I ordered a tablet and a few other items. The shipping speed was awesome arrived before deadline and prices at ahappydeal are great. Didnt have any problems and plan on ordering from them again in the future

I have made and received 5 orders all of which have been always delivered within the time frame stated. The range and price are good for what you receive and the quality of all the products I've purchased have been good which is better than i was expecting. I will continue to be a return customer as i am happy with the almost all aspects of purchasing from this seller.

I have order tablets from this website on September 9,2013 and after 1 month has no news so I did contact the website and people who response name is Kris and he told me to be patient. After 2 months pass by I am still did not get my order yet and I start to ask his website to responsible for it. He ask me to wait a few weeks and I have not receive any package until December and he offer me to deduct 30$ for shipping and he will transfer money back to my paypal account. I have wait until end of December and I an still not get my money back and more surprise I can't log in to my account to contact Kris any more. Here is my true story. You can buy thing from this website but I found this website did not sell by themselves so depend on your luck that you might lucky or bad luck. For me not anymore buy from them.

This place is hit or miss

This place is hit or miss. There have been times where i would place an order and everything will run smooth. But there have also been times where i order something that is listed as "in stock" and "will ship in 24 hours" only to wait and find out that those products are not in stock. It is really frustrating since they should update there products inventory since it is really unpredictable. If the item your looking at is actually in stock. If you have time to wait than i would consider it. Even with the expedited shipping they offer, your items can take up to 2 weeks since, they are very slow at processing your order. (Not the shipping carrier fault)

I order a ply touch III tablet. It cannot connect with my router. I sent them back pay return fee with get confirmation notice. I contacted them before I returned the product. It has been over a month since I received the notification from post office that the package had been received by the company in China. I made contact with them to get the refund. They keep telling me to wait until they received the package, and they don't say I didn't contact them before I return the product. Until now, I haven't received my money back. I never buy from this website again. I rather pay a little more but I can be sure to get refund when I buy the product with different website. Totally not recommend this website to anybody. If I talked about this website to somebody, It will be a warning so them know how bad it is. I am not sure I can get the money back or not since they did not response my email.

Usually takes one months since I order.
If possible always buy phones that have comments to know that work well.
Is good website, reliable and cheap

I have ordered 3 times from this website. The first 2 times I didn't pay more than $100 and my order was okay considering the price. This time however, I paid $197 (Canadian Dollars). The payment supposedly includes 3-5 days shipping. I ordered on January 26th and today, February 5th my order still has not been shipped out.
These people make you pay so much for shipping and then they never ship within the stipulated time limit. When I complained to them they did not answer me. The phone I received from them with my first order is even giving me serious problems now. It didn't last for more than 4 months.
I think this is just a scam. When you spend a lot of money on them they want to play you for a fool. I am still trying to get my order sorted out. As soon as I do I will have absolutely NOTHING to do with them.

I ordered two android phones. One quit working in less than a month without dropping it. It wouldn't work one morning. I had trouble getting the network to work here in the states. I have since ordered another phone domestically and it works fine. Their return policy is they will pay 20% for cost of repair or your pay the shipping to exchange they never got back to me on a refund and I asked multiple times. If you live is the States it's a risk you have to know about. I'm going to get the one repaired and then sell the two here instead of trying to get my money back. It's was a risky venture and I wouldn't recommend buying a phone unless you do your research on what frequency your carrier runs with. Just spend the extra money and buy a phone domestically.

I have had nothing but problems with this site. It takes forever to get items ordered and if you do get them they will send the wrong thing. When you try and get it replaced they tell you you will have to pay more or they cant help you. Terrible customer service and terrible reliability. Then if you insist they honor their par of the deal they will block you from their e-mail. I think I will try the pay-pal complaint route. It's at least worth a try, and maybe it will keep someone else from ordering from them. Total rip off company.

I have purchased three items from this site in the past one month and when recommended the site to my sister who also purchased a phone tablet from them.

I do not like the fact that they charge you for shipping and the order still gets to you the same time free shipping orders from other China online stores get to you. But DHL orders do get there within 4-5 days of shipping.

There products are comperably priced. I will do business with them again, however.

I placed an order and stupidly placed a second order a week later now it has been 7 weeks since the first order. I never received either if them for the first they told me i should have paid extra for valid tracking number.
The second which i did pay extra to get valid tracking, shows an attempt to be delivered to my address but only one and post office said they don't have it.
Happydeal said they refund most money (not large shipping fee though) but that was it. I was looking forward to these items now out the items that i have lost all this time waiting on. Im screwed.

Horrible service
April 29, 2013

Horrible service. Ordered the product a week and a half ago. I purchased a tracking number for my tablet. When I inquired after 5 days why the tracking number showed as not valid still they informed me the package had indeed been sent. The following day the tracking number did show up as valid, but the post office told me that they only had a digital number on file and no physical package yet. Again I inquired at ahappydeal after 3 days they answered my question. Stating that it had arrive in "the america" and a refund would not be necessary as i will be receiving the item soon. Its been almost a week since this and the post office still has not received a physical item from a happy deal, only a digital tracking number. I would not suggest buying from this site and have began the process of dispute through paypal as well as the post office as the site will not refund me for this item i have purchased yet they have not received

I regretted buying from them. I ordered on December 1 and never received it. I contacted many times via email and they kept saying to wait for the product. Really? Its been 45 days already. I can't seem to get anyone by phone. I need my money back. I bought that phone to give my cousin for his birthday December 21. I'm freaking pissed I didn't have nothing to give to him. Please I'm fed up I need my money back

I had email in about the cellphones- I wanted to by one but wanted to make sure they would would with my carrier...
I got a fast response back and answers to all of my questions.
Thankfully they told me up front that the phone i was wanting would not work with my carrier so that i didn't waste my money or time on something that will not work!

Ahappydeal.com is a great place to get a wide variety of things. I have purchased from them 3 times so far, and have been very happy with the things I bought. A microphone, to talk to my Mom on line, a Cree Flashlight to hunt critters at night for photos, not shooting, and a Smartphone. Very happy with all three. Ahappydeal.com stands behind their products, which is rare, and they have good customer service. Excellent prices on everything I have seen on their site.
