It used to be a great site! NOT NOW.
May 15, 2023

It used yo be a great site. The prices were great, and the shipping was included with the price of the item.
People ALWAYS find a way to RUIN something that's great for somebody else though. The original iOffer site was removed for SOME reason. I mean they had what looked like "designer" items, that were USUALLY from China. And the truth is, most designers endorse that! Some even have their main-line products made there, because of the lower cost of manufacturing of about EVERYTHING in China. In fact, several designers sell BULK amounts of supplies and fabrics that is "irregular" or slightly different to China with the KNOWN intention of having the same product(s) made, selling them at VERY LOW prices, all while showcasing their designs and brands ALL OVER the world! Yes, you can tell SOME differences with these items that are assembled in China, but you're noticed when carrying a LV [Louis Vuitton], MK [Michael Kors], CC [Chanel], GG [Gucci], DG [Dolce Gabbana], ect, ECT emblemed bag. I mean shoot, over 50% of the "designer" bags, especially the MORE expensive/RARE designer(s) are "promotional" recreated bags, still getting noticed and commanding envy from most people who notice. And these recreated bags/products VARY in prices, but are certainly much less cost than anything assembled by the designer's manufacturing company in the countries they are based in. Several are from Paris, France and Milan, Italy. While American based designers like Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, John Varvatos, Calvin Klein, ect, ECT have their clothing and items made EXCLUSIVELY in other countries like China and Mexico, probably for selling higher volumes at the lowest manufacturing price they can get.
They finally revived the iOffer site, I re-established an account on there, and made a couple purchases. BUT NOW, the site is "temporarily" down again! I never received either of my orders, even after I sent a couple requests for the site's assistance in getting my order sent to me, or processing my refund! I received NO correspondences, assistance, item(s), nor refunds. One thing that made the ORIGINAL iOffer site so great, was that you could list "want" ads. AND many people would look at the "want" ads, and respond to you if they could accommodate you. I DID FIND several never-in-print movies and TV shows that with that! But the newly rebooted iOffer site didn't have the option to make "want" ads. In fact, there were VERY few DVDs listed on the site at all. But while searching for ways to look for certain DVDs or videos, I found an ioffer-movies site. It was presented as the iOffer way of selling, buying, and finding the specially requested items that you want, as they DO have the option to place "want" ads. So, I placed couple! But the site doesn't seem to have a way to sign in anymore, nor is there a way to "contact" the site about issues or information. On my "want" ad, it says that I had/have a reply, but I never received any email, nor have a way to view the reply, or move forward in any way really.
With not being able to log in or maneuver on to the ioffer-movies site, it seems NOT BE ACTIVE.
And the iOffer site looks to be "temporarily" unavailable again, so if you've made a purchase on the temporarily rebooted site, you're probably just OUT OF LUCK on that.
If you can make successful transactions on either the iOffer or ioffer-movies dot com sites, COOL for you. But my experience and review is based on the service that I didn't get, and can't access. So, GOOD LUCK! I wish you better luck than I've had!

Tip for consumers:

From iOffer, I had ordered 2 bags. I received NO item(s), service, assistance, correspondence, nor refund. So this review is based off of my experiences.
The ioffer-movies site, I placed a couple "want" ads. It says that I have a response to the ad, but NOW there's seemingly no way to log-in. I didn't receive an email if somebody actually DID reply to my "want" ad. And I can't log-in to update, respond to, or even remove my ad, so it seems like it should have an "OUT OF ORDER" sign up, or a not

Products used:

From iOffer, I had ordered 2 bags. And on ioffer-movies, I placed a couple "want" ads.

Scammers
September 19, 2017

If I could give this site less than 1 star I surely would. This site cost me 3 years of loss of employment. For nearly 35 years I have worked in security as a doorman and CPS work. I ordered a Farge gel from this site which is a red dye identifier which is totally legal in the UK. Anyone can carry this identifier which sprays a red gel onto the perpetrators clothing for easy police identification. This identifier is a safety item used mainly by volunarable persons to avoid assault especially women. It's also carried by door supervisors for identifying the assailant. I ordered two of these gels which is much cheaper to purchase from another country as you get two for the price of one if purchased in the UK. Four weeks after purchase I recieved a letter from customs asking if I wanted the item destroyed as they were unable to identify it's contents from the seller. So I agreed to this and immediately contacted the seller on ioffer to see exactly what he had sent out. I got no reply. I then recieved a knock on my door by two local police officers that I knew. They asked me to attend the police station that day on my own remittence which I did. I was not arrested but given the chance to answer some questions regarding the items I had purchased from ioffer. No arrest sheet was given to me and I was free to go. I immediately contacted ioffer customer support and explained about the customs letter and police visit to my address. I later found out that the seller had been bared from selling again on the ioffee site. I asked for a refund but no money was forthcoming. Several months passed by and my security license was due for renewal. I spent over two hundred pounds to renew my license which is the standard fee from the security industry authority. It was then I recieved a letter informing me to attend court to answer questions regarding the items purchased from ioffer. I attended the local magistrates court in South Wales and was given a fine of nearly two hundred pounds and 200 hours community service. I couldn't believe it. I couldn't appeal the sentence as I didn't have a thousand pounds spare to appeal the sentencing for a crime I had not committed. I had to fit in these community service hours on my only day off from my full time security employment. Mind you I've never broken the law in my life and just had the book thrown at me from the magistrates court. My employer was aware of the court case and situation but as of my excellent employment record and being head of security I was able to stay within my job. After completing 100 hours of the community service order I was able to get the remainder of those hours squashed through a letter from the local probation service. I was then given a two month curfew with an electronic tag around my ankle where I was not allowed out after 7pm until the following morning. How ridicoulos. I was not able to fulfil my employment duties so had to resign and sign on as unemployed. To add fuel to the fire, I then recieved a letter from the security industry authority stating I could not reapply for my license until 2019 and my two hundred pounds was not refundable. All this because the seller sent out the wrong item that I had not ordered. So I ended up with no job, no license, a criminal conviction-first one ever and three years of unemployment as well as losing the fee paid for the license to be renewed. So no I'm not exactly impressed with ioffer. Luckily enough my previous employer is willing to re-employ me as soon as I recieve my security license back which I will have in the next month thank God. This situation all happened in March 2016 and my whole life changed all because of a seller from this site. So I urge you all to be extremely careful when ordering items from this website.

