I ordered 8 items and received 2. When I contacted them they insisted that all items were packaged together and their solution was to tell me to check the bag again. As if I overlooked SIX missing items of clothing. Total scam. No customer service. Steer clear.
Ordered a dress for next day delivery. A week later it had not arrived. Contacted them for a refund. Basically ignored my request until I started shouting loud. Finally told the refund was being processed but it would take 5 working days? Why Boohoo? The item never arrived at destination. It was with YOUR courier all along.
I ordered two pairs of boots, received one pair. I reached out to customer service, and they said they'd check the footage of when it was packed. They came back to me saying both pairs of boots were indeed packed and subsequently delivered, so they would not refund me.? I sent them PROOF of what I received, which was a package that would ONLY fit 1 pair of boots. I asked them to show me this so-called footage they reviewed. No response. They are complete and absolute liars. I've never seen customer service this bad anywhere. I followed up several times and never received a response. The good thing is that I'm only out about $30. But it's the principle of it more than anything. I will never ever shop at Boohoo again.
Wow, what can I say, do not use if you want to return goods. I sent a package, have a receipt from the post office and the screen shot from Royal Mail confirming boohoo's warehouse is in receipt of my package but…apparently they've not received even though they've part credited?! They are now refusing to issue a full refund as they are still claiming they've not received? Honestly guys, do yourself a favour and spend a little more for piece of mind, rather than the cheap crap from Boohoo
First time ordering from this site, was a bit nervous seeing the reviews. I have no complaints I liked everything! Ordered a sweat suit fits true to size, bathing suit also really like and shoes bit higher than I thought but still very cute.
Shipping was pretty long but I was expecting that.
I'll order again.
I'm 5'8", 176 lbs (curvy) and I wear a U.S. womens size 12. I purchased 11 maxi dresses and the quality of 9 were really great. The other 2 were 100% cotton maxi dresses and the material was super thin and totally see-through (just like the 3 wide leg pants I purchased prior also 100% cotton.)
I've worn 2 of the dresses, one for a outdoors baby shower (strappy double layer maxi dress in orange) n the other (tie shoulder plunge maxi dress in yellow) for my birthday dinner. I received so many compliments both times and got asked where I purchased them. It did take about 2 and a half weeks to get here to the U.S. from the UK but definitely well worth the wait.
I will definitely be ordering from them again.
My package came late, because the tracking site is disaster. Quality & material is awful, products are see through. When I wear them, it looks similar to pictures in my camera, but in real life it looks different. I can't return my products, because they didn't give me my postage receipt! I'm super mad and disappointed!
I had very low expectations based on the reviews I read on this site, but they had a dress that looked exactly like what I wanted and at less than $30 it seemed worth the risk. I'm so glad I went for it! I followed their size guide and the fit was perfect, it feels well made and the fabric is good quality. This is my first experience with them so maybe I just got lucky, but I'm very happy with it!
I placed an order using a promo code which brought my total to $36. Once o entered my card info and pressed "pay" I received an error saying " please check shipping and try again" nothing was wrong with my addy but I entered it again then pressed pay and when I received the order confirmation it said $61. I reached out to customer service spoke to 3 different people bc each person kept sending me an automated msg and stopped responding. The last person said they can't cancel my order and once I receive my order after Valentine's Day (which defeats the whole purpose of my order) then I can return it and wait 15 days for a refund. Fraudulent and unprofessional bc that is not the amount I agreed to. If the promo code wasn't acceptable why didn't the site say that instead of saying something was wrong with my shipping. I will NEVER order from them again
In May I was ordering some new clothes from BooHoo, at checkout it offered me Boohoo Premier for £9.99 for 12 months.
The mean features were Free Next Day Delivery and more importantly for me Free Returns (as ordering clothes online is always hit and miss).
I added this to my basket and when I returned some items which were too big or too small it was free of charge, this was the same for the following order as their sizes are all over the place.
I have just ordered 2 items this week which are no where near the size stated and I am being told it is £1.99 to return them even though I am a premier member.
I have questioned with their customer service department and they have advised free returns is no longer included in the Premier Package as of Mid June.
At no point have Boohoo advised me of this and how can they change what is included for customers who have signed up for 12 months!
I would not have ordered my latest order if I had known this as their sizings aren't great.
Needless to day I wont be buying from Boohoo again
I ordered from the Canadian site (ca.boohoo.com) and I thought I was ordering Canadian sizes which makes sense but then it converts to UK sizes? It says in the email size 12 so why did I receive a 14 or 16? So everything I received was way too big. Customer service is awful. I think their sizing should be more clearly explained because it makes NO sense. Plus have to pay $15 to return all the items.
Don't buy shoes from here (clothes r just as bad). There ain't quality. There getting worse. Can u please explain to me why and how you make your shoes so shi#. It's a joke. I brought these last week, I've worn them today for the first time & look at the state of them?. These. Ain't quality. They're have been on for 7 hours and now they look like this. It's now the second time I've brought shoes from this company and they have ended up like this on the first wear. I let that slide (the wear chunky trainers £40) I'd like a refund?. I ordered ~(first time) some clothing and wanted to return, doesn't recognise the order number so I can't return the items. Sent numerous email with screen shots etc. to their customer service, I just get ignored. I have threatened to go to the ombudsman, they don't care. I will NEVER EVER again have anything to do with this company, Atrocious customer service. I don't know how they are still operating.
This is absolutely the worst website to order for shipping. Your order will take more than a month to come. Also there's no actual customer service so you just get a bunch of random people on WhatsApp who can't provide ANY HELP! Beware

