I spent a long time picking just the right flowers for my daughter in hospital and ordered the deluxe version. There is a large difference between what I ordered and what arrived. The one that arrived is very sad looking but hopefully it will cheer my daughter up.
I wanted to send some flowers and a little thank you gift to some family friends my wife and I stayed with in Victoria. I ordered a Plantapalooza II and some Traditional Scottish Shortbread. What got delivered was the plant and chocolates. Thing is, our hosts don't like or eat chocolate, and I know that. So, our thank you gift was diminished by what appears as a thumb at their personal preferences. They seem to not understand that point.
I contacted Bloomex about the substitution snd requested a refund for the substitution.
Bloomex has helpfully offered me a credit instead of arefund. Sorry, but not sorry, that's our policy. I paraphrase... We've looked into it and if you allow us to be our own judge, jury and executioner we see no problem, it fits our policy.

It should be noted they didn't reach out to me to discuss the substitution before it became an issue. Now, though they seem to know how to reach me, they keep just emailing me that they're sorry (but not really)for what happened but that substitution was within THEIR policy but that a credit is all they can do for me. Broken record.
I have applied to MasterCard to dispute the charge, I am asking for a partial refund and they sound like they agree that Bloomex failed to provide the services I have paid for. We'll see what comes off that.
Personally, I suggest that you steer clear and unless you really have no others options you should try another service.
Ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday was suppose to include card and chocolates...no card, place me on chat Hold foe over 30 mins and they still haven't received a reply. I don't care about the reason it was not included i paid for it, and now her gift was ruined!
They Have a terrible customer service when you need help. Totally dissatisfied and I don't recommend it.
Be careful, make sure that you understand their form order and don't make a mistake. They are in business to make money even if they have to be dishonest. You cannot talk to anyone but only chat and they make you wait 10 to 15 minutes after each time you write. Than hang up and close the chat before you are done and need to start all over again.
Was double charged for flowers, never got a confirmation, never got the product. I called immediately and they said there was no record of an order yet I had an account. Called 2 times after and the credit card company. Emailed bloomex and sent the screengrab of the charges on my card, they never got back to me, tried two more times to reach out and no answer. I was billed $142 dollars and will have to wait a whole month to dispute the charges with the credit card company now.
I ordered Enchanted cottage/ deluxe. But what my friend received is very different from what I ordered! It was very poorly designed and not similar to what I ordered. It's ugly! I paid $85 for that! I am very upset with Bloomex. It was terrible. And not responding to me. I followed up again and they did not accept their fault.

There was no spray rose! The purple flowers were different colour! There was no wax flower! There was low quality white baby breath flowers there instead which I cannot see them in the website picture. Even the green leaves were different. More importantly the arrangement was AWFULL!

As you see in the pictures you can't find any similarity between my order and the real one!
1.The flowers are completely different and NOT FRESH either!
2.The balloon that they charged me as a normal Baloon BUT they sent a mini and ugly Baloon with a silly smile on that!(instead of "I LOVE YOU"!
3.The vase was totally different and not the same as the picture on the website!
4.The card that I have ordered was totally different!
I had ordered the Make A Wish for my elderly mother who is in Windsor Ontario I'm in Colorado really relied on the company spent almost 70$ and the arrangement looked sparse with no filler looked thrown together will not use them again this one based out of Toronto they even sent me a notice stating they were low on inventory when they made the arrangement!?! What? I expected them to at least if not refund me then resend a new arrangement,not so they offered me 20 $ off my next order! Unacceptable for a company this large,totally disappointed
I ordered a "Supreme" funeral arrangement for my mother in laws funeral before ordering i asked how many flowers would be in the arrangement I was told 24 for standard, 36 for deluxe and 54 for supreme, I paid the additional upcharge for the supreme. When the arrangement arrived it had 24 flowers in it and no ribbon. I questioned Ellen's Florist in the Miramichi who said, we are a 3rd party, this is what you are getting. The first photo is what I received, the second photo is what I ordered. Buyer beware.
Worst place to buy gifts. Do not buy from here. I placed and order and they got back saying recipient didn't pick the call and when I asked recipient confirmed that she didn't get any such call and the company is asking me to pay another 14.99 to arrange a delivery. I ordered a bouquet for my friend's 50th birthday and I forgot to include the unit number (she lives in a town house with four units at same address). Although I understand that this was an error on mypart, I was not contacted, nor was my friend despite having included both of our numbers.
I called bloomex to rectify the situation once I realized that they had not been delivered, and they told me that they could not reimburse me and that I needed to pay for a new bouquet. After much arguiing, I was able to get them to agree to sending a new bouquet at no extra charge but I did have to pay the delivery fee once more.
This was 4 days ago and there still have not sent the flowers. When I call, I am spoken to rudely and never does anyone apologize for this immense inconvenience.Furthermore, they told me that the order had been cancelled on my part which it absolutely was not. After hearing this, I checked my credit card, and not only had they charged me the delivery fee once again, they also charged me for two extra bouquets. So I basically paid over 200$ for a bouquet of flowers that never materialized.
I will obviously have this situation rectified, but I have spent over 2 hours of my time dealing with this nonsense, not to mention, completely missing the mark for my friend's birthday.
I strongly discourage anyone from using this service if they are considering it.

You get what you pay for! I upgraded to a "deluxe" for an additional $12 - not happy (looks like a small bouquet from Safeway) and did not come with a vase (you have to buy for an additional $20 and the local shipping was another $20 + a surcharge so be aware of ALL the additional costs (not just the flowers)
They did deliver on time, however so there's that, I guess
As I now know, This company is notorious for fraudulent transactions. Majority if not all orders are not what people purchase and paid for. Nor are they of equal value as that is often the response bloomex gives when the customer complains
Here's what I ordered, adding the delux (added flowers to bouquet) total cost was $93 and the delivery was made to wrong address, where my friends had to go pick the flowers up.

I needed to change the message on my card and was told that they'd recieved my request and asked for the new message. I sent it but it never happened which led to embarrassment for me and the recipient. Never using them again.