TERRIBLE WEBSITE (Original Review FEB27) (Update APR8 - refund received)
February 27, 2017

( ORIGINAL REVIEW FEB27) NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER ORDER FROM iOFFER. I ordered a pair of football boots from one of the third-party sellers (wanliaa) on the ioffer website in late-DEC 2016. As of FEB 27,2017, I have never received my order. At the time of ordering I was given a 'Tracking' number which has NEVER been received/scanned into the postal system here in Australia. The seller refuses to re-send the order or give me a refund so I lodged a 'Complaint' Report through the ioffer website. IOFFER claim they are only a 'Marketplace' website and are unable to force sellers to re-send orders or give refunds. Totally useless website. IOffer leave you at the mercy of dodgy sellers. Avoid iOffer at all costs.

( UPDATE REVIEW FEB28)The next day after I wrote the initial bad feedback for the iOFFER site, I went back into iOFFER website to check my feedback I had left for the seller who ripped me off. Surprised to find my original feedback had moved from Page 7 on FEB27 to Page 22 the next day ( FEB28), along with the other negative feedback by another customer. Is this iOFFER or the bad seller (wanliaa) attempting to bury the negative feedbacks they receive. Will be interesting to see what page of the seller's feedback listings it is on tomorrow ( MAR1.)

(ADDITIONAL UPDATE APR8) This paragraph has been done on APR8. In mid-March, I received an email from iOFFER stating they have requested seller (wanliaa) give me a refund. The seller emailed iOFFER (and a copy to me) saying they have organized a refund. I believed this wasn't going to happen. As I regularly do on-line banking, I kept an eye out for such an entry. To my surprise today (APR 8) I have received a FULL refund to my credit card. I therefore change my review from terrible to average. I don't know why the change of heart from both iOFFER and Seller. Maybe the very-poor review I left, which both iOFFER and Seller want removed, which I have said I will now do. Maybe iOFFER read such reviews on websites such as this one (sitejabber.com) and want to improve their image. Be careful if ordering from iOFFER and if you do have trouble with your order 1. Lodge a Complaint report with iOFFER. 2. Write extremely BAD feedback that the seller won't want to have other buyers see - in my original feedback, I accused the seller of being a thief not giving me a refund or resending my order. And 3. Send continual emails to both so they know you won't go away easily. Some buyers have no trouble, others do so be careful.

Two days went by and I then decided I would just use my banking account I completed my purchase bwt i dont recomened changing the way you choose to purchsse I waited few day then told the seller I paid which he can see on the invoice there were no reeposes for two weeks then seller says how did you pay we need to know. I copy pasted the invoice that he can clearly see it says paid by credit card. It's now been four weeks no reponse I have wrote him ask and I've ask to cancel or ask for a ship date so I wouldnt worry thinking maybe he didn't have the bags in Stock. He still will not reply. I have bought and receive a few of my purchases wrong color wrong item broke damaged,. I sold two which I have two refund the handles ripped off. I wish I had never found this site You can send in your ticket complaint it's like a automatic message saying you are screwed if you received good are messed up talk to sell if they did t send talk to seller and or go to your bank to claim the your refund from your bank. Sellers are thieves and ioffer helps them
July 10, 2016

This seller is scam. Firstly seller said that he accepts PayPal but when you go to the payment screen you find out he does NOT accept paypal but only visa or mastercard. When you do order he gives you a fake tracking number which shows no results no matter where you check it. During this your communication with him only gets responses saying that post is taking longer than normal and you will get it soon. When the delivery deadline passes he stops responding and the only option you have is to ask your bank to get your money back, but then it is 2 or 3 months already which this thief knows and he ends up robbing you of your money without giving you anything. On top of that ioffer does not offer anything to help, they should probably change their name to i-weletthemstealyourmoney.
