I had to click on a star even though this joke of a company does not deserve one.
I ordered ~(first time) some clothing and wanted to return, doesn't recognise the order number so I can't return the items. Sent numerous email with screen shots etc. to their customer service, I just get ignored. I have threatened to go to the ombudsman, they don't care. I will NEVER EVER again have anything to do with this company, Atrocious customer service. I don't know how they are still operating.
Tip for consumers:
If you buy from these people and want to return / have a problem etc... You can forget it. You won't hear from them. Their customer service in non-existent.
I will NEVER EVER again order from these people. First and definitely last time!
