PROFILE ACCOUNTS - RUDE and DISRESPTFUL -- This company picks who they want to help and than gives reasons saying your not eligible for help. Capital One is one of the worst companies in banks, and credit cards how they treat their customers is atrocious - They have the slogan "What's in your wallet" nothing because you have taken everything and expect more - Stay away from these cards and this company in my opinion. They charge high fees, and they have outrageous annual fees. Go with other companies if you are trying to get your credit fixed or establish credit don't use Capital One -- They do profile accounts based on who you are in my experience they say they want to help those who suffered from covid yet they don't take into consideration that people are STILL hurting and getting kicked out of houses, losing jobs, and trying to get jobs this world is a mess right now and companies like this need to be put in check to help those with fees and trying to work with them. I hope that sometime some of these (managers) or (supervisors) can experience what other's do it's not always the best route to be on the other end asking for help and asking for a courtesy.

I have to say BOA is the one most self centered banks out there - Does not care about their customers, you wait on hold for a long time, sometimes disconnects you, and you get representatives who have a chip on their shoulder and rude! I would have to say in my opinion I would not use this bank. I currently have an account with them but am closing it soon as you should too. They hound you with fees, and they don't as a courtesy reverse anything without more in less scolding you and giving you a lecture. They had law suits filed by many customers in the past for all the fees this bank has taken from people. They are the WORST bank and don't care about customers---

I don't take it lightly when I asked as a courtesy if you could reverse my first ever fee on this account but they would not budge or help out in any way because I overdraw my account to get some medicine and things I needed. But they would not reverse a fee for me -- they are money hungry and very bad with customer service and helping out their customers. I do hope they lose more clients and that others will wake up to there is more great banks with great reputations that actually care about their customers.

Finish Line is a good place to get some shoes and sport apparel at a decent price usually they seem to have top names as Nike, Puma, Fila, and others --- Be sure to keep checking out online as promo codes are sometimes offered plus they have their own FL rewards program that will earn you some points to redeem for other good items, and levels. - Check out FL online or in the stores --

I have to say for the product itself I love K-Swiss own many pairs, but I had an issue with customer service I can't seem to shake off... I bought some shoes and 2 pairs were left out of the box I received one pair of the 3 I bought and customer service had me back and forth sending 56 email messages when all they had to do was refund the ones missing or replace them (simple right!) well you would think so I have write corporate and Afterpay the platform I purchased them on- ridiculous especially when they about lost a customer over this mishap on their end. They were stating in between the lines that I was lying why first off would I lie and say I didnt' get something and I did, and 2nd why when I have over 79 pairs of K-Swiss shoes being a loyal customer you give me crap when you know I am going to purchase more... I was like WOW they treat customers like this it's really out of control and very unprofessional -- long story short never will they get 5 stars in my book because the customer service department needed to be terminated and was bull what they put me through -- gave me headaches. As of now I have not purchased anymore K-Swiss shoes as of this review.

Puma is one of my favorite brand of shoes, owning many pairs and buy more as my finances allow me too when my mother keeps telling me (you only have 2 feet) LOL I have to say Puma is very nice and comfortable for me to use as a daily walkable shoes, I do own many pairs (not as many as I really want) but I have to give Puma a great 5 stars for the quality, and comfort and most important the different types, and styles.

I buy some items from True Religion but sometimes I have to catch them on sale because I am not a millionaire to pay $50-$80 a shirt I mean the quality is nice, and the products are well packaged for the most part but really the price is sometimes outrageous - If you have the money to spend than the True Religion line would be great for you but if you can catch sales and promo codes would be more worth the purchase. --- But I have to say the quality is awesome and great products but I can not give 5 stars due to the prices.

I wear lots of Union Bay cargo shorts and pants, never had any issues with them they are very nice and comfortable the price is usually right and sometimes they are shipped in multiple shipments so be careful if you see that you should receive all your items but sometimes they are shipped in one package or maybe was taken from inventory from other places and shipped multiple shipments.

But the clothes come highly recommended by me and I hope you like them as much as I do -- for the most part the shipping is sometimes free with coupon codes or not really a big amount to get your items to you - they also use the Affirm payment platform through shop.

