Could tell that carnations and roses where already dropping.
Although other flowers looked fresh. Conclusion fresh flowers where put in with
Old ones. Bloomex responded that after 24 hours delivery their not responsible.
Orders arrived late and two days apart. Delivery person did not ring door bell. Package thrown at front door. Flowers arrived after 11:00 PM and left at front door while it was snowing. Powder to mix into water missing. No blooms in the arrangement! Doubt they will bloom due to cold shock. This company made a stressful and sad situation worst.
Spoiled a flower delivery for a birthday, just didn't deliver, now they refuse to return money. Do not order from them I cannot stress this enough, read their twitter replies and look into their reviews. So many people have fallen victim to this company and I'm not sure why consumer protection is mot involved with them yet.
The first order was a mistake only 4 Rose's were sent. However Bloomex made it right and delivered a fuller 18 Rose's bouquet in a glass vase with a beautiful card and two packages ot Belgium Truffles. My sister who is in the stages of dying said the Rose's smell "heavenly"! They were gorgeous and they made my sister's day. Thank you Bloomex, I highly recommend Bloomex. Your best bet for flowers is to order directly from a flower shop, you may pay a little more but you won't be disappointed or embarrassed.
The first order I sent arrived with dead flowers in them. This last order was tulips, I didn't think there was much that could go wrong with that... wrong...
They arrived wilted. I was disappointed and embarrassed. I have not ordered any of their food baskets... but they might be okay. Hope that this review assists you in making a decision on sending flowers.
Ordered flowers, delivered 5 days later than I wanted. The company offered a gift basket as an apology, which is why I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1. However, the flowers arrived to the recipient and were totally not what I ordered, I even paid for extra flowers and a card, and neither of those were included. They were nothing like what I asked for, and looked really cheap and super embarrassing, as this was a gift. I reached out to Bloomex and sent photos of what I received and asked for a refund, and they are literally ignoring me. I'm sure people have had good experiences with them but they are not reliable! Do yourself a favour and find someone else.
My partner was amazed at how beautifully arranged the flowers were. Needless to say I'm a happy man as long as she is. Thank you very much for your services and I will definitely be in touch with another order in future.
Run of the mill. Average looking. I ordered what was a fun-coloured, and different types of flowers bouquet. Wanted to give something cheery and different. What arrived was stereotypical red roses and white filler stuff. Bla.
I sent in a respectful complaint and was just told too bad, the website said the flowers can vary.

I recently ordered a Christmas centrepiece for delivery to a distant family friend. The online ordering went smoothly, the flowers were delivered as requested, and our friends were extremely pleased with the floral arrangement. I'm very pleased that I chose Bloomex!
I ordered a bouquet that is on sale. It was delivered on time and in good order, left between the screen door and front door. The flowers were in good shape, but not mostly white as pictured on Bloomex website. I wanted whites because it's a sympathy bouquet.
I have recently ordered for delivery, the "make a wish" arrangement with a vase&card combo, as the occasion is for a friends birthday. The ordering process was very smooth and many selections with a variety of prices.
I can't wait to hear what my friend thinks of the arrangement when she receives the delivery.

Customer service is non existence. I'm wondering if the company actually exists?
I order same day delivery and pay the extra. I then get an email to say that the flowers I ordered were not eligible for same day delivery!
They offered an upgrade and refund of the extra, which I have not had! The next day I had an email to say they were out of the flowers I'd ordered (roses) and would be sending a different selection, white alstra and calla lilies!
Today I receive another email to say they are out of flowers and won't be able to deliver until Tuesday next week, that's nearly a whole week late. I'm very dubious that they will ever turn up.
There does seem to be a similar thread in these reviews. Ironically their email address starts with 'we care'.
I ordered flowers a few days before Valentines. They were suppose to arrive on Valentine's Day and I even paid extra for morning and expedited shipping. But they showed up 2 days late, not evening in the morning, and to the wrong address! When I reached out to customer service they waved all liability just quoting their policies and or blaming third party couriers. Their service was absolute garbage and ruined my Valentines Day plans, do not waste your time with these people, find a local florist.
THE WORST SERVICE I've ever encountered.
I ordered the delivery of flowers in Toronto.
Indicated the address, phone number of the recipient, even provided coordinates on Google maps where to deliver. It's been more than a week that they can't deliver the flowers, although they assure me that everything has been delivered.
To keep this review brief, my relationship with bloomex has been nothing short of continuously disappointing. Have ordered flowers for three separate occasions, each of which left much to be desired. Wilted flowers the first year, a three day delay the next, and finally a delay this year that will mean that flowers ordered in time will arrive 3 days late rather than 3 days early for Christmas. Overall an unreliable service offering poor quality, or at the very least poor quality control. It should be mentioned that customer service was also contacted on each occasion, leaving little to no solution the first two times, and an offered store credit refund the third.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I will NEVER be using Bloomex again in the future. I purchased Valentines flowers for my husband and they delivered this embarrassment. It's Valentine's Day not a birthday or a get well soon. This bouquet looks like something I could've purchased at the grocery store. Your customer service is absolute garbage. Rude. Unhelpful. I'm not the first customer you have done this to either. You "substitute" something that is completely unrelated to what is purchased. I've sent emails requesting a refund as per your customer service and no response. Do not bother replying on this review with your BS scripted response about caring. You don't. You feel you can just do whatever you want and justify it as "comparable". It's called fraud.

I ordered this beautiful Starlight Serenade and my grieving Aunt received dead flowers with holes in the leaves. Extremely embarrassing under the circumstances. Bloomex should be ashamed of themselves, and I paid 76.99$ not even a bow or no care went into this arrangement at all. Shame on Bloomex
They were supposed to deliver May 8-10 but did not. I wanted my money back, and they wanted store credit? The point being I never want to do business with them ever again. Customer service was atrocious and felt like I was calling an overseas fraud call Center. Woman was lying through her teeth. Avoid Bloomex at all costs.
Do not purchase from this company! Image one shows the arrangement I purchased online for Mother's Day. The second image is what was delivered. The style of flower and the color palette is completely different. Bloomex customer service did nothing to rectify the situation. They simply sent me a disclaimer saying that the flowers delivered were acceptable substitution. I'm absolutely disgusted by their customer service.
Quality of flowers delivered did NOT at all match what was represented on the website photo and description. When I reached out to the company to complain, they said the florist provider could not satisfy the flower requirements as per their website description and substituted with other items they say were of equal value and were in-line with their policy. Looking at the two photos, a clear visual discrepancy is evident and lower grade flowers were used and the overall bouquet uniqueness is lost. I could have purchased nicer pre-made flowers from the corner store. I never complain unless it's warranted yet they refused to rectify the situation and do the right thing and only provided a small $20 store credit that can't be combined with any other offers. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation and will take my business elsewhere.