I literally bought the same sweater. Both size small. The material, size, and design between the both of them were completely different. I also bought thick butt booster leggings. There was not butt boosting and they are completely see through. I wish I would've read the reviews here first.

But, when I say cheap clothing I mean cheap! I purchased 2 items a dress and shawl coat. The dress is a spongy stretchy scuba diving material. The coat look like felt material and belt stitching is off. It look like they just cut some fabric and piece it together. Save your money. Some may you get what you paid for. But these item should have been $5 at the least. Please stay away from this site.

I ordered a big order so they had to split it into two orders. Not only was most my items damages. I had to pay import fees that they should of covered. They said to send the receipt and they will send me my money back I have been email them for over a month and every time its someone new telling me the same thing as before no one will help me get my money back. It has been over 2 months. They send me $5.38 it should of been $53.80. I cant get my remaining amount from them because they don't understand. I've sent proof and everything.
I order over 4 months ago and they sent me the wrong items. I emailed them straight away, they said they'd send through a free returns, I never got it and put a request in for a refund. After much back and forth and having to get my bank involved after 4 months I finally got my money back - not including shipping which I had to pay for their mistake items to be delivered to me.

Such a horrible place to buy, i returned my one item and keep waiting onto my refund from more than 1 and half month, before they use to reply "Sorry about it we will make sure with certain date that you receive your refund so keep an eye on it" now from 2 weeks they mentioned we transferred your case to specialised team they will get in touch on certain date and no response. Now they keep emailing me to look for my junk/spam they will get in touch i sent them in total 16 emails and still nothing in terms of refund it's scam they don't refund you at all
I recently placed an order for nearly a dozen items for my wife, who typically wears a US size 2-4. Unfortunately, the store did not have anything smaller than a US 4 in Petite sizes. After confirming the sizes and item counts, I proceeded to pay for the order. However, upon receiving my receipts, I noticed that all but two dresses had the correct sizing, while the two in error reflected a US 8. Immediately, I contacted BH customer service and was directed to an Apple chat option, where I spoke with both Skye Rae and Jude. Despite explaining the situation, they offered no solution other than to return the items once received. I find it unreasonable to expect that coupons would update the order to fix such an error, especially since the items were the same but in different colors, indicating a potential system error. Both representatives were unresponsive to my request and only provided a UK sizing chart, which did not address the issue at hand. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering that I have been a loyal customer of ASOS for years and have never encountered such issues. I regret to say that I will not be shopping here again.
