Keep away from them!
Full of optimism earned on other e-sellers I bought my item, paid extra few pounds for tracking number and waited.
Never got the item, exchanging messages with their support its just bla bla bla, wait longer, check local post office, bla bla bla, and tracking number just shows you on suspicious site that the item has been sent...
I lost about £130, please do not do the same mistake.
I received my order, a cellphone 3 days ago and love it. It is an excellent product. Great value. Easy to use large screen. Two batteries and two SIM card slot is very handy and comes pre-loaded with apps. 3 mp camera gives sharp photos. Over all excellent, very happy :)
I purchase a phone from this company and did not receive any confirmation after payment was sent, several attempts were made to contact them, but i got no response needless to say i will be reporting this to paypal to get my money back.

This was my first time ordering from ahappydeal. I used paypal and had NO trouble at all. Customer service was quick to respond when I had a concern and showed me personal care. Now that to me is VERY important! I give them an A+. I WILL be a returning customer! My order went to the US so it took about 3 weeks to get here. That is normal with international shipping. I was able to track it the whole time too. I am glad I found this website. It is the REAL DEAL!
First time customer I can't say I like it yet. I ordered a phone and I cant tract the order. The tracking number they emailed me isn't working. I need to know when my shipping coming because its a gift to my cousin. I contacted them and no response to my email yet. That s messed up. I see lots of people says nice about them I would love to be able to do so as well

I have enjoyed using this site to purchase small electronic goods. I typically look for items with free shipping - expect it to be slow to arrive, but it will and the cost is amazingly low. I did order a cheap tablet from them once and it did not work. I had to ship it back to CA and got a refund. Customer service has been responsive and professional. Many good products to look at on the site.
I bought a T-shirt from this seller at the site dresslily.com and two months later it hasn´t arrived. Finally, after having written several times to them, I have reclaimed to paypal.
Don't buy anything to this seller. It's scam.
I have purchased from this company multiple times and never had a problem. The shipping takes a while, but they're on the other side of the planet. The selection of high quality merchandise and great prices more than makes up for having to wait a bit for your items.
Delivery was super slow. They were quick to respond when I threatened to withhold my PayPal payment for a product that had been in the "shipping" process for WEEKS. I had filed an incident report with PayPal so I guess that got their attention. So I FINALLY received the merchandise to find it cheaply made and ridiculously small even though I ordered it TWO SIZES larger based on my experience with other sellers like this. So I went to contact them and the e-mail was returned undeliverable. Shameful and I would NEVER buy from or even think of recommending them ever again. $15 lesson learned.
I like this site. The products have relevant quality and price, personnel answers to your questions politely and in reasonable terms.
My first cell phone I've bought from them has strayed and lost somewhere on the way but they have sent me another one when I told them of the fact.
The shipping is being done in time (of course, the actual delivery time depends on the postal services on the way to your country)
The Website it self good. Big amount of products with pictures and details for them. The delivery of items also not bad compare with others - in time so far. I made 4 orders already and never have any damaged items. The minus in this Internet shop is that they asking money for transportation of items to your home (most of goods NOT FREE shipping), when many others shops included transport fee in items' price. In the end when you making your order, price almost become double (on heavy orders) with included the mailing fee. Therefore always compare the LAST payment amount with what you expected to pay for the items you ordered.
They promise to deliver goods within 15-30 days, but in reality, it takes twice as long - 54 days for LT, Eastern Europe. That's very disappointing. Goods received in good condition and as described. The quality seems to be equal to its price.
We are so sorry for the trouble we caused. Firstly, we should have had this set-up correctly, and secondly, we should have responded in a much more timely fashion. For both lapses, we take full responsibility and want to restate our sincere apologies to the customer.

The tablets arrived within the time specified by the type of shipping purchased, (flat rate on one order and expedited on the other). The tablets arrived in excellent condition, with all advertised accessories, and worked exactly as expected out of the box. I plan on purchasing at least 5 more tablets from this vendor and I have no doubt that the level of excellence I have experienced, so far, will continue.

I ordered a tablet and other accessories on September 14, to date I have not received anything and you do not respond more tickets.
First they say that making a partial shipment, then tell me to wait for the tablet to be provided by the manufacturer (on the site was listed in stock), the tacking of the partial shipment is stopped from September 22.
I made a complaint to pay pal.
I suggest you do not order from this seller.
I purchased an android tablet, keyboard case, and various other accessories from this site. I was very happy with my purchase. After reading a few of the comments here, I became concerned, but I paid with Paypal, so I wasn't that concerned. It did take about two weeks to get a valid tracking order, but I believe that was the fault of the Singapore post office, not this company. My package did come wrapped in bubble tape, which looked quite weird, but nothing inside was damaged. My android tablet has 2.2 operating system, and works great. I can pick up wifi and the lasts for 3 hours, just as describes. Everything was exactly as described.
I assume nobody cares that much about the web site; the other comments are actually reviewing the company. I ordered a Y9300+ android cell phone; the cost was $63.67 complete (that price includes shipping). I waited 25 days, then contacted customer service. They claimed the shipment was lost, and that they were sending another. It arrived about 3 weeks later. The phone looks great; camera, fm radio, email, browsing, and wifi all work. But I can not get it to recognize my SIM (yet) so can not make calls. Also, something is wrong with the contacts app; it does not allow configuration of a google account, so easy sync with your google contacts is not possible.

I have stopped using any local stores, I started ordering from china thru another site that truly was a rip off.
I found ahappydeal and that was the best site I have ever used. Please pay for the Expidited shipping that will solve most if not all problems.
I have ordered 10 phones 3 tablets and some car electronics even the two phones I had to return came back to me in less than 2 weeks!.
