Thought I'd give this site a try. Was going to buy a very cheap knock off watch just to see how they looked like. Added the item and I guess I was supposed to wait for the seller to send me an invoice. I received the invoice, clicked the link and no where was there a check out button. Tried to contact IOffer with no success and tried to contact the seller twice and no response from them. Finally was able to cancel my order. Seems too much like a scam

Stay away from their website. I looked at an item, saw their price for it, hit wrong button and suddenly am told "We accept your purchase". I never wanted to purchase item but there was nowhere that asked for a confirmation of my order. Now I am daily getting emails from them telling me to pay up. I can not find a cancel order page despite trying repeatedly. I have sent 4 emails to them to no avail. I am at a loss as to what to do next. Terrible, gothch-type, harassing website. Stay away.

I have used I offer for 6 years now. I have been satisfied with about 97% of my purchases. As a buyer you need to beware. I have had 1 item never shipped and 4 poor quality items. The saying you get what you pay for is true. If you pay $250 for an Hermes purse don't expect the quality of a $10,000 original Hermes. You just won't get it. However, for $400 you may get a near carbon copy, but in the end it's not a real Hermes.

I have been ordering from this site for about 2-3 years never had a problem with not receiving my items the only this is do not order in mid Dec. Or Jan because that is around Chinese New years and everything shuts down. I love the quality of the items I brought I have gotten purses, shoes, clothing, wallets ect never had a problem but if they do not take payment via paypal I do not deal with them it's that simple

I have paid for 2 items and they have not been delivered! I contacted iOffer and they advised me that one company I purchased from were fraudulent and there is nothing they can do about it and the other company are still advertising but will not answer my emails and iOffer are not accountable for anything apparently! Save your money and don't use this site!

Received two fraudulent musical DVDs through purchases on iOffer.com. Sellers on site make illegal copies of musical performances, mainly in Europe, advertise discs with pictures on commercial labels, and sell bootlegged discs for "bargain prices". DVD discs will not play on American DVD players. Also, site administrators cover up illegal sales by hiding negative ratings of purchasers who complain about non-functional DVD discs. Stay away from iOffer.com!

My daughter bought a bag. Payments says not processed, or complete. So she tried again.
But payment has gone through even though it says it HASN'T. Both sellers refused to cancel orders. Or would cancel order but REFUSED to refund.
Can't contact company, and no payment protection.

Just use ebay. Much safter

In their rules they write that they are not responsible with sellers. It isnt like eBay where the customer service contacts the seller when a problem happens. I never received my item and never got refund. I will never buy again.

I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this but this is the way I feel...

If you buy from websites based in China, Nigeria, Congo, Namibia, Iran, Syria, etc etc... a good rule of thumb is don't buy technology (phones, computers, cars etc...) and food (baby food, formula etc...).
If you buy anything at all... buy cheap plastic things like cd holders and make sure they aren't priced over $5. This goes for palm reading too.
Also when you order from places like this don't give them a credit card number otherwise you will be overcharged. Use something safer like a disposable credit card that only has $5 of credit.

PS. Don't order more than one item at a time that way your never out more than $5.

I ordered a pair of boots in women's size 8 and received them in a size 5. I informed the seller immediately when I got them, but since the shipping time is up to 45 days, the time period for you to resolve any issues is very small. I informed the seller and they said I could ship the boots back, which would cost me $60 since it was international shipping when the boots cost $40 themselves. By the time I received the package and the time it took the seller to "resolve", PayPal would do nothing about it. Just be careful when getting packages from a different country because the shipping costs may leave you with an unwanted/unusable product that is not protected via PayPal. Also, iOffer has no contact information to resolve issues.

Seller Flagdealer is a thief! I purchased a ring in October 2012, it is now July 2013, nothing ever received, seller won't respond, ioffer customer service is non existent and PayPal will not help as they don't protect you if using ioffer! Stay away for sure, I threw 80.00 in the trash to a criminal in Flagdealer

Buyers avoid this web site. Full of fraud and no any accountability on the side of sellers. I lost $500 because i neglected to do my homework and check this web site before buying. Offers must be shut down for as assisting the fake sellers.

I have ordered about 20 items-some were not good some were good-I did get scammed once-don't pay with PayPal-there is no way to cancel payment if you see that the seller is a scammer. Look at the reviews and see if the sellers items have good reviews-I made the mistake of ordering two items from the scammers-order one item and see if they are legit first don't order many items at once.

This website is a rip off. Now I know the shoes I ordered were a replica but I was sent a totally different shoe for the opposite sex. The seller ignored me after he/she/it verified the funds availability. I was ripped off and I warn anyone that wants to order from this site. Never again.

I buy a dvd from bikini summer movie when i received i was dissapointed because the seller never answered my complaint even just one person of the table desk answer and she said that the seller contacted with me in some days but nobody did now for me i dont recommend this site and i am sorry for this but that company is a piece of $#*! never can compete with amazon or ebay

Don't attempt to purchase anything from these scammers. Fortunately I went through paypal, so I have a chance to get my money back. I purchased from eezh0435, who suddenly don't have any products for sale anymore. IOffer provides no verification. Piece of crap site.

I never received an item i paid for. Must say when pay pal wasn't excepted i had my doubts but it was only £4 thankfully. Can't get an email sent to the seller. Nice little earner for the seller all those £4's. Don't buy!

This company is aweful. Don't order from them they will rip you off without any ability to get your money back. I purchased 2 items, I used the link the seller provided in an email to pay, my card was charged. Then the order was cancelled for lack of payment. I cannot find a phone number to call them. No response from iOffer to my email pleas for a refund. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do? Anyone find a phone number?

Every single experience, 9 in total, has been a nightmare. I have bought boots and was sent a clock, I have paid and seller is removed from site and I have to fight to have my money returned, I have been shipped the wrong sizes of items and lose money returning them even though it is not my fault, I have been sent felt when its supposed to be leather. Many sellers claim to be in USA and the package comes from China or Korea and when you have to return it, you have to pay absurd shipping. Overall it is a site with way too many con-artists and not worth the trouble. If you want to try it it at least make sure to use PayPal so you have a pretty decent shot at getting your money back when disaster strikes. I also find their rating system to be pretty much useless. I leave negative feedback and it shows up with 5 stars when my only options are positive, neutral, or negative - not a good rating system at all.
