My order was over $200 which qualified for FREE standard shipping but I wanted it within a week so I paid the extra $21.99 for the express shipping. The website states that express shipping would take up to 4 days within metro areas which I am in.

It's been 8 days since I've placed the order and I've been back and forth with their customer service team since Thursday (it is now Sunday night). I've spoken to 4 different people from the customer service team and none of them have been helpful.

I asked for a refund of $21.99 for the express shipping as I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. They instead offered to refund me a mere $7.00 for the difference of express and standard shipping even though standard shipping is still free for orders over $80! This doesn't make sense to me at all!

I've bought from them a several times before and have been for years knowing that the quality is very cheap and nasty but I was ok with for the prices I was paying (you get what you pay for). Their clothing is not made to last and nothing I've bought from them have lasted more than a few wears. Pretty much just falls apart after washing, super thin material, almost every women's piece is so thin that they're literally see-through (even black pieces).

This was the first time paying for express shipping and I regret it. After this experience, I will never shop with them again. I've wasted money, time and it's been so frustrating dealing with their so called customer service team.

You've been warned! Do not buy from them! Shop elsewhere! They don't care once they've received payment.

Crap quality clothes and horrendous customer service. Late shipping and refuses to refund for it.

Tip for consumers:
Just don't shop here if you are looking for good quality clothes and some decent form of customer service. If you really must buy from here, just know that you will be receiving very poor quality clothes and if you ever have an issue, the customer service team is a nightmare. They try to make up any excuse to not refund you. You can find better quality clothes at better prices elsewhere. Even Kmart has better quality clothes and customer service than Boohoo.

Products used:
Still waiting for this last order I will ever be placing with them but I've ordered quite a lot from them in the past. Most items I don't have anymore because they're just worn out and fallen apart or were see-through and I didn't bother to pay for shipping to return the items. I just disposed of the items that couldn't be used anymore.

Have ordered everything from their website from accessories like caps, sunglasses, socks etc. to tops, dresses, pants, jeans, shoes for both men and women.
