Boohoo, have taken my money, I've got 3 emails from them saying they will be refund my money, it's now 10 days and nothing, there customer service is awful. They don't reply to your emails. Please don't buy anything from them as you will never get your money back. I wish I looked at there Facebook page nothing but people asking for there money back, there a scam.
This website is basically Shein with better website design. $15 to return anything that doesnt fit, which is likely because their sizing is horrendous! It is ALWAYS tiny, requiring you to size up twice, and the quality is always terrible and non breathable fabric. It feels like crepe at best, and I even bought a "skort" which turned out to be just a skirt, so on top of everything else, the names of products are misleading. A complete waste of money honestly, and even though they always have sales, it still isn't worth it.
Such a scam this company! Never buying again! I ordered jacket 6 size they sent me 12, the biggest size possible! For sure they were sold out of my size and they didn't care to send wrong size. Didint send even return label! It's going directly to the trash!
I placed an order about two weeks ago, and it was supposed to ship in 2 packages. I received one tracking number for both packages. Both said they arrived, but only one had. This package arrived on 9/12/21 and I have still not received the second package (9/16/21). I also happened to look at my bank statement today and noticed I was charged an extra almost $60 for my order. I contacted customer service, and I spoke to someone named Shah. They told me that my bank statement was correct, and the total at time of purchase reflected this price, but my order confirmation "must have had a glitch." This is false, because my total at the time of purchase, as well as my confirmation email, listed $112.26 as my total. I received a 60% off discount and applied a second coupon to get an extra $63.30 discount. My bank was charged $170.40. I tried to speak to Shah about how this is an undisputed charge as I was charged more than I consented, and they told me to add up each item in my confirmation email and that it would be $170.40. My second issue was that when I made the purchase, after putting in my second coupon, each item did not discount. The $63.30 was only taken off of the total, so each item still only reflected the 60% off discount. Therefore, obviously adding these items up would add up to $170.40 and not include my $63.30 discount. My total before the discount was $165.19 plus $10.47 shipping minus the $63.30 discount for a total of $112.36. Shah refused to credit me any money or take responsibility for the website's mistake and just told me the $170.40 was correct, even though they never included my discount. The real kicker was Shah's final response: "There must have been a glitch when you were checking out and I can confirm you have been charged the correct amount for this order, if you no longer want the items feel free to return the items back to us for a full refund. :)" Pretty sure I never said I didn't want the items? Pretty sure the issue was your site over-charging me without my consent which is an issue on their part that THEY should resolve. Condescending, rude, and should be fired for their responses.
Paid for Premium delivery which is supposed to ensure free delivery for a year but this is a scam. No reply from customer services on email or any social media platform. Discount offers are also a sham!

I got my order with the parcel torn apart then tape back together. I order neckless and they were scrambled together. You know how the clothes come in another bag to keep it clean? Yeah, it was in another bag but those bags were also torn apart. I order high heels in a size 9 (since I'm very tall) So I would think that wouldn't be hard to mess up? But they found away. I received a size 7. I been try to figure out how to get ahold of costumer service, since the parcel it came in was destroyed I don't want them to deny me a refund, but there is no way I can do that. They're website will only answer questions about finding orders and returning. I wish I new how bad this website was before spending my money. Honestly Shein has better clothes then they do.

I ordered some work pants for my new job. I dont know when the pants busted but it wasnt a small straight down the middle. Very cheaoly made will NOT USE AGAIN and yes it was very embarrassing. The good thing I work with one person and someone told me. VERY Embarrassing!

Where is my $#*!ing package, I should've had a shipping label created more than two weeks ago. This is a waste of my money, and my order should've been delivered 8 days after I made my purchase and they have yet to ship it.
Really bad. Ordered a tracksuit which clearly stated in stock in my size. Easy sailing through to checkout, details blah blah. Paid £5.99 Next Day Delivery and literally 4 hours later they're telling me it's out of stock via email, but obviously still quite happy to take peoples money off them. Spoke to customer services, all they could say was ‘oops our bad' refund has been issued and I'll receive it in 7 working days. This doesn't include the delivery fee. Which is day light robbery anyway! I'd strongly advice to go elsewhere better quality better customer service and they won't steal your money! Also sizing is so shocking! Ordered a size 6 pair of joggers and honestly could fit a size 12/14 in them as they fit my mum perfectly! Just really disappointed was looking forward to seeing what the whole hype was about. It fell short for sure! I'd avoid.
I ordered from boohoo before reading the reviews and was a little worried but I just got my order in full all correct sizes and what I ordered it was later than they said but it was international shipping and tracking didn't really work but overall I am very pleased with what I got and will order with them again

I placed a $180 order however when I submitted my order I never got a confirmation number. I inquired about getting my confirmation number but they informed me my order was never processed BUT they took my money! Then they gave me the run around for 3 months before they refunded me. They were rude and short with me and kept telling me to just wait for an email. Not once did I get an email informing me of what was going on not even when they finally did refund me 13 weeks later. I would reach out to them weekly asking where my refund was and they would just say we'll bump this to the appropriate team... I asked if I could speak with anyone else and they told me no! I will NEVER suggest them to anyone.
Boohoo Man is a great place to get some nice clothes, decent prices, and good quality, but they tend to run out of certain sizes, and styles, they need to be more careful as they restock the quantities as many of the customers usually trend down to certain sizes and are expecting to see that more in the inventory than than just seeing (sold out) or (out of stock) as that becomes disappointing on many levels. In some cases it may even defer from future purchases. So like I said the clothes are good quality, and really reasonable but they really need to keep a better outlook on the quantity they keep in stock.
Placed an order with Boohoo which included 99p delivery was charged £4.99. I thought this was a system error and contacted the the customer service team (Ace and Kiana). They refused to refund the amount first said the offer was wrong, so I took a screen shot and even then would not refund the small amount of £4. (The order was nearly £200 btw).
They offered £1 and then free delivery off the next order. I would never order from them again so what use is this.

I live in Canada and all of my purchases from boohoo have been amazing! I am so glad I didn't listen to reviews. My advice is look closely at the pictures and use your discernment, if it looks cheap and like crappy fabric, it probably is but if it doesnt then it probably isnt. I used a Boohoo dress for my engagement photo shoot! Loved it
