I made 4 orders already and never have any damaged items. The minus in this Internet shop is that they asking money for transportation of items to your home (most of goods NOT FREE shipping), when many others shops included transport fee in items' price. In the end when you making your order, price almost become double (on heavy orders) with included the mailing fee. Therefore always compare the LAST payment amount with what you expected to pay for the items you ordered.
