I ordered a product about 3 months ago, and never received it. They send the odd reply back and it's always from a ‘Lucy', and always the same wording in the letter. Saying that a tracking number will come soon and then it will be 3-5 weeks after that!? When ordering it said 3-5 DAYS. I have asked for a refund and not had any reply, then they message to say it's been shipped out. That was 6 weeks ago and I still have not received ANYTHING. Not even a reply, nothing. It's a huge SCAM! They are con artists. Stay away guys
Even one star is too much for this company. Please do not order from these people or your money is gone. I ordered an item back in May and it still hasn't arrived. There is no response on follow up emails.
Very unhappy with my purchase from ahappydeal. I ordered an oil diffuser from ebay for a Mothers's Day present and the product is in another country and has not shipped yet. I have never waited this long to receive a package. Very disappointing.

ahappydeal.com, gearbest.com, everbuying.com, everbuying.net are all the same company. I am pretty sure they have paid people to post the positive reviews, they only allow positive or relatively neutral reviews posted on their site. They sell cheap, more often then not, faulty merchandise. When you have a problem with it (an you will) they will break the law and not take it back despite UK law now stating it is required for online retailers to take returns without even needing a reason for any online purchases within the first 14 days of receiving the goods. They instead offer only store credit so you can buy more of their cheap goods. If you insist on returning it they will make you pay to ship all the way back to China. So basically if you order from them you'll end up losing money and more importantly lots of time from your life.
I purchased two smart watches from Happy Deals as gifts. Both stopped working. I returned the second one in August and till today I have not received my refund. I have contacted happy deals over 20 times and they were always confused about the situation. I have emailed numerous times and was told that they did not receive my watch. Upon calling yet again I requested that they check, they had it there all along! I was promised a refund and am still waiting. Every time I call to find out I'm given promises that it will be done the very same day. 3 months have gone and still nothing. I have spent more airtime calling these unprofessional people than the actual refund. I have requested to speak to the manager but my email was just ignored.

You have to be nuts to buy anything from this scam business. I was one of the nuts. You order one thing & they send you something else then tell you to ship it back at your cost.Don`t know what PAYPAL can do but am going to find out.
Ordered an item from Walmart supplied by this vendor. Item was advertised as a set and pictured that way as well. Received one item and was told by vendor that's the way it comes as indicated on the box that I received and not the item as pictured on Walmart's site. Efforts to resolve were fruitless and I was told that I would have to pay to return the item. Classic case of false advertising and poor customer service.

I ordered for a tablet PC and USB keyboard on June 02,2013. They charged me AUD 120 but never shipped the commodities. When I followed up in the month of September 2013 they say that they shipped the items. In addition to that they are now asking USD 60 for reshipping. I already paid for the shipping cost. How many days will they survive by cheating innocent and humble customers? Is there no law to stop their illicit business? Please be careful.

Had made two purchases will these folks. No complaints whatsoever. Prices are rock-bottom, and there are regular promotions. Products are nice and in good quality. Good for gifting and buying your child a gadget. Delivery is faster than other similar websites. Even sweeter deal with their "DM points" system which gives you rebates based on your loyalty.
Take your worst customer experience in the US - multiply it by 10 and you have aHappyDeal. Not so much because they are rude or a scam - I think they just do not know what the heck they are doing. Orders placed that say Shipped in 24 Hrs take 3 weeks and counting. Replies for questions do get responded but come back with 1 of 3 stock answers - 1. Testing 2. QC 3. Be Patient. To be fair - I did cancel an order because it was taking too long due to testing and QC and I was tired of being patient and my money was refunded to Pay Pal maybe 3 hours after I cancelled the order. So good news there. If you are expecting an Amazon or Walmart shopping experience - this is not going to be it.
I bought an android tablet. Battery went dead. Then was in Russian. Got back to English but since then not working and a week ago a penguin showed up in left upper corner. The company will not respond to any of my requests for help. I want my money refunded. I was hesitant about buying from a company in China but saw they had 24 hr help so though it would be ok but that is related to NEW orders only. Good luck with anything else.

Even though they do have great deals. The trouble to get your items, it's not worth it. I wish I would have checked out this site & read all complaints before ordering. I ordered a phone from them about a week ago. I paid the expedite shipping thinking it would get here on time. I haven't received a tracking number. I just want to know what's going on with my order?. Any information would be helpful. This site needs to keep in touch with their customers throughout the whole process until shipment has made it to its destination. There won't be a next time for me with ahappydeal.

I started doing some shopping at the site of Ahappydeal, it took a while but came. From December onwards, virtually nothing that I bought arrived. The tracking code does not work, they are not reliable information. Other details, we pay for fast delivery and they send by sea, the product gets wet and broken and they did take. Another thing that does not comply is shipping with insurance, because if the merchandise astray as much as you do is pay 40% of value. So what good is insurance against going astray?
I do not recommend anyone buying this site.

This site is total garbage. Not only had they not sent my phone out in 10 days, but communicating with them about it was a nightmare. So shady. I cancelled my order, naturally, but that's a whole bunch of time wasted!

Everbuying is bad as well. I placed an order close to three weeks ago from them and still have no Idea as to when I will get it. But I did go through Pay Pal so I'm hoping I can at least get my money back. I wish I had did a review search on these people before I purchased. Some of these sites look professional but they operate like scam sites.
A Happy Deal, Deals Machine or whatever they presently refer to themselves as, I have ordered 7 different items from this company over the past 2 1/2 years. There is always a problem with either shipping time, or quality of product. Of the 4 phones and 1 tablet I've ordered only two still work. The 'high capacity' batteries I ordered for my Evo 4g don't last as long as the original batteries. The other order is for batteries for the other phone I ordered from them which no longer works. I would also like to add the they censor their reviews. I wrote a somewhat tough but honest review of the EVO 4G batteries but they never posted it. Will not do business with them in the future.
Paid £63.00 for nine LED bulbs advertised to last *******-******* hours. Four failed immediately the others within 3 weeks. Was compensated with four identical replacements whereas I asked for a better quality bulb as compensation and I had to pay a further £8.00 postage I was also given a mere £3.00 refund.
These extra four bulbs failed immediately. Therefore I paid a total £68.00 in total for effectively 13 totally useless bulbs. Have been chasing them now for eight months for a refund but their support staff feign a poor understanding of the English language in sidestepping my request
