Love the site but wish they would start offering more of their "disc only" library for streaming.

I have canceled cable and am now using Hulu for majority of my TV viewing. I do wish, however, that it would make a deal for more stations, such as BBC, AMC, etc.

I have bought many items from Amazon over the past few years. I have had no complaints over speed of delivery, quality of product, and ease of returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Stay away from their website. I looked at an item, saw their price for it, hit wrong button and suddenly am told "We accept your purchase". I never wanted to purchase item but there was nowhere that asked for a confirmation of my order. Now I am daily getting emails from them telling me to pay up. I can not find a cancel order page despite trying repeatedly. I have sent 4 emails to them to no avail. I am at a loss as to what to do next. Terrible, gothch-type, harassing website. Stay away.
