I have received some good products from the sellers on here. I have also not received anything from some sellers and it has been over 2 months. I received 2 coats that were too small although I ordered a size up. I have also received a watch that looked like a toy model. It is not worth it to return it because of the shipping costs and they know this. It is very hard to track stuff until it arrives on the US side. Remember to read the reviews for each seller and be careful. Some of these people are shady.

Ioffer will not stand by their customers. Ioffer will take a percentage when you paid, then run and hide, leave you to deal with corrupted sellers yourself. You're on YOUR own when placing order(s) on Ioffer site.
I ordered as to test out first, planned to order more if item arrive but it's never did. Seller close account/store and run. I had to dispute the charge with credit card myself.
If you made a mistake ordered from Ioffer, DO NOT wait as all sellers will tell you to wait some more as item was shipped and will arrive. The more time you wait the more difficult to dispute the charge. This site has more dishonest sellers as Ioffer ignores to monitor their site and allows corrupted sellers to continue ripped off customers, shut stores, run away to re-open store under new name.
The MOST HORRIBLE business I've ever deal with.

Ioffer as a website is awful with crappy sellers but there was one exception: Herc's digital comics on dvds, this seller was very helpful, very fast delivery and everything on dvd + what I asked for. I'll certainly order from again but ever since ioffer updated their site Herc's store is not available (just like other stores), good thing Herc has his own store with better deals: https://hercsdvds.xyz/ if you are a comic book fan and want more bang for your buck give it a chance (you won't regret it).

Ordered and paid for an item which never shipped. This company is a fraudulent enterprise ripping US customers off high time. They are located in China and have no clue about biz as a whole. Periodically you get emails requesting payment even though payment was effected 2 months ago. Then they Send you threatening mails that they would put you on the s... t list.
Fortunately I paid with PayPal to get my money back.

I have placed several orders on ioffer and 50% were complete rip offs. In each case the seller either disappeared, was cancelled by ioffer, or (to this day) still assure me that my products are on their way. I have lost over 500 USD in dishonest purchases. To say that ioffer does nothing would be giving them credit. Ioffer actually sends responses to complaint emails that are just an added insult to injury. Ioffer is clearly nothing more than a haven for thieves and crooks, a platform where anyone can take consumers for a ride with no risk of prosecution whatsoever. One does wonder where the wonderful reviews on ioffer come from though, especially when even the ones supposedly from the United States sound like they were written in a foreign language and translated electronically! In short, stay away from ioffer, the greatest odds are that you will get ripped off at worst, sold defective or sub par products at best, in any case you will not be happy with the experience.

I've ordered twice from the iOffer web site from 2 different sellers. I was very satisfied with both products. Ugg boots and a Juicy Couture purse. I would order again in a hot minute.
My only complaint is the shipping takes forever, approx 4 weeks.

My experience reflects the many negative reviews already posted. Initially, I received the goods I paid for and they were fine. But when I ordered more items, then I encountered the poor sellers mentioned by others. The seller either sent the wrong goods, they arrived broken or didn't arrive at all. Very few actually accept PayPal because of the replica goods they sell, so if the seller messes you about there is really nothing you can do about it. Most are based in China, and iOffer won't help. If you want to risk shopping on this site, never spend more than you can afford to lose.

This basically seems to be a place for scammers and fakes to sell - or claim to.
I ordered on here once, as the item I ordered was such a good deal. Moral of the story, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Item never turned up, I ordered Men's running shoes, yet on two occasions I was sent cheap ear bud headphones! Seller is still claiming they are in transit (for the third time), I have since been refunded by Paypal, so quite what fraudulent sellers hope to gain I don't know!
Also there is no "realistic" option to contact ioffer, other than a PO Box!
I imagine Ebay are not too worried about ioffer.
