Doubt to order

I have read the reviews of ioffer some positive, some negative, these products is from china, I want to order a bag but i dont like to be scam not anymore I had bad experience with rotten scumbag scammer people.

I took for granted, that just because a merchant operated on an online marketplace, does nothing to differentiate from street corner hustlers, attempting to sell pirated material, they burned to discs themselves. This is what I got from one of their online sellers, that went by the name grindhouseguy25. After seeing this disc would not work from my DVD/BLU-RAY devices, I appealed to the seller to correct this problem, only to be told my devices were faulty, and it was not worth his while to replace the disc, since he was only profiting 2 dollars from this purchase. However material that is not pirated, works just fine on those devices he said were faulty. I tried to appeal to ioffer to correct the situation, only to be blocked from their site. Good to see they have customer satisfaction as a top priority on their site!

Ordered and paid for item. Thought I would never received item, which was paid for thru paypal. Filed complaint with paypal and they put item in dispute. Seller finally sent item but it did take roughly 25 days to get. Now that I know it can take a very long time to receive, I may order again. Item was beautiful and exactly as I had ordered. Ioffer has many many different sellers and I may have happened to get a very average one, I don't know, but I was very surprised after thinking I had lost my money and would not receive item. I did contact paypal and updated them on the arrival of the purchase.

I have ordered from ioffer twice, and have been disappointed, TWICE. I ordered something in the beginning of March, and it is now June 22 and I have not received my order and the tracking number has been expired. You see the reviews on the site and they make it out to be wonderful, but it is a joke. Dont mess with ioffer. You'll be like me and be sitting pissed off trying to get a refund. Worst site I have ever experienced. I wish I could give them -5 stars.

I ordered a 10 CD collection of a "Time Life Hit's of the 80's". I was so happy to find it, as it had been discontinued for years. Then, the reality set in when I received it. Yes, it looked real good, but it was an illegal burned copy of the CD set. Even the cover art was phony! And, it was sent out in slim cases. When I contacted the seller he even admitted that they were illegal copies. Bought with Paypal, I submitted a claim, and they said that this was just fine. Unbelievable all the way around!

I ordered several items from this site on the same day two of the items i received no problem good quality and such ( both by the way were from the same vendor) but everything else i purchased all by different vendors failed to show up, never to be heard from again, a couple of the vendors said they would refund my money. Which i still have not received at all. The other vendors won't even acknowledge my messages. If that isn't bad enough the site I offer who represents these rip offs email me everyday to ask if I've received my items, then tells me to follow up with a dispute, takes you through several pages to start the dispute only to get to the last page and tell you its not their problem if you got scammed dispute the charges with your bank. That's it your basically screwed. Beware don't even waste your money.

I have been shopping on Ioffer like forever years like bought multiple items site is great the majority of products are counterfeit but its awesome so I don`t know what the hell all these comments are complaining about, Oh and this is a real comment believe it or not

IOffer leaves you on your own if there is a problem with the seller. When you complain to IOffer they tell you that the seller has been suspended because they violated their policies and yet they ask you to contact the seller, who by now does not respond to any requests. In addition, the site is confusing and not user friendly.
After several weeks and many e-mails to the seller, to IOffer and to Paypal I would never use this site again or recommend it to anyone. In addition the sellers use several names and email addresses so its almost impossible to recognize who you are dealing with.

I should have paid more attention to all the negative feedback and opinion online re. I offers. Never received item. No communication. No item. No refund. Fraud. No accountability. I will not be rushing to use ioffer again. No zero star option available or I would be using it

Ordered trainers the wrong size sent tried 3 times to send back an get new ones or refund company told me to buy new pair an they would give me a discount refusing to refund the pair I got or exchange waiting to see what I offer do about my complaint as by what they say they will suspend sellers account until it's sorted the trainers came from liangqiubo

Scam

I have waited 35+days and no products, I paid £85, and my poor daughter did not get the birthday presents she had asked for. This site is a scandal and should be regulated by a consumer body then held accountable for their 'sellers' actions. To allow people access to your site then provide the SCAMMERS - oops! I mean sellers, a platform to sell 'us' non-existing items is deplorable! I will be relentless in my pursuit to have your company liable for it's actions, this will include contacting the consumers ombudsman and regulatory bodies online and in the US itself.

Total scam
November 8, 2015

At first my purchases were successful. A couple belts and a pair of sneakers. Then when i finally trusted the site enough to make 3 transactions are once, i get robbed on all 3. The sellers all happened to take my money and dissappear. This website is a haven for crooks, don't waste your time and money.

If you are really desperate to get something from them, of course you all know is all mediocre copies of the real deal... otherwise we would not be buying their items. Do yourself a favor, get a debit paypal account which only uses the money you have in your paypal account, keep small amounts for the goods you purchase, also REMEMBER there are fees that are connected with all of your purchases, if you order something for $10 expect to really pay $12, these are bank/cc fees or so they claim. Regardless paypal allows these, BUT they have your back as well. Use a pre-paid card also, this way your ID and what not are not at risk. SO far I have received (fast) what I have ordered BUT is usually the wrong size, not the same as picture, they did not include an item, no box, badly packaged damaged items, so if you are willing to deal with these consequences go for it, you were warned.

Why are Sellers allowed to cancel orders when they price them too low. I bought twice and instantly the price of the item jumps in their store. My price is not increased... but I never get the purchase and they never refund... they say they do but you don't get it.
I have bought from several good sellers and had no problem at all but the ones who price low, you buy, then they jack price and decide not to honour your order at the price you paid.

IOffer always says the same... we are just a venue for sellers... we are not involved in the sales in anyway... But they are there to collect their fees from the sellers.
They need to be held responsible for their website... Plain and Simple
The owner of IOffer is a bigger crook than the Sellers for doing nothing and allowing criminals to operate on his website

I honestly don't understand how these people are still in business and have not been shut down for scamming you see something on this site your pay for it they'll accept your money and then they will not send you the product or communicate with you and tell you where the product is at and they will give you a fake tracking number that cannot be found or they'll send you a message saying package was delivered knowing very well that you never sent the package and the ones that actually have sent the product the products not even worth the money the quality is so horrible it would tear up the first day of receiving it it kind of goes along with you get what you pay for but to all those who have not ordered from this site please saving money and just find somewhere else you may have to pay a little bit more for the product but but it's better than being scam and not receiving a product at all or receiving some garbage

Some sellers just take your money, make you WAIT... WAIT. WAIT. Until all the ways of communication closes and then disapears with your money. So you stay robbed as an idiot and can't even normally find a way how to write about it to administration.

I order two pair's of shoes so it came from two different people I only received one pair of shoes and they haven't even shipped out the other pair yet it's been about three weeks. So I suggest if you see mate701 don't but nothing from them mate701 is a scam

Don't buy from this site, I ordered 3 purses from here and everytime I would email them they would only say please waiting. And it's been three months and still no package. I ordered on November 17th and here it is almost February. Stay away from this site. Still no package or my money back and there is no way to call them.
