First time ordering from this site, was a bit nervous seeing the reviews. I have no complaints I liked everything! Ordered a sweat suit fits true to size, bathing suit also really like and shoes bit higher than I thought but still very cute.
Shipping was pretty long but I was expecting that.

Beside the fact that their products are worse than those from China, they charge you doppel the money if you return the items:
1) delivery costs 5,99€
2) returning shipping costs 5,99€
So at the end I was with 12€ in minus and no products!
One positive thing is their customer service who are friendly but sadly they can't help much.

I tried to return my order and they said they are having some troubles accepting Visa cards so they told my to asking any of my friends if they have maestro cards. How unprofessional is that?
And in the end i can't return them because I can't pay my 4$ fee but there was no issue with my card when the got the money for the order.

I have ordered from boohoo numerous times, I had a package get lost. Contacted customer service. Immediately took care of the problem. They tracked the package down and received it a week later. Super cute clothes.
Affordable items are always well liked however the company isn't run well. I ordered 2 dresses and paid $10 shipping. Few days later they send me email saying I was refunded for the dress I was mist looking forward to saying it wasn't on stock. However the website still shows it Instock. They refuse to refund me for the shipping. I said to cancel the order and refund me the full price they still refused. They said when they went to get the dress in warehouse it wasn't available. However it's been showing instock on the site since the day I have ordered it. So what's going on? Paid $10 for shipping and didn't get the dress I want and they suggested I go ahead and order it again AND pay $10 shipping again. This is pathetic and not professional.
The clothes look great on the website but in person there is something wrong with the way the clothes are designed and cut. They don't hang properly and the proportions are off. The materials don't lay correctly. I've never seen anything like it.

Do not order from a company that you can't speak to directlyI placed an order paid for quick shipping receive my order three weeks later. Never received any tracking information. When I receive my package I had all the wrong shoe sizes. Haven't been able to speak with anyone directly because they have no customer service number. When I receive my order did not receive a shipping label with the order. So they constantly keep telling me to DM them but they never respond. I have yet to receive my correct shoe sizes.!
Shipping use to be only $11CAD for full order no matter what, now it is $16.99. Big jump in price.
Plus they do not offer exchanges, and now pre-charge you $15CAD in order to gain return label.
Sizing is very off when it comes to foot wear. As an example, size 7 CAD is equal to size 4 UK however ordering through BooHoo when you order size 7 CAD on the website they give you size 5 UK therefore it is way too big and I have to return it for smaller size. This is where my earlier comment comes in. So I already paid $16.99 for shipping of my order, now I have to pay $15 for return label to ship the invoorect sizing shoes back. And if I want to reorder the shoes in smaller size I have to pay another $16.99 as they do not provide exchanges and it is their error that they are incorrectly sizing in their website.
So that means $48.98 in shipping alone to do this process.
That is extremely costly in my opinion

I ordered 3 pairs of sweatpants around Christmas time. I was sent the wrong items, which arrived very late mind I have you, especially considering I paid for express shipping. However, when I emailed them and told them that I had received the wrong items, they told me that I would have to ship back the items and PAY FOR SHIPPING myself. Horrible customer service. I then went to continue to email them back about this issue about 4 times and still haven't received any other response.
I'm a size 26 waist. Their chart says I should order size 4 on their site. It's definitely runs too big! Also. I hate how there isn't review on their clothing, like most store have. It would be so convenient. Less the hassle of people having to refund stuff. Hopefully I can return everything without an issue. I'll keep you updated on the return! I'm a true 8 in shoes though, they fit fine. Clothing did feel cheap and most of my stuff was see through. Lol yay me!

But, when I say cheap clothing I mean cheap! I purchased 2 items a dress and shawl coat. The dress is a spongy stretchy scuba diving material. The coat look like felt material and belt stitching is off. It look like they just cut some fabric and piece it together. Save your money. Some may you get what you paid for. But these item should have been $5 at the least. Please stay away from this site.

Purchased over $1000 worth of clothing half price on the lot. 5 of the 13 items do not fit yet are the same sizing which is size 20.
3 jackets are oversized which should have a label attached reading size 24 not 20.1 jacket which is the velvet biker jacket is the most paper thin material as are the other 3 and being a size 20 I couldnt get my arm into the sleeves! Come on boohoo what is going on here? The biker jacket says size 20 on the fixed label but its definitely a 16 fit. As for the Jean's I ordered high rise got low rise. I'm pissed as I have spent so much money on these items for work and I dont have the time to be sending this crappy clothing back for a refund IF I am deemed eligible. I'll honestly never buy another item from here again the quality is like sweat shop quality very thin and over sized or undersized do not attempt to buy from here. Fancy gimmicks and adverts do not depict the actual product quality stay far away from boohoo! Now I know why they call it boohoo because they leave you crying of all the money you spend for poor quality! Boohoo to me!
I am a first time customer with Boohoo, and I was really looking forward to receiving my shipment because I'd heard really good things about them. I placed my order on 3/17 a month before I would need the items, thinking that this would give enough time for the shipment to process and be delivered. I was promised that the shipment would only take 8 days. Here it is two weeks later and I have still not received my order. I can be patient, I have had orders take longer. I understand that it is not completely Boohoo's fault that the shipment has been delayed, but my complaint is not about the shipment being delayed, but rather the way that Boohoo's customer service has handled my situation so far. I have been in contact with 2 different reps, and both left me feeling very helpless. The last person I spoke with was patronizing. It is your job to deal with customers and help them with their issues, so why act as though that isn't your job? Why treat your customers disrespectfully? A customer service rep's job is to de-esculate, but instead I was left feeling like they were trying to get rid of me. My first experience with Boohoo is not looking good. I will not be ordering from them again in the future. I will update on the progress of this issue so other's can learn from my experience.
Extremely poor customer service. Firstly, sent two emails which date back to 2 weeks ago but have still not received any response to either.
Tried to speak with the team via WhatsApp - got a different person each time each of whom did not read the previous notes so the conversation dragged on due to them not reading this correctly.
Then when I was passed to a ‘manager' - Nicha - they offered me a £5 voucher to solve my complaint. Being well aware that nothing on that site is £5 and that I would have to spend more of my own money to even use the supposed complaint resolution. When I stated this, I got a very sarcastic and patronising message back stating they were happy to resolve this for me and that they would be closing my complaint. I advised that I was not satisfied with this outcome and they stated it was closed and they were happy to help again. Absolutely appalling service.
