I ordered two cell phones from this company altho they didn't get shipped out in 24 hours because of holiday rush I did get it in 4 days after is was shipped. I did have a few problems but they have been very helpful and eager to make my experience a good one. The phones themselves work great. For a cloned phone they are good quality. My sister had an accident with her phone and we have had to arrange to send the phone back and get a new one. They have been very helpful and usually very prompt in answering my questions. All things considered I would do business with them again.

I have bought quit a bet of things. I got a external battery for cell phone it works great well make if I have any problem email them and they will fix it. The cover well make stay on I have no problems with anything and if I do they fix with in a couple of days. You can buy knowing they stand behind what they sell. Thanks for helping me.

I ordered of this wed side paid for fast shipping 3-5 working days still have not got it sent a few emails no respond called them and all they say is that they will email me still nothing. Been waiting for days paid $30 for the fast shipping and what do I get noting no respond. I want my $30 refund for waiting this long that's if i even get what i paid for

But in general is fine. I really like the item that I received.
I find a lot of thing that I can't find in another places.
They do take yours complain, but not always answer.
I will shop again. It's still good site for me sometimes to shop.

I was originally skeptical of this site but have now ordered around 10 different times.
All my orders have been received before there estimated times. You can pay extra for different shipping methods but I prefer the cheapest means. I have dealt with customer service twice and for a busy company I am fully impressed how they treated me. My one order was sent missing a part and they responded and fixed the mistake immediately. FYI the order was 4.63$ but they treated me as if it was a $100 order.
I recommend this site to all my coworkers.

Terrible experience with this company/website. The tablet I bought took approximately 2 months to arrive, fair enough, it's China, I expected a lengthy wait. However, on opening my package, the tablet was damaged and completely unusable.

On contacting customer services, they offered to send me another tablet and I had to pay the postage from China again, plus a supplement of around half the cost of the tablet. I requested a full refund. They refused. I have been offered half the cost of the tablet as a refund, and will now lose out on the postage costs, half the cost of the tablet, and still be minus a tablet. The alternative they offered is to send the tablet back to China and they will refund me the cost of the item alone.

If you're looking for tacky, broken, cheap "Made In China" rubbish, with incredible waiting times on both your item and on replies from customer services, then look no further.

Would recommend to avoid at all costs.

This site has never given me a faulty product and has a wide variety of very cheap goods. My only concern with this website is that sometimes the product labeling system which they use is not the most accurate for certain product capabilities. All in all I recommend this site to anyone who want's cheap and decent quality gear.

I ordered a tablet that was broken when I received it. They told me to send it back with everything included which I paid $50 to do. They have now had it in their possession for three weeks and every time I ask what I'm waiting for and why won't they send the replacement they just tell me "Dear Friend, Please wait patiently, Thanks"

I keep asking what is the hold up but always get that same response.

If you send stuff back for replacement I guess they just keep it.

Ordered and paid for items via western union because they give a 5% discount items arrived damaged and 4 of the more expensive items were missing but already paid for. Have sent countless emails and photos of damaged goods but been 2 weeks now and still not a single reply.

The sent broken smart phone that took 3 weeks to be delivered, wouldn't replace with working phone and wouldn't send back full cost of expenses. They asked me to take it to local technician and they would provide some reimbursement. Their site has frequently rotating products many of which are the same but branded differently and variable costs. What they carry looks like a good deal and if it works would be okay but expect poor quality, batteries that last a couple of hours per charge and no support to any concerns posted. Only reason that they aren't 0 stars is because that ranking isn't offered. Buyer beware.

I placed an order at the start of the month, all items were supposed to be shipped within 24 hours. It takes them forever to get back to me with a ticket response, ridiculous just to be told it'll be shipped out in 2 days, ok 2 days go by and now they're saying another 2 days and we can all see where this is going. I will keep you posted but so far no good. Very disappointing because a lucky few do seem to have a positive experience. I'm very sorry ahappydeal but even the best customer service sites have a few negative reviews. I should have known, when all your reviews were positive that you were fixing them. Did I mention I left a review, and the email link to view it was a deadend, obviously removed by you guys. Serious review fixing gives your customers false sense of who they are buying from. Ands that's just not fair!

I have purchased several items from ahappydeal.com and today is the 5 day, no item has been shipped.

They provided with a tracking number for the cheapest item and the tracking number is invalid.

I have written various times to their customer support but i received only one reply, stating that items are shipped between 4 to 7 days. This is not true when the items purchased provided shipping within 24hrs.

I really start to believe that there is something bogus with this site. I only want my items really shipped with true and accurate tracking number or my refund.

OK! So I am a 16 year old girl. My phone recently got thrown in a toilet from some $#*!y teenager and I orderded a phone on here. I was really excited since it was my birthday and all. But once it came in, it had problems turning on. But eventually it did. The sleep button was broken and once we turned it off again, it never turned back on. It was broken. I had it for not even a whole day. Now I have to wait and it's almost Christmas time. You haven't told us where to ship it back at, and we want an exchange. This one better be working or my family will sue your company! We want it fast shipping. 2-4 days.

Ordered a U.S. $350 phone that was "in stock" only to be told 33 days after ordering (and being in constant correspondence trying in vain to get is shipped to another address but thats another saga in itself) that it was "out of stock"! This meant that if I had not have asked for paypal refund, I would have been waiting a total of 4 months for the phone to arrive. BE WARNED STAY AWAY! Online Service is shocking, they do not understand English properly!

It's OK. Not too bad, but not too good.
I bought four time this website.
First I bought a mobil phone. The display is broken, and I hat to fix it. Since then it works perfectly.
Second time I bought a tab. After two months of correspondence, I had a choice and another device, because the original was not in stock. Even after a month of correspondence posted to the device. Even as they have paid me $ 4 surcharge in.
The device is working, but I'm not satisfied with the administration.
