My order was over $200 which qualified for FREE standard shipping but I wanted it within a week so I paid the extra $21.99 for the express shipping. The website states that express shipping would take up to 4 days within metro areas which I am in.
It's been 8 days since I've placed the order and I've been back and forth with their customer service team since Thursday (it is now Sunday night). I've spoken to 4 different people from the customer service team and none of them have been helpful.
I asked for a refund of $21.99 for the express shipping as I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. They instead offered to refund me a mere $7.00 for the difference of express and standard shipping even though standard shipping is still free for orders over $80! This doesn't make sense to me at all!
I've bought from them a several times before and have been for years knowing that the quality is very cheap and nasty but I was ok with for the prices I was paying (you get what you pay for). Their clothing is not made to last and nothing I've bought from them have lasted more than a few wears. Pretty much just falls apart after washing, super thin material, almost every women's piece is so thin that they're literally see-through (even black pieces).
This was the first time paying for express shipping and I regret it. After this experience, I will never shop with them again. I've wasted money, time and it's been so frustrating dealing with their so called customer service team.

They used to have good quality items, ship in a timely fashion, and properly handle returns. I used to purchase from them on the regular. Then the pandemic hit so I stopped. Recently, I made a large order thinking they were just as good as before. Now, their product quality is so poor I wouldn't even keep it when it's 70% off. And now, when I try to use their returns portal, it doesn't work. They told me to ship it back to them using 'standard trackable shipping' and they would refund me the shipping costs. Mind you, this is shipping from the US to the UK. It cost over $100, understandably, since I had a 20 item order and it needed to be trackable, right? Now, they're telling me that they can only refund me $16 because they told me to use 'standard trackable shipping'. How in the world would any regular consumer be able to ship 20 items from the US to the UK for only $16? If that was the case, I'd be shipping stuff to international family and friends all the time and the postal service would be making zero money. Also, instead of adding the $16 to my refund, they REDUCED my refund by $16... I'm never buying from them again.

I bought my boyfriend clothes for his birthday for €71.99, he loved them, but boohoo took an additional €73.99 out of my bank, it's been 5/6 weeks and I'm still trying to get my money back, I'm being moved around in circles to different people in customer service. Ordered clothes about $180 worth for my vacation and didn't receive it until after vacation a whole month later. I wasn't so upset about that due to the pandemic and it being from a whole other country but none of the clothes fit maybe the bottoms but not the top or the other way around. I have tried multiple times to return them but it keeps giving me an error message. I have been communicating with someone through email because they don't have a phone and she was no help. Now im out money without clothes. Pictures were beautiful but the fabric is awful and not worth the time no wonder the stuff was cheap. I will stay spending money in the USA.
Received an item in the wrong size. After emailing them and being told that I was wrong until I proved it without a doubt, I was already frustrated. I was then told to send the item back and tell them which size I would like so they could send it out. I sent them proof of postage immediately, but got no response. I then emailed again when it reached the warehouse, and was told that I was refunded. After explaining the situation and that I didn't ask for a refund, I was accused of not sending proof of postage, and told that they wouldn't send the correct size out to me. And then again, no response to further emails. I still have all the proof that I did everything they told me to, and yet somehow they can't answer my emails or send out the right size when it had been settled like that weeks before? Unprofessional and embarrassing. Don't buy from here until they learn the correct way to label and send out their items, instead of just guessing which tags go with which size :))

My experience started when I tried to order a pair of shoes for a wedding. A week after they had confirmed that the shoes were on their way, they sent another stating the shoes were actually out of stock and that I'd be receiving a refund. Needing a pair of shoes for the event ASAP, i bought a different pair from another store. Then, a week later, the original Boohoo shoes arrived. Now, I had 2 pairs of shoes and wanted to return the ones to Boohoo as I no longer needed them.
When I contacted them about the situation, they refused to pay for my shipping to return the shoes even though it was their fault that they sent me the "Out of stock" email to begin with. After 1 month of back and forth emails, sending them my personal banking information and address multiple times, and them telling me my card would be refunded ASAP, I still have no refund for the shoes that I mailed back. They have confirmed that they have received the shoes and can't even seem to give me back the money that they owe me. Absolutely ridiculous I urge everyone to stay far away from their site. I will add that the shoes when they arrived were cheap and were not the colour that was advertised online.

I had never shopped on boohoo before so I thought I would give it a try. I'm from Canada so first off I was happy to see that I could get canadian pricing while I was browsing. I had no idea what size to buy so I wipped out my tape measure amd went by the sizing chart. I received the order and it was all great quality and just like the pictures however every single piece was way too big! Of course now I have to send it all back and come to find out I have to pay $15 shipping to send it back! This is where the disappointment set in! I went by your sizing chart and it was wrong and now I have to pay $15! I'm not happy about this at all... that's my rant and my review.

I ordered 2 dresses from the website. It was advertised £1.99 delivery if ordered b4 midnight that day but I was charged £4.99.
The dress that I preferred could not be delivered as was out of stock even tho it was still on the website and the other dress delivered was extremely poor quality and so was returned. The returns policy posted on the website said that if I returned my order within 14 days and cancelled my contract I would hv my delivery fee refunded too. To date and several complaint emails later they r still refusing to refund my delivery postage cost. I will never order from this website again and would not recommend it to any of my friends or family.
The WORST customer service of any clothing brand I have everrrrrr purchased from. I think it is a fair thing to not want to pay to return an item that is nothing like it is advertised. I ordered leggings that literally were equivalent to pantyhose. I even got multiple sizes of them in different colors. They all were so see-through you should see the tattoo on my hip. Shout out Sania for absolutely nothing!
