I ordered an arrangement & vase to be delivered to daughter-in-law's place of work for first day on a new job (a Monday). Bloomex, without notifying me they were altering delivery date from the day I requested, in their wisdom delivered them the Friday previous, so recipient was not even working there yet as she was to begin Monday. The flowers sat all weekend in package and were dead by Monday when she arrived at her new place of work. Totally botched delivery by Bloomex. If they are not going to honor delivery dates they should inform the sender in advance. When I put forth complaint, they sent a "sorry" email, but will not refund me for the dead flowers.Be careful if ordering from this company, you may be sadly disappointed.
