Paid £63.00 for nine LED bulbs advertised to last *******-******* hours. Four failed immediately the others within 3 weeks. Was compensated with four identical replacements whereas I asked for a better quality bulb as compensation and I had to pay a further £8.00 postage I was also given a mere £3.00 refund.
These extra four bulbs failed immediately. Therefore I paid a total £68.00 in total for effectively 13 totally useless bulbs. Have been chasing them now for eight months for a refund but their support staff feign a poor understanding of the English language in sidestepping my request
I ordered an item from them on 12/01/13. By January first, I still had not received it. I wrote them an inquiry and received a message back telling me basically to just wait longer. Well, here it is 1/19/14 and I still have not received my package. There is no way for you to track your package, other than contacting a representative through their "live" chat, which consists of sending an email and waiting up to 24 hours for a response (live?). When they write you back, there is no mention of where your package may be... just to wait longer. I think it's a total scam and am now disputing the charge on my credit card. Buy somewhere else.

I have been purchasing products from ahappydeal for about a year now, over this time I have seen their systems improve, so far I have had no trouble with receiving my orders tracking works well.
Communication is ok although language and cultural barriers do exist, my expectation of service can be different to theirs, a little patients can be required.
They have a good range of useful products, with generally good quality, be sure of what you are ordering though read the product descriptions thoroughly and with care as this will give good clues to the quality of the product, on the whole I will keep shopping with them when i require certain products i cannot source locally at a reasonable price.
I placed three orders with this company, one as a consumer and two as a business, ranging from about $100 to over $1500. I advise you NEVER use them, regardless of pricing or advertised promises. Once you place an order, you will wait 2-3 weeks or longer for them to process and ship. The items they ship are cheaply made and sometimes poorly packaged. Although they advertise a warranty, if there is a failure of a technical product, they tell you to take it to a local shop, not to replace it. Worst company ever.

I ordered two phones about two months ago now and they have not arrived yet. The money has come out of my account and when I tried to email to complain, there was only an automated response. I am very angry with this company and I will be reporting them to pay pal.
I have told this website to all my friends. It's a great place for quality electronics and hobby stuffs for a discounted price. I make sure to point out it's direct shipped from China (I assume) so if you want it immediately spend extra on shipping. If you go the cheaper route it will take a long time. I have order Christmas from them 3 years straight now and I've only had 1 disappointment, a capacitive mini-tablet. I will continue to order from them, and spread the word.
So here it goes.
The first time I ordered 2 items to test if the site is legit. Order was paid via Paypal. After the maximum estimated days of delivery I was informed that my order was lost during shipment. I was asked for a refund. Refund was processed but minus the shipment fees.
After that I was very skeptic but tried another order, and was not disappointed. Shipment came as scheduled (though it was held at post office at first) and was very pleased with my items. It was way more that I expected.
Although customer service has some language issues, they try their best to help out any issues encountered.
I highly recommend this site!
PS: for those who ordered, try to contact them to check on your order just to be sure it gets shipped without problems.
My first time dealing with ahappydeal.com was not so bad. I ordered a tablet pc, touch screen phone, a few mp3 players and some watches. All the products were in working order and everyone thinks their cool. Shipping to Dallas Texas was fast only 12 days. They even called my because i wanted the products sent in a different name then mine to make sure that it was indeed me ordering the stuff.
Overall the stuff is good i would recommend spending money on the more expensive electronics if that's what your into and to avoid the super cheap ones every one knows you get what you pay for.
Take your worst customer experience in the US - multiply it by 10 and you have aHappyDeal. Not so much because they are rude or a scam - I think they just do not know what the heck they are doing. Orders placed that say Shipped in 24 Hrs take 3 weeks and counting. Replies for questions do get responded but come back with 1 of 3 stock answers - 1. Testing 2. QC 3. Be Patient. To be fair - I did cancel an order because it was taking too long due to testing and QC and I was tired of being patient and my money was refunded to Pay Pal maybe 3 hours after I cancelled the order. So good news there. If you are expecting an Amazon or Walmart shopping experience - this is not going to be it.

I have been a happy customer for over two years. Had one problem with an item, and it got handled promptly by their customer service. Shipping could be a bit faster, but I guess it comes from across the world. Their prices sure are hard to beat!

Ahappydeal is a pretty awesome web store: it is *definitely* not a scam. I'm writing this review on a tablet pc I bought from them, and I've in fact bought three. All of them worked perfectly for around $50 each!
This most recent order, I bought mini speakers whose sound has blown away all of my friends, and $7 headphones that mimic Beats very closely. Not everything is great build quality, but their tech is always excellent.
Maybe they don't treat everyone as perfectly as they do me, but this website rocks my world, and my gifts for people no longer come from ANYWHERE ELSE.
Do not listen to the haters, just go there and save great oodles of money. I saved $150 this Christmas.

Ordered two tablets. One of them has broken on/off switch. I filled out their "Help Ticket" to get a response. No response. I called. They told me to email them with another help ticket. Did it a week ago. I called. Now, I am waiting for a "colleague" to email me. Such BS. I asked, "Why do I have to wait for your colleague when I have you on the phone?" Oh and usually the phone is busy signal when calling. Then she said, "My colleague will email you in a couple of minutes". That was a while ago...

I have sent 5 emails over that time and have yet to get a single response. I'd stay away; communication is non-existent. Paid extra for the "expedited" 3-5 day shipping and that has done me no good. My first order was a 9" tablet and I received it before xmas although I expected a 3 to 4 week delivery. The tablet works fine and is a great bargain at £46 delivered. Have ordered 2 more items so hopefully later in January I can report.
