Bloomex is a big scam. They have pics of beautiful flowers on their website but what you get is far from the pic you saw. Actually, I bought white daisies but what they sent were some creme coloured roses that already had brown petals. I complained and they said it was in the fine print that they could substitute other flowers for something of equal value if what I ordered was not in stock.
After a week these ugly roses have still not opened and they're getting very brown. I paid $44.99 for daisies and got brown roses. My wife was out grocery shopping today and picked up a beautiful bouquet of daisies for $9.99.
If you want nice flowers I highly recommend you not use Bloomex and look else were. I actually went to post another review on Google and noticed that they had 3,000 more reviews than last week when I posted. SCAM
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I will NEVER be using Bloomex again in the future. I purchased Valentines flowers for my husband and they delivered this embarrassment. It's Valentine's Day not a birthday or a get well soon. This bouquet looks like something I could've purchased at the grocery store. Your customer service is absolute garbage. Rude. Unhelpful. I'm not the first customer you have done this to either. You "substitute" something that is completely unrelated to what is purchased. I've sent emails requesting a refund as per your customer service and no response. Do not bother replying on this review with your BS scripted response about caring. You don't. You feel you can just do whatever you want and justify it as "comparable". It's called fraud.
I ordered flowers for my mom that were supposed to be delivered Dec 24, they arrived December 27 brown and dead. Disrespectful and disgusting. Do not use this company it's a waste and theft of your money. The company and employees are obviously uncaring. I've used them before aswell and the flowers have never been the same as the photos, always a disappointment.
If you are looking to surprise a loved one with a nice bouquet of flowers you will most likely end up being very disappointed as I was. I've ordered 100 roses for birthday present, they delivered 27. That's $110 wasted. They refuse to take it back and give money back, only offering $20 store credit. It's a joke, they say they didn't had enough and substitute it with different flowers. Maybe its 63 invisible roses that i dont see.

I ordered flowers for my best friend to lift her spirits and was so excited to find a beautiful lavender bouquet on the website. Once received, I saw that it looked nothing like the picture on the website where the picture had included a few lavender roses and the bouquet received only had one rose in a very different color. The flowers were in poor condition and when I advised the company by showing them pictures of what was received, they said they're within their policies and apologize for my unfortunate experience but at the end of the day, was not willing to do anything to rectify the situation. Horrible horrible customer service. I will never buy flowers from here again > :( Please save your money! I ordered flowers a few days before Valentines. They were suppose to arrive on Valentine's Day and I even paid extra for morning and expedited shipping. But they showed up 2 days late, not evening in the morning, and to the wrong address! When I reached out to customer service they waved all liability just quoting their policies and or blaming third party couriers. Like most other reviews here, I agree there is NO customer service and NO responsibility taken by Bloomex for their errors. What I ordered: Designer Sympathy Collection III Supersized. (website shows 12 roses and more - 60cm H X 50cm W for "regular" bouquet)
What I got: 40cm H X 30cm W (with 4 roses & other cheap flowers) which is even slightly smaller than the "Regular" Designer Sympathy Collection I... PLUS the guy I ordered from on Chat convinced me to upgrade to the crystal hand blown glass vase "as my bouquet was SO LARGE" (what a joke) but they sent the cheap vase.
Every msg I sent had the same generic response, "we can't help you as its 24 hrs past delivery". I ordered and paid for three deluxe CHEESE baskets to be delivered to my children in Edmonton and Westmount. Only one basket contained one small item of cheese. I phoned in my order so I could explain exactly what I wanted and was guaranteed 6 cheeses and 4 boxes of crackers in each gift basket. Your customer support telephone is out of service, your chat option tells me to email and your email option sends me an automatic response. I am out $300.00 for boxes of cookies, tea and tuna?! Adding insult to injury I was given a 15% discount on my next order?! Not happening. Terrible company that has lost my business.

Bloomex claims that they have substituted flowers of equal or greater value as part of their policy when flowers ordered are not available. Please see the attached pictures. This must be a bad joke! There is no similarity whatsoever. Besides, the fact the flowers arrived frozen so therefore damaged. I wish I had read the reviews before spending money and being embarrassed by the quality of my gift. Unfortunately Bloomex only allows complaints within 24 hours- I think this is totally unreasonable as it is not always appropriate that the recipient would want to complain about the gift you sent them- it is embarrassing for both parties- I wrote a very friendly and understanding email to customer service and was rejected and then called, again in a kind, gentle way, and was still told nothing can be done after 24 hours- I feel upset- but more embarrassed -that my gift was of poor quality. I don't think it is reasonable that in the case of a gift you can expect the recipient to complain - that is embarrassing to both parties- I happened to send plants, so I only found out that the plants lost leaves the 1st day when it came up while we were discussing care of our plants.

I ordered a gift basket for my mother from across the country. Unfortunately she didn't tell me how terrible it was until the second order. The chocolates were old and getting white, the caramel corn was one big lump, the cherry candies were stuck to the wrappers and pretty much inedible. I called Bloomex after the fact but nothing was done. I will never order from them again. If I could put zero stars I would.
After my brother took a massive heart attack I sent him a fruit basket with a little teddy bear. It cost $127.00 I had no problem with that as the basket on their website was beautiful. My brother received about a bag of apples and a few oranges. I was horrify to see what he received. I called the company they told me to write a complaint by email wishing I did and never heard back. Ordered flowers for a birthday. They arrived when opening the box the vase was smashed and the flowers were damaged and had glass pieces all over and in them. Was very unsatisfied and talked to customer service who would not refund me no matter what. Been talking to customer service for 5 days and still don't have a suitable solution. 30% of the buds were rotten. I asked for a refund but they said it was just "guard pedals" which met their quality control as to description and colour. No refund.

Bloomex offers premium delivery service (9 - 12 am next day) for a premium price. I paid for it and found out the actual delivery only happened in late afternoon. I complained to customer service and they said they subcontracted to some third parties and so don't have any control, but still charge me for premium service. To add insult to injuries, they delivered some cheap cheap flowers totally different from what I ordered on-line. I have pictures of what I ordered on-line with receipt; and picture of what was actually delivered as proof. The customer service said they could offer store credit, but what is the point of issuing store credits when customers are so pissed off and have already decided not to do business with you again...? I also have printout record of the conversation between me and the customer service, to fully detail how terrible and ridiculous this company is...My advice for everyone is "Avoid at all cost".
