Always sides on the customers side with eBay. Not good for the seller because they are alot of scams on eBay. You state the return policy of 7 days then 30 days latter customer return through Paypal. This is not fair.

Okay, when you have plenty of money, then they try charge all kinds of fees. Plus they say deposit at home.

Okay, I have an email address as my backup. Although it would be nice to get help if you loose your password as opposed to having to start all over again with a new email address.

I have never had a problem. Order all the time for Christmas in order to beat the store crowds.

Good as a seller account but I really don't get that much business because either no one trusts the site or has had a bad experience with the fake sellers on the site. I recommend to just use Paypal as your method and you will be protected.

Love this site, only problem is the auto renewal. They enroll you in it and you have to call to get a refund. Takes up too much of my time. If I needed it again then I would have reordered it myself.

I found 2 great sellers there out of 12 orders I placed. It took two months to get my money back. Stay far away. If you do, always use Paypal, no matter what they seller says. Paypal will always refund you of the seller is fake or gives you the run around. I lost alot of customers because of the site. They act like they ship when they don't and by the time you look around, the sellers have closed their stores. The customer service really doesn't exist. They email you but really doesn't help solve anything. The refund process takes about 30-60 days unless you use Paypal. Stick with Paypal payments only.

I have used this site three times. Great experience. They products were good except for one bad phone out of ten. Overall no problems yet.

I received one order. The other was canceled because it was out of stock, but they didn't notify me, I had to email them and ask why my order hadn't been shipped out and they had initially told me it was in stock. Then they told me to pay $20.00 more dollars and they would ship out a better tablet, really, so I asked for a refund, which I received an hour later. That's the only reason I didn't leave a negative feedback. If you are drop-shipping, don't use this site because they are very unreliable. You have to constantly get on their $^$ to ship your stuff. Not to mention the 1-2 business days is a joke. They basically ship when they want to. Last order, If they don't get this one right, I want be ordering again. It has already past the 1-2 business day for shipping, but we will see!

As a seller, stay far away!!! I have been a customer for five years. I recently listed my college books on the website and some of my old phones, I sold about $400.00 and then they put my account on suspension for no reason. They then told me that they would keep my $400 for 90 days until the review was up. Really, come on, how can this my books be suspect. They tell you to do an appeal but they want accept any information such as receipts or ID's. My guess is that they are putting our funds into stock or something. 90 days is just unfair and we can't do anything about it. I know 100's of more sellers just like me. We pay the price and they get a good reputation.
