I have stopped using any local stores, I started ordering from china thru another site that truly was a rip off.

I found ahappydeal and that was the best site I have ever used. Please pay for the Expidited shipping that will solve most if not all problems.

I have ordered 10 phones 3 tablets and some car electronics even the two phones I had to return came back to me in less than 2 weeks!.

I'm Happy with all my AHappydeals, what are u people doing wrong on your end?>

I ordered a dual sim phone over a month ago and have been patiently waiting since. Im a single mother of two who can hardly make ends meet. I spent $36.24 of my hard earned money on this lousy product only never to receive it and im still without a phone! This email i got from Nancy was a crock of b. S. She said you paid for cheep shipping thats why its taking long. I responded asking for a full refund and i got more b. S that flat rate shippingis slow. I got great advice for everyone,, STAY AWAY! ITS A SCAM!

Incredibly poor customer service. I have been 8 days to even receive conformation of my order, yet the company were more than able to take the payment in well under 24hrs. I have since made several attempts to contact them and was ignored on all accounts, however I yesterday emailed them on the Facebook page and got the response "your item will be sent shortly please be patient"! It was meant to have been sent three days ago! I have now requested a full refund as if they can't be bothered to post on time I'm not interested. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift! Extremely disappointed and annoyed. Do not buy from them! And if you are currently trying to get hold of them, I recommend emailing their Facebook page, rather than the "take a ticket " nonsense.

I bought a smart phone for £105.00 + £26.88 tax. It reached me in three weeks time. It should have 8 GB ROM but showing only 4 GB. Raised a ticket T*******908. It has been more than two weeks no satisfactory answer. One can buy the same phone in uk for £125.00 inc. postage and no more tax, any problem you can contact the seller easily. I suggest stay away from all Chinese companies, its not worth.

Products came ok, but the tablet charger went broken after 1 week use. Customer service asked to fix locally, I did and they said that tehy will refund some. But no, they eat they words. Now them are sending out same very bad quality charger. Customer service is rubbish. Avoid!

Ahappydeal, or the new name they call themselves, has warranty on their products, but as far as my bad experience is concerned, that is joke. Not only it is practically impossible get them to honor their warranty, because of the following:
1. They are in China, and you can't make them to go with US rules.
2.It is very hard to communicate with them, because of their ridiculously poor English.
3. Their so called customer service, is only a gimmick.

So folks, be careful with this or other Chinese company, because when you buy something from them, you are on your own, and if something goes wrong, consider it as loss, like I did.

I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel...

If you buy from websites based in China a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... textiles and cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too.

PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.

I ordered an Android phone which seems almost identical to a Samsung. It cost 30 pounds and It has been used for months without any problem at all. O. k., so there was 12 pounds to pay the post office for some import tax. The camera is not that good at 3 mp but hey 30 pounds for an all singing all dancing 5inch screen smart phone. Amazing. The latest ones are probably even better

Shopping online at Ahappydeal.com is always fun for me. They arguably have a very comprehensive listing of products. Their prices are always very fair. Delivery time to my destination (Kenya) is fairly fast (around 30 days on average). Received items are as described on their website. Their customer care is good, always keeping you updated by emails every step of your order. And what is more, they also respond to customer queries relatively fast (within 24hours).

These guys sell counterfeit phones that are hard-locked, un-rootable, AND are cloned IMEI blacklisted. Waste of money and time. I've wasted over 40 hours using ever trick known and these phones will not work on ANY network. The tech support is friendly but useless. All products are illegal.

I have used A Happy Deal for Cell phones products. I am very happy with the items I have received. Their prices are very good, usually I pick the Flat Rate Shipping item which takes around 15 days to the Latvia! The customer service is perfect! I will definately use them again

Very good communication whit her dropship system.
Good service if we have trouble with shipment but 99% was cool and smooth treatment...
It is one of my distributor, never haved trouble with payment, service or cancellation order...

I've bought two cell phones from this site over the past 12 months and have been delighted with the quality of both. The latest Android phone is easily equal to the Samsung Gal. 3 at a fraction of the price - it easily takes a 'StraightTalk' sim - so I now have an up-to-date Android phone without an expensive contract. The touch screen on my latest Android is fantastic and far better than I thought it might be - most of the features of the phone are better than I thought they would be!
If there is a shortcoming with both phones, it's the quality of the Instruction Manual - it's so small as to be unreadable and is very superficial as well as not being in very good English. Notwithstanding that, anyone familiar with Android phones would not have a problem following the menus on the phone for setup.
I note that some reviewers have had a problem with delivery times, but I haven't - both were delivered within the time frame I expected.
I'm sure that I'll be buying from AHappyDeal again!

I order shower speakers from this site over one month ago and have not gotten anything back yet. This is crazy especially because everytime i call or send an email i never get an answer or a reply to my emails. This is rude and hospitable

Even after putting correct address in it sent it to an old address from the paypal system. Buy over 5k worth online per year and have NEVER had this problem before, now I can't even find out if the item has been delivered and therefore lost (people at old address say it hasn't been received) or not sent and then I could put a post redirect form in at the post office and would be able to rescue it then.
Complete and utter garbage
