If you do business with these folks, don't get fooled by the sales person's promisses. Read the fine prints, and find out that once the mattress is delivered you are prety much stck with it, even if it is a wrong product, or damaged, and you can't exchange or return it. If you are persistant enough to go through manay middle management, you are required to pay $250.00 to return, or exchange the faulty mattress.

Tip for consumers: Read the fine prints.

The Turkish airline plane we took from JFK to Istanbul was old and not maintained. Many of the televisions kept freezing or didn't work at all, which makes the long trip more miserable. We couldn't communicate with the flight attendants because non of them knew how to speak English, and acted very rude. Seats were too tight, and uncomfortable for a 10 hour International flight.

I believe that above conditions, are not acceptable for even a short flight especially a long international flight.
Because of several bad experiences I had by purchasing mediocre electronic gadgets, and experiencing very poor customer service by the Chinese vendors, I stayed away from doing any business with these people for a long time. Meanwhile I kept on receiving their enticing advertisements. In one of their ads, I noticed a good looking jacket, and despite my better judgment I gave them a benefit of doubt, and went ahead and ordered it, thinking, “What can go wrong with a garment?”
They proved me totally wrong, by shipping me a defected jacket, with wrong fabric. Contacting the customer service was totally disappointing, and waste of time. I found it user unfriendly, operated by people that don’t know much English, to the point I just gave up.
Please learn a lesson from my mistake, and don’t fall for the products with low price offered by Chinese vendors. If you do it anyway the best solution is filling a dispute through your credit card Company, or PayPal, which you did the transaction.
This so called non leniar edditing software, was totally disapointing and useless, and most of the items on the tutorial DVD did not work. I am back with Adobe editing software.
I bought a Perfect brand canister vacum for high price of $600.00, from Allbrands.com, and the vacum turned out to be not so perfect, and started acting-up to the point-that I called the vendor's customer sevice. They told me that this is not their responsibility, and I cant return the defected item and they instructed me to contact the manumacturer, which gave me a runaround. Now I am stuck with an expensive piece of junk. Please be careful not to do business with this iresponsible vendor, and stay away from Perfect brand vacums, whiche are far from perfect.

Tip for consumers: Please do not do any business with Allbrands.com, because the are very irresponsible and be careful not to be decived by a brand mame PERFECT.

Most of the times you can find better prices on Amazon, than other online companies.
ahappydeal, or the new name they call themselves, has warranty on their products, but as far as my bad experience is concerned, that is joke. Not only it is practically impossible get them to honor their warranty, because of the following:
1.They are in China, and you can't make them to go with US rules.
2.It is very hard to communicate with them, because of their ridiculously poor English.
3.Their so called customer service, is only a gimmick.

So folks, be careful with this or other Chinese company, because when you buy something from them, you are on your own, and if something goes wrong, consider it as loss, like I did.
