My husband recently received a Bloomex gift basket (GTA) ordered by his sister in England. It was beautifully wrapped and delivered to our door in a sealed box. The assortment of goodies is awesome! We were so impressed that we ordered a similar gift basket for a helpful neighbour. Communication from placing the order to delivery was excellent. Highly recommend!
Your best bet for flowers is to order directly from a flower shop, you may pay a little more but you won't be disappointed or embarrassed.

I have recently ordered for delivery, the "make a wish" arrangement with a vase&card combo, as the occasion is for a friends birthday. The ordering process was very smooth and many selections with a variety of prices.
I can't wait to hear what my friend thinks of the arrangement when she receives the delivery.
I spent a long time picking just the right flowers for my daughter in hospital and ordered the deluxe version. There is a large difference between what I ordered and what arrived. The one that arrived is very sad looking but hopefully it will cheer my daughter up.

I ordered flowers spending so much money and ended up in a box even after ordering the vase, the get well balloon which was not a get well one but a smiley face one and a card. The dumb delivery person had just left it at the admission desk of a private hospital and gone. The staff at the admissions, advised me that they requested the delivery person to take it up to the ward, as they were leaving for the day, but he could not find it, so came back and left it unattended and sent me a photo saying it has been delivered. What an awful service. I received the email saying it was delivered, but when I checked with the patient at 7:15pm, she said that she did not receive anything. I had to call the hospital in circles to see where this idiot had left it. Very bad service and will never ever order from you again. Worst ever service I have had. I have ordered so many bunches of flowers which have been delivered in a proper way and in a nice vase, but this came in a package like a box. Imagine those flowers were all boiled up, by the time they reached the patient and mind you she had to get the nurse to put it in the vase. What a service? Flowers should not be left at admissions, but at a Reception desk if they are not in a position to find the area. Get better staff. What more all details are in the proof of purchase as to where and to whom it needs to get delivered too. So fed up with Bloomex

Our story is they delivered a birthday flower order set up a week before to the wrong address (courier mistake apparently). We found out 2 days late, they offered a new shipment to go out or a credit. I wanted the refund as they missed the whole date and point of the flowers but was denied. Within a couple of weeks the same family had a death and I asked to send a bouquet from the credit with sympathy card and wrote out the words. Unbelievably they did not manage to send that flower order out not just once but TWICE. Meaning did not deliver the order 3 TIMES! They continue to refuse to refund me after they screwed up a birthday delivery and funeral back to back! Words fail me. Their refund policy states no refunds due to 'acts of good' well this is purely repeated man made errors and I STILL WANT MY MONEY! They keep emailing me VIP Customer, what a joke. Now they have the order On Hold permanently. This is theft, and I do not want my money to go to this unethical heartless company. Use a grocery store you will be far happier.
Ordered flowers for mothers day, they changed the delivery date to be 2 days later, still charged the higher price delivery. Flowers have been packaged for 5 days and they are still not delivered. Will not give me my money back because they are in transit. If they ever do show up, they will be dead. I ordered a product and service that they have failed to provide. Orders arrived late and two days apart. Delivery person did not ring door bell. Package thrown at front door. Flowers arrived after 11:00 PM and left at front door while it was snowing. Powder to mix into water missing. No blooms in the arrangement! Doubt they will bloom due to cold shock. This company made a stressful and sad situation worst.
Spoiled a flower delivery for a birthday, just didn't deliver, now they refuse to return money. Do not order from them I cannot stress this enough, read their twitter replies and look into their reviews. So many people have fallen victim to this company and I'm not sure why consumer protection is mot involved with them yet.

Quality of flowers delivered did NOT at all match what was represented on the website photo and description. When I reached out to the company to complain, they said the florist provider could not satisfy the flower requirements as per their website description and substituted with other items they say were of equal value and were in-line with their policy. Looking at the two photos, a clear visual discrepancy is evident and lower grade flowers were used and the overall bouquet uniqueness is lost. I could have purchased nicer pre-made flowers from the corner store. I never complain unless it's warranted yet they refused to rectify the situation and do the right thing and only provided a small $20 store credit that can't be combined with any other offers. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation and will take my business elsewhere.
Do not purchase from this company! Image one shows the arrangement I purchased online for Mother's Day. The second image is what was delivered. The style of flower and the color palette is completely different. Bloomex customer service did nothing to rectify the situation. Bloomex is a big scam. They have pics of beautiful flowers on their website but what you get is far from the pic you saw. Actually, I bought white daisies but what they sent were some creme coloured roses that already had brown petals. I complained and they said it was in the fine print that they could substitute other flowers for something of equal value if what I ordered was not in stock.
After a week these ugly roses have still not opened and they're getting very brown. I paid $44.99 for daisies and got brown roses. My wife was out grocery shopping today and picked up a beautiful bouquet of daisies for $9.99.
If you want nice flowers I highly recommend you not use Bloomex and look else were. I actually went to post another review on Google and noticed that they had 3,000 more reviews than last week when I posted. SCAM
