I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday over a week before the day. The company emailed about an address issue at 6pm the night before! I live in Scotland and we are 4 hours ahead, I responded right away but never heard back for 2 days with them saying my delivery was delayed. I've emailed a total of 10 times they've responded once back and once to a negative trust pilot review! Shocking. So my mother's flowers arrived today, wilted with crushed chocolates. This is because they sat on a couriers van since last Wednesday which is the day they should have been delivered. Don't waste your hard earned money! My order number was ******* if the company want to respond as they don't respond to emails
Once arranged in a vase of water, they perk up right away. Chose the arrangement because it was unusual, but quite beautiful. Also liked the included instructions for flower care. (Would have liked review option to post image of flowers.)
Worst experience ever. Called 2 weeks ago to deliver flowers for a graduation party. Flowers never showed up and no one called to let me know. Asked for my funds back and they said no even though I didn't receive the product. Bloomex said that they will deliver them another day. Customer service was horrible. Use any other florist. It is not worth having your occasion ruined by this company.
I am very pleased with the service of Bloomex... on time... no overcharge... product beautiful... recipient very happy. Bouts was recommended to me by another friend. Glad I made this choice. Thank you!
Flowers were to be delivered on January 5/24 for a memorial service, they arrived January 8/24. The delivery person dropped them off on the porch without knocking. We say him get back in the Budget truck. The flowers were half dead and wilted.

I got burned $200 on flowers for my mom's 65 birthday which came 2 days late and dead. They tried to lie and say they were delivered but my mom lived in assisted housing with a 24 check in person at the door. Complete thieves, avoid these guys for ever.
I ordered flowers from bloomex, a company who i have used multiple times for flower delivery. My mom received her flowers on the Friday and by Saturday morning they were almost dead. I contacted bloomex right away and was asked to send pictures and an email (which I did) I am currently out of the country so it was difficult to communicate with not only them but my crying 83 year old mother. I have spent 5 days now emailing and calling getting the complete run around to be told all we can do is give you a $20 credit. That is terrible service and i will never use this company again. I am completely disgusted with customer service i have received.
We have always been very pleased with the wonderful, reliable and competent service that Bloomex has provided us. We had sent a beautiful bouquet to our niece with special needs and it really made her day so bright!
I sent an order to my mother (Tuscan themed with 9 items) and when it showed up it was nothing like what was described online (? Themed and only 5 items). In addition they were supposed to receive night items and only received five! When I contacted customer service the response I received was that during busy times a year and they reserve the right to substitute items if they don't have the stock. However they didn't explain why my mother only received about half of what she was supposed to! I received a pathetic generic message offering me a $20 voucher for my next purchase! Why would I want to buy again from a company that has already ripped me off once? This was my second order with the company. The first one was OK. The second was a horrible experience. Never again - I included 2 pictures of what was received and lastly what it should have looked like!
Didn't receive my flowers on day asked, even when I paid extra for the express delivery. Then spoke to customer service and was basically just told, nothing can be done, sorry you'll get your flowers tomorrow because my area only gets delivery's from Tuesday-Friday. Nowhere on the website does it state this. It asks for your postal code before you choose a delivery date so I don't understand why you would give the day in question as available for delivery when it's clearly is not.
Used them to send flowers to a relative in Australia and at checkout got charged $89 but when I got my credit card bill it was in US dollars costume an extra £33.00. Why pay in USD on an Australian site? Customer services no good, just say it's in the small print. Will never use them again.
Florist called promptly to advise fewer choices at this time of year - I suggested creating something out of ideally local as possible available alternatives and they didn't disappoint my friend was thrilled to receive beautiful new year birthday daffodils and tulips. Thank you.

I ordered sympathy flowers for my Sister on Wednesday night. I paid the $19.95 fee to have these delivered the next day... 4 days later they still had not been delivered!
After 2 phone calls hopefully I will be refunded...
Ordered flowers for Valentine's day and when received it was very disappointing. Did not look like what was ordered - was missing flowers (1/2 of the bouquet). Some of the flowers were with broken leaves, stems & poor quality of flowers.
Ordered option (Extra) for expedited AM delivery and only received package by end of day.
Poor quality service, not worth the advertised "Special" price. Misleading customer with FALSE ADVERTISING.
Look at other reviews to make decision. Rule of thumb, if price is a little too good - chances are, you are being played or there is a catch (poor quality, quantity, etc.)
International delivery worried me because I had never done this before, but Bloomex contacted me within several hours of placing the order to confirm everything. The flowers were delivered on time and reportedly, were beautiful. Thank you!
Don't waste your time and hard earned money on this incompetent company. Customer service is abysmal. Reps speak in circles and act as if you are inconveniencing them by asking for justification for not receiving your order!
Bloomex always delivers fresh flowers. They are very affordable and you can find some coupons online (on their website or social networks). My husband and I have used this company numerous times when choosing flower gifts for our friends and relatives, or for me. I've recently received a bunch of red roses when I was at work. They were gorgeous. What can I say, Bloomex is the best.
The recipient sent me pictures of the flowers and they looked absolutely beautiful. I would be happy to use this florist again. Great job! My cousin was very happy with the wonderful Christmas arrangement. Thanks so much.
I ordered flowers for a family member who lives in Calgary, AB. I ended up needing to pay for a re-delivery so I emailed my credit card info to their address as requested by the update notification.
Flowers were nice and family member impressed (until delivery guy called saying he made a mix up and could they check the delivery card). Annoying but a minor inconvenience.
A couple days later I get a bank notification and check my credit card online to find 2 charges made not-in-person. Nearly $2,000 was spent at Orlando, FL and under $100 in L.A. And not by me!
I will not ever order from this company EVER again, and unless you want the hassle of cancelling your credit card, changing over your pre-authorized payments, & disputing fraudulent charges, you should AVOID this company and the crooks who work here.

I had ordered the Make A Wish for my elderly mother who is in Windsor Ontario I'm in Colorado really relied on the company spent almost 70$ and the arrangement looked sparse with no filler looked thrown together will not use them again this one based out of Toronto they even sent me a notice stating they were low on inventory when they made the arrangement!?! What? I expected them to at least if not refund me then resend a new arrangement,not so they offered me 20 $ off my next order! Unacceptable for a company this large,totally disappointed

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
