Twice I have ordered a dress for my vacation and both time the wrong dress was sent to me. The first order took forever to come and was a completely different dress. It was sold out in the color I wanted so they couldn't resend it. I ordered a different color and they sent the wrong dress AGAIN! I'm done ordering from BOO HOO at this point. It's always a hit or miss. Lately being more of a miss! The dress is described as a cut out rouched. The dress they keep sending out has no cut outs anywhere!

Worst experience ever. I ordered a few items that came up to $103 on June 19. Chose standard shipping so I was suppose to get the items within 8 business days. I had ordered from boohoo in the past and never had a issue. On June 30th I received a email saying that my order would be delayed for 4 business day due to the 4th of July. It is now July 16 and I received another email saying there was some technical issue so I would not be getting my order! I really needed these items for a vacation but now my time and money was wasted! Never ordering from here again!
From the quality of the product to the customer service I received, it was terrible. The site glitched and I got a double order/charge. As soon as I got them I wanted to return. I'm not joking, I probably spoke to 15 different people trying to get things sorted out. Every time I emailed I would get a new rep responding so I would constantly be re explaining what happened. I was only ever refunded 1 order because I sent back the 2 together (it was $30 out of pocket to return on top of the double shipping bill as well). Save your money and order from SHEIN if you want cheap clothes - the quality is literally the same and half the price. And if you want to return, good luck.
I had ordered a few things from boohoo and paid for shipping that would take up to 8 business days. It's been weeks now and I still haven't received my items. I reached out to customer service about the issue and they said that things with the shipping company is taking longer than expected and my items could come wayyyyy later than the estimated date. They also refused to refund my shipping even though my items aren't coming within the timeframe that I paid for. I also never receive shipping updates. Will never ever order from them again.

Scammers! I placed an order with this company and added the Premier delivery package to my basket next day delivery), I checked out, all was fine. The next day I went onto my account to see what time my order would be delivered, when I checked, it showed the delivery was standard delivery 3-5 days. I went onto online chat and asked why its showing as standard as I'd paid £7.99 for next day. I was told that there system automatically sets the delivery to standard and its my job to change it to Premier (even though I added Premier to my basket) what a scam! I bet they have caught out thousands of customers with this! I asked for my order to be cancelled, they said no ( even though it hadn't been sent at this point, I asked for the £7.99 to be refunded they said no again, even though I have paid for a service and they have not provided. I then asked to make a complaint, to which I was told, this is not a hotline! And refused to give me any details to complain to. I found the details myself and made a complaint and they do NOT care! Do not shop with this scamming, poor service, lying company! First and last time I will ever deal with bohoo.
I wouldn't even give them one star! I have a whole video of our interactions. They lack professionalism and communication. They don't even have a customer service number. I ordered something a month and a half ago and was told to wait. This is after paying for standard shipping. I just was told that my package is lost, they will refund me my amount! I ordered some women and men clothing from the Ontario website, which claimed that the company would handled all duties fees and that the shipping was free. Once the items arrived at the post-office, I was told that the order wouldn't be handed to me unless I pay for the duties (30% of the order value!), and of course an item, which I paid for, was missing. Customer service is giving me the run around... I should have read the reviews before purchasing from this sham of a company. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!
I placed an order on June 3,2021. I received an e-mail advising me that the package was shipped on June 8,2021. I contacted customer service multiple times, the tracking information is not up to date, FedEx hasn't received the package, I was advised on June 21,2021 that the package would be delivered within the next 72 hours and they wouldn't issue me a refund. The 72 hours passed and then another day, I reached out to customer service notifying them that I haven't received the package. I was forced to dispute this transaction given that their tracking information is unreliable, and their customer service agents are unresponsive. It's been over a week since the e-mail promising me delivery of my package within 72 hours — I still haven't received my package nor a follow up response despite the multiple emails I sent them. Fedex still shows that the estimated delivery date is "pending." Furthermore, I had to get my financial institution involved to urge a response and I still have yet to hear back. Stay away!
What has happened? Size 12 (uk) dress just about fit my size 4 daughter same with tops! Not good for any woman's self esteem they are obviously cutting the material in half and charging same price, I used to spend a lot on boohoo now I don't buy anything, you can't trust the sizing

Recently, I had two items in my Boohoo cart that I was planning to purchase. Both items were 60% off. But at checkout, I was only receiving a 51% discount. I checked my math multiple times and even had my husband do the math to ensure my accuracy. Oddly, Boohoo was not calucating my discount properly. So I emailed customers support. Instead of apologizing for the incovenience, offering a new discount code or event providing an explaination for the error, 4 different customer reps continued to give me the run around and asks for scree shots of my checkout. I explained in my initial complaint that their customer service email portal would not allow me to provide a full "Screen Shot," so I did the next best thing, and cut and pasted the pricing, discount and tax information from my cart. And I provided the item numbers of both pieces of clothing that I was attempting to purchase. My email was thorough, clear and consise. And the information that I cut and pasted reflected that I was only receiving a 51% discount. After being contacted by a 4th Boohoo customer representative, I gave them a piece of my mind because clearly they are not use to gettting caught ripping customers off. My advice to anyone shopping at Boohoo is to relax and not get excited when you so see: 40%, 50%, 60% or 75% off sales because I promise you that once you check out, if you calculate the discount for yourself, you will see that you are not getting the full discount as advertised. Take heed and please tell a friend. The owners of this site are literally printing money and they lack both integrity and customers service. There is no reason to be ripping customers off like this other than GREED!

While on the app today I tied to place an order however it wasn't accepting any of my card so I used my computer to order on the Web page. As a student I try to save money and used a promotion code however as my previous attempts had not been successful it said my promotion had already been used so I waited and after waiting half an hour my basket had disappeared. I repacked my basket and entered the promotion code which was this time accepted I ordered and received and email to say I it was accepted however I now had 2 orders on my account. When contacting Boohoo they said they couldn't cancel my order and I would just have to return what I wouldn't want however I have now had to pay £10 for delivery for 2 orders I dont want and they cannot offer me any compensation for the delivery fees or double order as reson 1) the promotion shouldn't have been accepted in the first place and reason 2) it was my choice to order it twice. Very disappointed
The prices and there clothes are stylish and priced affordable to those on a budget. So if you want high end clothing shop in high end stores. No complaints Loce Love there style and clothing.
I ordered from the Canadian site (ca.boohoo.com) and I thought I was ordering Canadian sizes which makes sense but then it converts to UK sizes? It says in the email size 12 so why did I receive a 14 or 16? So everything I received was way too big. Customer service is awful. I think their sizing should be more clearly explained because it makes NO sense. Plus have to pay $15 to return all the items.
