“Good experience with them, no problems at all”

And here is update from me about GearBest. I see many people say that they have bad experience? How i don't know really... I preordered Xiaomi 20000mAh power bank, and guess what? I got it in time, actually i got it really fast, shipping was around 2 weeks (usually that's much it takes to me) I did a review of power bank here so you can check it out: https://youtu.be/2aniQJe5wIM Enjoy shopping, i chose them because they usualy get lowest price and no problems with them until now...

“If you are looking for total disappointment, buy merchandise from this company”

Because of several bad experiences I had by purchasing mediocre electronic gadgets, and experiencing very poor customer service by the Chinese vendors, I stayed away from doing any business with these people for a long time. Meanwhile I kept on receiving their enticing advertisements. In one of their ads, I noticed a good looking jacket, and despite my better judgment I gave them a benefit of doubt, and went ahead and ordered it, thinking, "What can go wrong with a garment?" They proved me totally wrong, by shipping me a defected jacket, with wrong fabric. Contacting the customer service was totally disappointing, and waste of time. I found it user unfriendly, operated by people that don't know much English, to the point I just gave up. Please learn a lesson from my mistake, and don't fall for the products with low price offered by Chinese vendors. If you do it anyway the best solution is filling a dispute through your credit card Company, or PayPal, which you did the transaction.

Totally sucky experience. Took Months to arrive. Hard to get answers as to where it was the whole time.

Then the inevitable - the earpeice did'nt work at all with two separate phones.

It was a very late, faulty, present.

I'm a screaming Liberal - but have taken to the "Buy American" slogan whenever possible.

This kind of transaction (buying/shipping cheap, faulty, stuff half way around the world) is bad for us all, bad for our collective productivity (broken stuff doesn't actually help us), bad for the the environment (fuel, wasteful cheap $#*! in lanfill)- (oh, and bad for ones sanity)!

Gearbest = BAD.

MM

A waste all around.

This man is a liar and a cheat a thief and is just pure scum
He likes to leave reviews on people. Then can't take anyone else writing one
On him. This man has left several reviews on this site about a mail order
Site in which he claims to be a victim but we can tell you this he is not
If he is a victim why would he leave more than one review which clearly is
Harasment just because we stoped him putting a private number on the site.
We have now posted several reviews about this man on plenty of other
Review sites as he claims to be a proffesional dj but isnt. We have checked this man out to the fullest extend and have found some very interesting things out about him which we have posted on other sites not this one as it will be removed. And we will also be updating these reviews every day or week until this person has got what he deserves. By the way marc we have a crime number so carry on posting reviews on this site in other peoples names.

The website very honestly describes the problems one person had with a site he purchased from. I can vouch for the information in there as being true as I have suffered at the hands of the site owners.

They too didn't deliver an item I ordered, I too am out of pocket and the post that was setup to complain about this site is in fact the owner of the site in question!

But most seasoned web surfers will of already guessed that. Why one person would go to such lengths to complain about 1 site is a pretty simple question to answer. They got ripped off, deliberately.

Have a search online for the site in question and see a pleathora of complaints of non delivery and fraud.
