickets now.