They seem to be one of the lenders for Affirm.com which is a payment platform which uses different banks to lease merchandise to customers - But I missed a few payments on the due dates and covered them on the same month they were owed and when I go to apply for Affirm.com again sometimes it will be approved and sometimes I received this declaration letter (stupid if you ask me) but it's whatever Affirm needs to do better with their platform and customers who make a few missed payments but recover them on the same month they are due it's not like I was late maybe 3 days it's so ridiculous. The reasons you did not score well compared to other applicants were:

I buy products from ASOS. Com and have been really satisfied on my purchases, they tend to carry a good amount of sizes and are very comfortable as I buy usually XL Long, or XXL Long as I am a nice size guy with a football players build. I have to say the items I have purchased was very well packaged, and very nice quality and material would definitely buy from again -

Boohoo Man is a great place to get some nice clothes, decent prices, and good quality, but they tend to run out of certain sizes, and styles, they need to be more careful as they restock the quantities as many of the customers usually trend down to certain sizes and are expecting to see that more in the inventory than than just seeing (sold out) or (out of stock) as that becomes disappointing on many levels. In some cases it may even defer from future purchases. So like I said the clothes are good quality, and really reasonable but they really need to keep a better outlook on the quantity they keep in stock.

Quadpay is an ok payment platform, does not seem to offer an fair amount on the payment platform. I have been buying and paying with Quadpay on time all payments (sometimes even sooner than when it's required) and I am still at the current limit (no increase) -- I have written to Quadpay and you get customer service (probably not even in the USA) and they don't seem to know how to handle the email's they receive and takes time for response. Quadpay is an ok payment option but it could use some work. They have now announced that Zip is acquiring Quadpay and I hope they will work more closely with customers and offer more limit increases, and more compassion for your customers because without us going out and purchasing everything you would not be in business. I think many companies need to realize that fact. So this I could not give 5 stars for many reasons but I hope with the new Zip format they can improve many options for loyal customers.

I am kind of disappointed in Affirm, although I love using this platform and have bought many items using them as a purchase option and I missed a few payments, but paid in the same month they are very unstable on giving other tries, sometimes the loan is approved, and then sometimes you get an email stating because of your payment history with Affirm we can't approve you. Yet there is some they will approve you for and then decide not to on others. Well I will say again I missed (3) payments and paid them off in the same month they were due -- My mother had a stroke and I had other priorities to pay off then just keep up with this payments. They will not make payment arrangements with you, and if you miss any payment they will not let that go and hold it against you for the time amount of the account is active. Affirm could work on being more accepting and understanding that people do go though hardships and work with you more. The partner banks they tend to use for decisions also could have a heart that things do happen and even look at the future not the past. So Affirm is a good payment platform but be careful to not miss a payment or you would be more branded for life as to speak because they don't seem to care for anything other than that mega buck.

I love Affirm, but don't miss any payments for any reason. My mom had a stroke, left her partially paralyzed from it and I missed a few payments but made them up in the same month. Affirm now sends a letter of denial stating they can't approve due to payment history. Affirm and Cross River Bank are very disappointing in this as I have current open orders paid on time or early. But because of my mother's health they won't removed the missed payment negative tradeline which is very cold due to circumstances. I have contacted both CRB and Affirm with personal letters and not even a letter back or any concern whatsoever, I guess it's all about the money. I will never give Affirm (5) stars due to this problem but if you have almost perfect credit or you don't miss a payment for anything than Affirm would be great for you. I do like using them but it seems to be a cat and mouse game for approval and preapproval most times ends up in "denied" I think some companies need to have more heart and consideration when something you can't control as to family and health issues to a few missed payments and not remove a negative tradeline for this than something is seriously wrong to the point of sadness and greed.

I have used Zebit awhile now, for the most part it's a great company offering a credit line (with no credit check) for up to $2,500 which is cool... but I have ran into some issues with some prices and down payment's and special offers being circulated not to all members but just certain times to certain email's which is very misleading. I have bought many items, e certificates and my limit has increased much. They have said basically goes on your income amount which is not the truth but I let it go, so in some circumstances I believe Zebit is a great company but I think more thought could go into how things are handled from all aspects.

Tip for consumers:
Beware they charge such a ridiculous for shipping on e certificates when they are emailed to your email and they charge $18.00 for shipping ... that is a rip off as it's an email your not actually shipping anything any where --- pushing a button for $18.00 I do have to say this needs to be reduced and is ridiculous making customers pay for this - when you are charging for the items themselves.

Well I would like to start off with my Sezzle review as they are an amazing company with many benefits and features I can't say enough and also gives you a platform to even help with credit increases as well as reporting to help your score. I love how the Sezzle platform works and gives you purchase merchant options or you can even us the Sezzle Up and make gift cards for purchases while in the store or online - can you say Amazing! I want to just bring to everyone's attention I have been using Sezzle for quite some time (no issues) if you can't make a payment for hardship, or something came up in my past experience they have been great to work with you and extend your payment options and don't freeze your account like Afterpay does, both are awesome platforms to help you get some great products.

Afterpay is an awesome platform designed to help you purchase items by dividing your purchase to (4) equal payments. They have multiple stores they are partnered with to be able to offer you the payment options and gather more every day. They still in the US not have come as far as the Australia Afterpay platform allowing you to make virtual cards, purchase in all stores and other different merchants but it's getting there just takes time but make sure you check them out.
